I contacted them and spoke with the owner Mr. Maynor Alvarez and sent him what the inspector sent me via email. He immediately gave me a quote of $500 and said he could have someone out the very next day. His employee went out on Sunday 8/5 and did the repairs. I was then contacted to let me know all work was done. He then told me that they replaced a few other tiles as a courtesy ...
