I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. We scheduled the work in two parts--first the downstairs, then the stairs and upstairs. Protection was layed down on our flooring and around all corners so as not to damage anything in our home. They did not seem as professional, but they were responsive at least, even calling me specifically last week to say they were hiring weekend crews and was I open on the 1st (I wasn't) or the 8th (I was), both Saturdays in February. When Servpro didn't show today and I called to ask why, the office manager (Abbey Khoury) said that they don't work weekends. So then I asked why she had called last week to make the offer of service on a Saturday. She said she had no recollection of the conversation (and since it was a call, I have no proof of what was said). So back to square one for cleaning and remediation from the Eaton fire!
