So we hired JV Handyworks for a remote repair on a condo that had a fair amount of water damage, deferred maintenance and two live in occupants. The project seemed simple, remodel floor, paint, add a some fixtures. But that, as it always does, changed. After 30 years working with other contractors, I have seen how things can get gummed up. So when it came time to do the work, I expected some entanglement, some issue. But there wasn't. Everything went smoothly, even when we ran into scope changes from mold, water damage, needing extra materials, etc. If there were any snags, JV would anticipate and correct them. I was dumb enough to go to Ganahl and purchase more TM Cobb products. Despite ordering a fiberglass store the center of it was MDF. The middle of the door expanded and I can no longer open and close it. I originally filed for a warranty claim when I first got the door, but they took well over a year to come out and look at the door . After my house was involved in the fires and I put pressure on Ganahl to make sure they come out they claim that it has been too long since I installed the door and it's no longer under warranty If anybody is interested in getting involved in a class action lawsuit, please let me know
