The owners Benjamin and Nikki were incredible in every way. Our house was a big job. We accumulated too much stuff over our life times. Every single item in our house had to be packed out and stored. Every item had to be cleaned. Our entire house had to be cleaned from top to bottom. Nikki and her crew worked harder than anybody I've ever seen to get the job done and get us back in our house as soon as possible. They showed up on time every day and worked long hours without ever complaining about the magnitude of the job. Their positive attitude was contagious. We had some fairly valuable possessions. I was charged for work that was never completed, and when I requested the invoice to be corrected, I noticed that every charge on the revised invoice had been increased. This king of behavior feels highly unethical. Unfortunately, I had to work with them because they were brought in through my insurance company. But based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid Green Solution Environmental Services. I also want to caution that they appear to operate under another name - Genesis - which I was later told is essentially the same company. This dual identity only adds to the confusion and lack of transparency. In my opinion, it's best to steer clear of both Green Solutions and Genesis. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.
