Continue to give the worst service on the planet and lie to insurance. Now our is coming up by the carpet. This piece was always loose but now getting worse. They wanted to replace one piece of subfloor by the shower that I said no. The piece that is sinking is in a completely different area and they are blaming it on the piece they wanted to replace on a completely different area! Video attached. I only called them because insurance just wanted me to try them before moving on. read more

Recently had a water leak with some damage to the interior of my home. Haven completed the restoration work. I had a wonderful experience with Haven. I was always notified of the time they'd arrive and they were always punctual. The work area was kept neat and tidy and the restoration worker cleaned up when he'd leave for the day. The drywall repair and painting looks awesome, like nothing was damaged. I have a critical eye and notice even subtle imperfections, so I'm very pleased that everything was done perfectly! I liked the crew that Haven sent and always felt comfortable with them working in my home. Great company and I highly recommend! read more

Chose Haven CR for water damage repair because they were a preferred vendor to ASI/Progressive. Speaking with Alex he assured quality And timeliness none of which happened. Three no shows with no calls, poor workmanship and communication until they want there check same day. My floors upstairs now flex where they didn't before. Alex and David "Managers" came out and agreed with me and identified an issue. They asked for two days to speak with their boss for a resolution...two weeks later I had to call them. David gave constant runaround, never responded and ultimately sent a group email saying their work is finished after review. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH PLEASE BEWARE!!! Am now dealing with my insurance to have their work redone as I have no trust in their word or workmanship that's all subcontractors anyway read more

We used Haven 3 years ago for a bathroom mold remediation project. They were responsive and did clean job! This week we thought we smelled something funny that could be mold in another room. We requested several inspections. Another company came out first and said there was mold and needed a couple thousand dollars worth of work for removal, test, and repairs. Tracy, from Haven, came out and did a thorough inspection and found no mold. He was honest and professional! Answered all our questions and gave great explanations so we can understand how to really spot mold, etc. Tracy, thank you for integrity! I hope you don't have to ever deal with water damage or mold issues, but if you do I would highly recommend Haven. read more

My kitchen looks spectacular and you can't even tell that any damage occurred. read more

I recently had water damage to my home. One of my rooms ceiling fell because of water leaks from my roof. Haven Cleaning and Restoration was the recommended contractor that my insurance gave me and from the start I have received really good service from them from the start of the process of mitigation to restoration of my room. They were really accommodating with what I wanted to get done with my room and also very sympathetic to what we were going through dealing with insurance and all the scheduling that needed to be done. They were also very careful with our home when they started on restoration. Covering all the spaces that they were walking thru and all the furniture and walls that they were working on to ensure that they don't damage anything else that they were passing thru. Their workers Marlon and Jorge were very knowledgeable and took care of everything that was needed to be done and by the time they were finished the room was better than what was before the accident. I also want to mention Andrew who was working with me with the final quotation for the restoration project. He was clearly showing me the details of the exact quotes on what was being done to the room and that helped me with making my final decisions on what I wanted done. Would definitely want to hire them again if I have another project read more

Would not recommend. Had to come back SEVERAL times to undo what they did and do it correctly. Had trouble matching paint. Did not do a lot of items listed in estimate (these were items that were not necessary anyway, but they did not take it off the bill...I needed to tell them to do that!) Great communication until things didn't go as planned. I would not use them again. read more

Worst service and communication ever. When our project began which we had a water leak under our front shower, we were told 3-4 months. The contractor hired by Haven had 1 worker to do most of the job. One month in he had enough and walked off the job. The next hired worker lasted about two weeks and was fired. We finally got Diego who was wonderful but poor guy had a lot of work to do with no help. The contractor Josh promised things and never followed though time wise and left us hanging numerous times. 5 1/2 months later we finally had the ok to move in. We still have a few things that need to be finished. Called Haven and was hung up on. Murie, the so called project manager showed up one day before everything began and never saw her again. She is difficult to get a hold of and not very good at returning calls. I very rarely write a review but beware of this company. Read the other reviews and choose wisely. read more

This is not a fake review. I don't know why it said San Francisco but I fixed it and I live in San Jacinto. We did have claim with Haven Restoration in 2020. They did a terrible job. We were doing some kitchen updates and repaint because the don't know how to correctly paint pulled out the fridge and they forgot to drywall behind. I called them to give them the opportunity to make it right but came up with excuse after excuse and wound't fix it. I could go on and on but what the use. They not going to fix it. Please beware!! read more

I found Haven Cleaning & Restoration through a program called "Cleaning for a reason" which helps people who are fighting cancer with house cleaning. If you have suffered water damage in your home but don't care how long it takes to repair it, hire this company. However, if you want the work done in a reasonable amount of time, move on to the next company. We were assigned this company by our insurance claims adjuster in early August. On August 13, Julio came to take pictures and measurements of the damage. He was the most honest and honorable person we dealt with in this company. Then Alejandro came out to do a walk-through. After Julio had to come back to take more pictures of damage that he missed, no one from the company stepped one foot in our door or did any work on the damage. There were a lot of delays for reasons only known to them, changes in project manager and never a definite start time/day given. Six weeks later when we finally had had enough and our patience was gone, we emailed Andrea since she had been our contact person, to try and get some answers. The next day, she showed up at our house with the general manager wanting to do yet another walk-through. He was rude, condescending, truth telling was not one of his skills, refused to accept responsibility or make apologies for the delays in getting the work done and wanted another "week or two" to get started! We had never spoken to him before but he arrived with Andrea, completely controlled the conversation and would not let her say one word. Needless to say, we told them to take a hike. For a woman-owned company, it was interesting to see that the women in this company are very silent and silenced. read more

