Neil is the ultimate professional. He has a very unique skill set and perspective that very few have locally. He comes from generations of contractors. He has the versatility of doing small projects up to a new construction projects. More importantly as an investor I was looking for someone that was reliable and prompt in their communication. Neil is very straight forward, reasonable, and mature in his approach to handling issues. When we came across any concerns, Neil addressed them right away, and sent resources to mitigate them. This is how he sets himself apart in building trust and relationships that extend beyond one project. At the conclusion of his jobs, Neil's work product is beautiful. He has a high sense of pride and sets the bar with the quality product that he produces. If you get the the luxury to work with Neil, make sure you cash in on the opportunity. read more

The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because: 1) they never returned my call until the day I needed them, then they couldn't do it until 2 days later. 2) they were 15minutes late on appointment day Good thing is they offered to beat the price I was quoted by another company. read more

Absolutely as good as it gets! Ryan did an amazing job on our carpets. We are very impressed with the quality of Ryan's work. He even pre-treated the stains. He was on time, very friendly, easy to reach, quick to respond and just perfect for what we needed. Ryan is a man of many talents. Aside from carpet cleaning, he told us that he does design work, prints and distributes business cards in the desert all the way to Big Bear and Lake Havasu. He even offered to install our new ceiling fan. We will most definitely be calling him back to help with our carpets, business card and ceiling fan needs. read more

I contacted Rauschenberg Restoration, received an immediate call back, and I was able to schedule a next day appointment. When Ryan arrived, he was professional, kind, and reasonably priced. He did an awesome job shampooing my minivan! I would ask him to do more work for me, and I would recommend his services to others. read more

Neil Rauschenberg and crew are absolutely a dream to work with. I would not work with anybody else out here! I first called Neil to simply help me with a concrete slab for my washer and dryer but I knew I had intentions to get a full building with a recording studio built. Not only did he go above and beyond in the construction being perfectly beautiful, well-done, and of course to code, but also has a really creative eye for the tiny details and placement of things, even the situation of the construction and the way it faced the ravine/view. His prices are very transparent and reasonable and most importantly this is quality work with someone you can trust, who gets the job done very quickly, and stands by what he does. Can't recommend enough! read more

Rauschenberg Construction was a pleasure to work with. Neil is a class act and helped us tremendously. Great communication and honest. Thank you Neil! read more

Not all carpet cleaning companies are created equal. As a general building contractor and property manager of my own properties I have used every carpet cleaning company in town. I have been disappointed with every one of them for one reason or another. I gave these guys a shot because they were offering an incredible deal and now I am a customer for life. Please do yourself a favor and don't use the crapshoot method for trying to find a good carpet cleaning service. Just stick with the best Rauschenberg construction and restoration read more

I called Rauschenberg to have my carpets cleaned because of all the positive reviews on Yelp....great decision on my part! Neil, the owner, returned my call promptly and was able to come take come to my house a couple days later, despite it being a holiday weekend. He was on time, friendly, did the job efficiently, and the carpet looked great afterward. I will definitely recommend and use these guys again! read more

Wow! Very impressed. I had low expectations that anything could bring my rental homes' grout back to presentable. My words were, "anything will be an improvement" I was shocked that my tile and grout literally looked like brand new. He did my tile floors, counters, and showers for a reasonable price. Job well done! read more

I have a very small window when I am home during the week, and Ryan made my schedule work! He was shockingly fast, and did an INCREDIBLE job. Still a little shocked at how fast the job was done. Very professional, and he even put a protective piece of plastic along the wall where the hoses would be rubbing to make sure that the they did not cause any damage! I did not think my carpets where that bad until he showed me halfway into the room! Will be having Ryan come back in a few months! Thank you for freshening up my home! read more

I hired Rauschenberg Construction & Restoration to clean my carpets at two separate properties. Our technician Ryan was on time which is always a plus. There was no time frame I had to sit around and wait like other companies. He went above and beyond by assisting in moving furniture, being efficient and giving us a handful of helpful tips when it came to new and existing carpet. He was honest, friendly and our carpets look great. I would definitely recommend and use again. read more

They are by far THE BEST carpet cleaners I have ever had. I recently paid an arm and a leg for another place that didn't do a good job, it never even looked like they cleaned them. Ryan was early because he knew I had class at a certain time. Quick & Efficient. My house had massive pet stains and they are all completely gone. I would highly recommend them & will be using them again. (& if you sign up on Facebook right now they are doing a $99 entire house deal) read more

I have given this company 5 star reviews in the past, but I have to retract all of them. Today marks the 2nd time in a row I've had appointments that no one showed up for. It's very weird in addition to being unprofessional. read more

5 of 5 for coming out for two different problems. I used this company to clean my carpets and then recommended them to a friend who had flooding in the laundry room. I would give them 5 out of 5 every time because they showed up on time and they stuck to their estimate and they did a fantastic job. read more

Always great service with these guys, called last minute and needed a specific time for my carpets to get cleaned at our rental. Neil was more then accommodating and did a fantastic job! read more

After reading reviews for this company, I was excited to try them out. Unfortunately, I wont be using them. I wanted to have just my three bedrooms cleaned, since all the other living areas are laminate and tile. They offered the "whole house special" for $129. I asked if they would do it for less, since it was only bedrooms and not living spaces. Our home is only 1500 SF. They asked if the rooms would be clear or if they would have to move furniture. We live in our home, so yes, we have beds, dressers and such that would need to be moved for cleaning. They informed me that that they normally go up to and around furniture, not underneath. Thats just pretty gross to me. I think if you are cleaning a room, you don't skip underneath! They said that would be extra to move furniture. Seriously??? I've had people use those plastic sliders to move my furniture before, including my bed and couches without charging me extra! The only reason i wanted to try these guys out is because of the reviews i read about superior work. How can that be when they don't do a thorough job? Ill be going with someone else thank you. Be aware before you have these guys clean your carpets. Know what you are paying for! read more

we decided to go elsewhere...just a little too arrogant for us....it was a while ago but our small flood was not that big of a deal and our place in the desert is back to normal....I am sure they can do decent work but we went with a recommendation by the manager of our Condo Center read more
