Neil Rauschenberg and crew are absolutely a dream to work with. I would not work with anybody else out here! I first called Neil to simply help me with a concrete slab for my washer and dryer but I knew I had intentions to get a full building with a recording studio built. Not only did he go above and beyond in the construction being perfectly beautiful, well-done, and of course to code, but also has a really creative eye for the tiny details and placement of things, even the situation of the construction and the way it faced the ravine/view. His prices are very transparent and reasonable and most importantly this is quality work with someone you can trust, who gets the job done very quickly, and stands by what he does. Absolutely as good as it gets! Ryan did an amazing job on our carpets. We are very impressed with the quality of Ryan's work. He even pre-treated the stains. He was on time, very friendly, easy to reach, quick to respond and just perfect for what we needed. Ryan is a man of many talents. Aside from carpet cleaning, he told us that he does design work, prints and distributes business cards in the desert all the way to Big Bear and Lake Havasu. Not all carpet cleaning companies are created equal. As a general building contractor and property manager of my own properties I have used every carpet cleaning company in town. I have been disappointed with every one of them for one reason or another. I gave these guys a shot because they were offering an incredible deal and now I am a customer for life. Wow! Very impressed. I had low expectations that anything could bring my rental homes' grout back to presentable. My words were, "anything will be an improvement" I was shocked that my tile and grout literally looked like brand new. He did my tile floors, counters, and showers for a reasonable price. I have a very small window when I am home during the week, and Ryan made my schedule work! He was shockingly fast, and did an INCREDIBLE job. Still a little shocked at how fast the job was done. Very professional, and he even put a protective piece of plastic along the wall where the hoses would be rubbing to make sure that the they did not cause any damage! I hired Rauschenberg Construction & Restoration to clean my carpets at two separate properties. Our technician Ryan was on time which is always a plus. There was no time frame I had to sit around and wait like other companies. He went above and beyond by assisting in moving furniture, being efficient and giving us a handful of helpful tips when it came to new and existing carpet. After reading reviews for this company, I was excited to try them out. Unfortunately, I wont be using them. I wanted to have just my three bedrooms cleaned, since all the other living areas are laminate and tile. They offered the "whole house special" for $129. I asked if they would do it for less, since it was only bedrooms and not living spaces. Our home is only 1500 SF. They asked if the rooms would be clear or if they would have to move furniture. We live in our home, so yes, we have beds, dressers and such that would need to be moved for cleaning. They informed me that that they normally go up to and around furniture, not underneath. Thats just pretty gross to me. I think if you are cleaning a room, you don't skip underneath! They said that would be extra to move furniture. Seriously??? I've had people use those plastic sliders to move my furniture before, including my bed and couches without charging me extra! The only reason i wanted to try these guys out is because of the reviews i read about superior work. How can that be when they don't do a thorough job? Ill be going with someone else thank you. Be aware before you have these guys clean your carpets. Know what you are paying for! read more
