The technician from the plumbing company they hired used a device that created a hole in a two-inch cast-iron pipe by accident. The result of that hole was Category 3 water leaking into our kitchen ceiling causing harm to our floor, walls, cabinets and lots of dry wall. Miren happened to be in the area working on another project, not related to this one, for our upstairs neighbor. He was there immediately to assess our situation.
