James came out when he said he would and it didn't take him long to point out several problems with the roof. It was obvious he knows what he is talking about. He was the only roofer who came out that I trusted to fix it right. Other roofing companies came in slightly lower on the bid but it was obvious they would not be fixing it right and it would be a waste of money. James came in right around what I thought it would cost. He did a lot more than I expected. He not only addressed the poor design he also replaced all the roof vents and a solar tube light. James did not try to add any last minute charges and what he quoted is what I paid. I inspected the work as he did it and I did not have any complaints. I couldn't be any happier with the work they did. These guys are very good at what they do and when it comes to redoing my entire house they will be getting my business. It is very hard to find a good contractor in Big Bear. If you need any roofing repair or replacement I fully recommend them. Take a look at the photos others have posted and you will see the quality of their work. They don't take any short cuts. They do it right the first time.

They had done some aerial photos and didn't like the way it looked. Anyone who's ever worked with the state knows they are not very efficient. I received a letter dated June 25. The date I opened the letter when it was received in my mailbox was July 10. It said I had 30 days to rectify the situation and if it wasn't rectified by July 25, 15 days later that I would be receiving a substantial penalty and fee increase. After asking for recommendations, David's name came up time and time again. I gave his office a call and his assistant who answered was extremely polite and very helpful. I explained the letter she said she's familiar with them and she would get David out to the house within the next day or two. She was true to her word. The next day David showed up did a roof inspection. Told me what I needed to get done and told me that he wouldn't be able to get to it for a few days because he had other jobs. Completely understandable he wrote me out an estimate and laid that out completely in the estimate so that I could send it to fair. I've heard so many things about people who work on the mountain in big bear. They work off of something called mountain time. They may show up within a couple of days of the day they told you and within a couple of hours of the time they told you. David is not that way. He's a man of his word. His company is outstanding and I would highly recommend him if you need a reliable trustworthy person to do your roof roofing. Can't give him enough stars.

We initially called them out to repair a roof leak after discovering a few broken roof tiles around and below our solar panels. Based on the visible damage, it appeared that area was the source of the leak. After the repairs were completed, we experienced another significant rainstorm and unfortunately discovered the leak was still present. When I contacted Heritage Roofing Solutions, Johnny immediately stood behind his work. Once I had the solar panels removed to allow full access to the roof, Johnny returned and thoroughly inspected the area. He identified the underlying issue and repaired the entire section beneath the solar panels. What impressed me most was that Johnny completed the additional repairs at no charge. 5-Star Review for LVM Roofing…read more Lorenzo at LVM Roofing is truly 5-star quality service. From the very beginning, when we contacted him for our first roof repair on one of our properties, he was extremely professional and went above and beyond. He even climbed into the ducts to track down where the leaks were coming from inside the house before heading up to the roof. He took detailed pictures and explained everything thoroughly, step by step. He was the first contractor to inspect our roof, and he set the bar incredibly high. After two other companies came out, it was clear that Lorenzo was a cut above the rest. His customer service was outstanding, and honestly, there was no way I wanted to work with anyone else after meeting him. On top of that, his pricing was very competitive. I was blown away that a full roof replacement could be done with such reasonable costs. Just this past weekend, he also did repairs on another one of our properties, again, super professional. He even schedules small repairs on weekends to make sure his clients are taken care of. His communication is excellent; he responds personally by text and keeps you updated every step of the way. His team works efficiently, and the whole process feels seamless. If you need any roofing services, call Lorenzo at LVM Roofing. He is hands down the best in the IE.

I had an appointment with him to see why my roof was leaking near my skylights -- right on top of my bed, mind you. :( Lorenzo was always prompt in calling me back and texting me. He was also on time for our appointment, which is rare these days. Very courteous and professional. You can tell this guy cares -- another rarity in today's world. Even my kitty cat liked him. My kitty usually hides when someone new is in the house, but she went right up to him and gave him hugs and kisses. And I KNOW she senses things we humans can't. Lorenzo went up on top of my roof and assessed the situation. Beware: there are plenty of businesses that give you quotes from photos only, then charge you way more when it's time to do the job. Lorenzo gave me a full written assessment and explanation of the situation and what exactly needs to be done, with parts, costs, and total time for completion. Forever grateful for people like Lorenzo and honest businesses like his.
