This review is long overdue! We had our garage floor epoxy coated in October 2025, and after living…read morewith it for several months, I can confidently say we couldn't be happier with the results. At the time, we were in the middle of construction on our home and made a last-minute decision to epoxy the garage floor. After watching countless YouTube videos, we briefly considered tackling the project ourselves. Thankfully, we came to our senses and decided to hire a professional. We chose Creative Epoxy Coating based entirely on their outstanding Yelp reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the praise. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. Hany returned our call promptly, came out the very next day, and took the time to explain the entire process in detail. We immediately felt comfortable and confident that we were in good hands. Since we were on a tight construction schedule, they were also able to get us on the calendar quickly. They even gave us great advice on how to pack and store everything from our garage while the work was being completed. Our garage floor had been painted by the previous homeowner, so an additional step was required to completely remove the old paint before the epoxy could be applied. The project took about two days because of the extra prep work. Fast forward to July 2026, and the floor still looks fantastic. A couple of months ago, our water heater failed and left standing water on the garage floor. I was worried about how the epoxy would hold up, but it performed flawlessly--no peeling, no bubbling, no damage whatsoever. We've received many compliments from our contractor, family, and friends, and everyone is impressed with how great the garage looks. If you're considering having your garage floor epoxy coated, I wholeheartedly recommend Creative Epoxy Coating. Their workmanship, professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service were outstanding. This is one home improvement project we're incredibly glad we chose to leave to the professionals. I've added before-and-after photos because the transformation speaks for itself!

After the concrete cured, I noticed several areas that looked uneven and poorly finished. I was told it just needed more time to dry, but even a year later it still looked bad and continued to bother me. I decided to get this fixed. After reaching out to a few companies, I found New Polish CS through Yelp. George showed up right on time for our appointment, was friendly, professional, and provided a very reasonable quote for the amount of work involved. We ultimately decided to grind down the existing surface and do a full concrete overlay to create a more uniform finish. From the beginning, George was incredibly thorough and customer-focused. He provided multiple stain samples to choose from and walked me through every decision, from the texture to the final sealer. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work and their customers' satisfaction, but George is one of those people. His crew worked hard and paid close attention to detail. Because the backyard was still drying when the project was completed, I wasn't able to do a final inspection right away. A few days later, I noticed a couple of minor issues and called George. Without hesitation, he came back and took care of everything. The difference is literally night and day. Our backyard looks so much better, and I'm very happy with the final result. I would absolutely recommend George and New Polish CS!
