Tim was great, he came out the day we called him, climbed on the roof in the rain and told us what needed to be fixed. Upon other estimates one roofer couldn't find the problem another wanted $1200 to re-roof the area. Tim charged $250 put a new vent cover on and showed me where the old one was leaking. We got off to a rough start (difficulty getting in touch for a quote). Got the quote, set up a day to do it and BOOM. The work was done professionally, most (altho' not quite all) of the mess was cleaned up. Paid the bill and received the requested receipt by email. Today, an inspector turned up and said, "these guys did a great job". Very pleased that we finally have a roof that will last through the coming rainy season. read more

They did the job.... I paid what the agreement was. But just be aware that a mess will be left. And make sure your kids are away because Fowl language will be used by the staff and the owner. I called Tim to come out for a estimate, he made time the same day. I got his estimate along with others. More or less they were all about the same amount. But I went with Tim and his crew because of the back and fourth conversations of all my crazy questions and it didn't matter how many times I texted Tim responded. Within weeks from signing contracts the crew was out here doing their thang. The whole crew were super professional and I loved how they cleaned up everyday after they were done. And in less than a week we had our new roof with vents ( we didn't have any at all before) immediately we were able to tell the difference in the temperature inside our home. I used above all roofing about 3 1/2 years ago to replace my old composite shingle roof and put on a new one. The price was very fair and competitive. I can tell you Tim really stands behind his workmanship. Last year there was a leak coming into our bathroom and Tim came out right away to look at it and repair it. Thought everything was good but then this year had leak in same place. Again, Tim came out right away to look at it. His team discovered that it wasn't the roof but actually the crib on my HVAC unit. This is my second review for this company after they did our flat roof a few years ago. Tim is our go-to roofer after the wonderful experience we had last time. This time we called him out for a leak in a different area of our roof. He was able to determine that there was significant wind damage, and missing shingles in multiple places. I immediately reached out to my homeowners insurance and they agreed to cover a full re-roof. Between dealing with the insurance company, our solar provider, and the city permits, there were a lot of moving parts, but Tim made sure everything went smoothly. Once I had the date that our solar panels would be removed, I didn't have to worry about anything else. Tim scheduled the start date, ordered the materials, applied for the permit, scheduled the inspections and kept us updated throughout the project. They made it a stress-free experience, and did a wonderful job! Also, love that they offer a guarantee on their work. They take pride in what they do, and take good care of their customers. Tim is a good guy. He came and fixed my roof leak promptly and while others tried charging 3x for an hours worth of work...Tim's price was very reasonable. I had two small pinhole leaks in my attic which originated from vent pipe gaskets being worn out on my tile roof. I told Tim exactly which pipes on the roof were leaking and he not only repaired those leaks his helper replaced a dozen broken tiles for no additional charge. The thing that set Tim and All Above Roofing apart and why I chose them was his ability to speak on the new and updated roofing materials and why the use of these new technologies. I now longer have the old school Whirlybird type vents but the new sleeker Ohagin vents. Tim and his guys started when they said they would and finished on time. Not only did they give us a great new roof over the main dwelling, they also properly roofed our patio area.We got nothing but compliments on our new roof and the look it has given our home. I can't be happier with my beautiful new roof! Our roof was damaged by a series of very strong winds. We called our home insurance because we were concerned because rain was forcast. Unfortunately the rain did some damage to the ceiling in our family room. Was told by our insurance company to get some estimates, which I did. Tim was the only person to call me back, and keep in mind that this is during a rainstorm, I felt valued as a customer for him to take the time to call me back. I had a small leak in my bathroom. When Above All Roofing, Inc. arrived, I was expecting an expensive, "more-than-I-need" price quote. I was, however, relieved that the technician noticed an up-pipe that needed to be sealed. When I asked about mastic, or Henry's, he advised me that this dries out (as it does!) and cracks. He sealed it properly and, despite heavy rains this week, the leak has not returned. I would highly recommend this company. They are prompt, fair and trustworthy. read more

This is the second time Tim and his crew saved the day. A year ago, during a really rainy time for us Californians we had a leak in the roof that damaged a wall in our home. We had tarped the area to protect the roof and wall. We tried for months trying to find a roofer to come out and they were all booked weeks out. Finally, after searching and one roofer who tried to rip us off, a family friend gave us Tim's number. He came out as soon as he could and quoted us over half the price less than the guy trying to rip us off. Not to mention they were out soon after the quote to do the repairs. I used to have a Yelp account but ditched it. However, I started a new account just to leave this review. We had a big storm up in the mountains that caused some serious roof damage. After doing a lot of research in a very short amount of time, and calling other roofing companies who ghosted us, Above All Roofing literally came to the rescue (on a Thursday) within 48 hours of us calling, assessed the damage and began work the next week. Tim even came out on a down day to temporarily weather-proof the situation because he had checked his app and saw a 40% chance of rain. Thank God he did because that turned into a 100% chance of rain for 36 hours. He and his crew (Jorge and the others whose names I didn't learn) were courteous, professional, tidy and efficient.
