When we get a hold again (took multiple calls and messages) he offers to come again for $175. He claimed he had trouble seeing as it was late, but he was the one who was late(excuse). So their work is not guaranteed despite "Quality is our #1 priority." What kind of reputable business charges $175 for 5 minutes and doesn't even guarantee their work!

Other companies told us we would need to pay a fee for them to pull a permit or re-roof the entire house and Michael straight up told me that due to the size of our job, a permit wasn't required by the city and that most of the roof was still in good shape!