Thank you. He did an amazing job. I can't even tell there was any damage to the wall. When I initially contacted you I was concerned that the job wouldn't be perfect because of past experiences with other contractors. This really changed my perspective and I'm def going to call you again for any drywall and paint work jobs I need complete. You also gave me a very good price. Others wanted more for such a simple job. I prefer honesty and integrity when hiring for any work. Thank you :) read more

Amazing work!!!! I tried to post this review so if u see it twice sorry lol. I was a little worried because I saw some bad reviews and I thought why not give this company a try best decision I made my work was done quick and safe and the people were so nice I called and a women named Maria answered she was so sweet and she helped me understand the process and made me feel comfortable and trusting the company! Once work was done Maria and others would update me on what's happening and it was nice! Now looking back at the reviews it's mostly people who can't pay for the work, or very anal! But besides that I recommend 100/100. Thank you Haven for making my home a home again! read more

Had flood damage that needed restoration and repair. Haven quickly responded and came the next day. They took photos, charged me $250, and told me they would have an estimate soon. We experienced a slab leak of our hot water line in our home. This is the first time this happened to us and it has been stressful. Initially we were clueless on what to do. We called our insurance and we went for their accredited vendors. The first step to address our situation was loss mitigation. Haven helped us get thru the first phase. Haven's supervisor, Quincy, has been very helpful in the process. He was very thorough in explaining what had to be done, very prompt and patient. He was able to accommodate schedules, where possible. His assistance and help somehow made our situation bearable. Keep up the good work.We highly recommend Haven. read more

Beware! My father had a fire and hired Alex to redo his roof. It has been almost 3 years and he has not done anything. He started framing before the permits were approved and the people he hired did not build according to the plans. His workers complain they do not pay him. He never come to the job and does nothing to manage the work. He always has an excuse as to why nothing is done. Please don't sign his contract as it is only one sided and does nothing to protect you when he does nothing. My father is in his 70's and I am sickened to see how incapable he is and how he does not even care that he is living in bad conditions for 3 years. I can't even get him to re-tarp the roof when it rains. I will be filling a lawsuit. Please see attached pictures. read more

The cleaning was prob one of the worst I've experienced... booked them for 2 hours and requested to have the kitchen mess cleaned up, and the floor of both upstairs and downstairs. Such simple requests, and the cleaners took about 90min to put the dishes in the dishwasher and push the dust around w/ her mop not realizing she needed to use a vacuum, then after my strong recommendations, she used the vacuum, then the 2 hours is up, you have a half cleaned kitchen, and half of an one-story floor mopped, you have got to be kidding me... Cleaning is your profession as a cleaner and you did not know you need to use a vacuum ? really ? and with 2 people spending 2 hours cleaning, one person could not even finished mopping the floor 90 min later???? The home is not filthy but any means, it's 2,000 sqf 2 story home and after 3 weeks in a bad flu, the kitchen is not very clean w/ dishes around. Yet you used the dishwasher, and still you can't manage to clear the counter tops 90min later? And suddenly after those 90min, I showed my displease, then in 30min you and the other lady decided to speed up and clear the counter tops and mop 200sqf more? Beyond disappointed... I had high hopes for those A star reviews up here and seriously ? I asked for 2 things. #1. floor #2. Kitchen dishes & countertop. And you seriously telling me that with 2 people for 2 hours they can't get the job done ? That's a lie. The truth is they weren't competent and were taking their time. Martha probably cleaned non stop where as the other lady was using a mop swishing the dust from one side to the other , and used a broom to clear the sand box. I'm speechless.... It should take no more than 2hr to vacuum and mop the floor and no more than 2 hour to put the dishes away and wipe down the counter tops. She said "but it takes long cuz it's dirty and we don't know you want vacuuming". I was like @$#$#@?! You're a cleaner and that's your job, how come you don't know to use a vacuum? and it's not THAT dirty like we had a house party dirty. It's just a 2 person's household that left out dirty dishes for a couple of days. Anyways, I'm BEYOND disappointed. They stayed another 45min to make up for what an okay 2hr job should've been. But damn.. unbelievable... Maybe they're on their bad new year days, I don't know. Having hired different cleaners over the years, this is definitely one on the bad side. read more

Very bad experience. Haven Cleaning worked with our insurance company to quote us on repairs for both our bathrooms so we thought they would be the easiest route to go and a good company since our insurance was recommending them. First thing...both of our bathrooms were demo by a different company on a Wednesday. Alex said the latest they would start work would be Monday. They didn't start work until the following Wednesday. So we had no walls or floors for a week. I understand with pandemic going on so we let it slide. Second thing...the tile guys came out for a day. They said they'd be back the next morning at 7:30am. Mind you, they couldn't put our toilets back since the tile had to sit. That was inconvenient, but fine. We just wanted to the job done. 9am rolled around, no one showed up. We called the foreman and he said Alex took them off the job. No one informed us. This was 12 hours without a toilet or shower. We had to call multiple people to get someone to come out just to connect our toilets and at that they said it'll be hours before they can get someone to our house. I'm very frustrated and angry with the lack of communication both internally and with us (bein customer). It's safe to say that we just want the job done so we don't have to work with this company ever again. read more

I found Haven Cleaning & Restoration on Yelp after not being impressed with ServPro. Alex was generous with his time and explaining the process and getting our water damage taken care of. We worked together to come up with a resolution that worked for the budget of our little storage company. Thanks for the exceptional service! read more

Haven cleaning & restoration was the worst company to work with in 40 years of owning a home! They never completed a portion of the job until we called them. They did not have people ready so there were many delays to the project. Our project took 6 months to complete because of these delays. We would never recommend this company to anyone. read more
