The Project Manager, Roy Lansky was very informative from our first meeting with him until the project was complete. He explained each step in detail. He let us know the project was going to be delayed one day because of a prediction of rain. The following day, a Porta-Potti was delivered for the workers who arrived at 7:00 a.m, which was the pattern for the next four days. The crew worked very efficiently, from sunrise to sundown, cleaning up their waste each day into the trailer which was placed each day for their use. They took Sunday off, working another four days to complete the entire job. I called after 9am on a Monday and mentioned 20 cement roof tiles were cracked and needed replacement. They offered to be there at 2pm same day for an estimate. They called back right away said they wont be there til 3:30-4pm. A car (not a work truck) pulls up at 4pm and a clean dressed young man comes to the door. I walked him along side and explained that the realtor inspection called out 20 cracked tiles and some flashing needing attention. The young man said "We don't replace tiles. We do general contracting. Our minimum is $5,000.00 and it will be much more to do the whole roof with a team. ! WHAT ? Ron Levi has been our project manager for the work on our Riverside house which started with a full replacement of the roof. What has been really tricky is that we are in Washington and had to rely on telephone and FaceTime communication. We can't say enough good things about how this has gone. Ron has been on top of everything and got work done so quickly. In fact we are so happy with the work on the roof that we are now working with him on painting the exterior and replacing the windows. The painting is a really big job on this old house with extensive sanding and some wood siding repair. Again, communication with Ron has been great and he's been on top of the job at all times. Okay, Home Renew 360 redeemed themselves. They were not ignoring me. The manager who came to our home was fired, and it was assumed that all customer information was up-to-date. It was only when they read my yelp reveiw that they reached out to me, horrified that I'd been treated such. The roofing job I need done is smaller than the types of jobs they normally do; however, to make up for my inconvenience and miscommunication, they agreed to come back and see what can be done. They were professional in their dealings with me, and I can certainly recommend their service. If you value good customer service, this is the company for you. read more

Called to have an estimate done for a roof replacement. A guy came out and asked a few questions and then left. I never got a real estimate. He gave me more of a range. I guess he didn't need to actually get on the roof for the estimate since he didn't bring a ladder. He was here about 5 mins and didn't leave a card or anything. He also did not have a mask on and that is kind of important during this time. I guess since he stayed outside and stood far away from the door he was okay. read more

I had a similar experience to the person from Upland that gave a bad review....I submitted a request for a quote for siding specifically. They said they cannot give me any ballpark for quotes over the phone unless they see it. Typical sales...sure. I make the appointment. Someone comes...But he says he isn't specialized in siding, so he wants to send someone else out to get me the exact quote. I said I don't need exact and a ballpark so I can get my finances in order, but no...he insists the other guy must come. He takes measurements of the house...not sure why if he's not the guy...I'm told someone will come that Saturday. I do get a confirmation txt the night before and I confirmed. Nobody came Saturday and I txted Nathan (the rep) to see if he had a number for me the following Monday. No reply. Completely ghosted me. I don't mind if someone doesn't show up because they forgot, but why would you not let a potential customer know what the issue is. I had to call back into the office to ask for another appointment and they said that Nathan already got me a quote. I told them I never got it and explained. They said they would check to see what happened with Nathan and call me back...no call...instead someone shows up at my door at 7pm during dinner without any warning....It's the guy for the siding that was supposed to show up on Sat. So without any notice, they send a guy...The worst thing is, I asked him can you give me a ballpark estimate and he said, no I have to ask Nathan after he gets him the measurements...so let me get this straight....the person that told me that he was not the right guy for siding, is the guy that is able to get me the quote in the first place? So he is able to get me a quote but decided not to give it to me the first visit....I'm so confused and don't understand why I need to have 3 touchpoints to get a ballpark quote. These folks were originally scheduled to come out later in the day, however, Gal their Project Manager, contacted us and we met earlier than scheduled. Gal, showed up eager to check out our roof. Very nice guy, wore his mask as per the local guidelines. While he was inspecting he took some photos which he shared. He was very insightful and clearly explained the pros and cons of the roof's condition. As we discussed it, I learned not only do they do roofs, but they repair and remodel other areas of the home. We are extremely pleased with the results of our renovation project through Home Renew 360. From the initial contact with Gal, where we put our dreams on paper, to the contract signing with Gal and Ron, where we were assisted with securing financing, everything went smoothly. The craftsmen were careful of the property and kept in constant contact to insure that we were consulted whenever decisions had to be made. They each cleaned up their work site at the close of every day.The tile work in the bathroom and on the kitchen backsplash is a real showpiece, and the tiler even showed me how to grout an extra piece of backsplash to make my own custom trivet. The plumbers relocated the tankless water heater to a much more desirable location, installed new sinks, faucets, shower heads, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilets, garbage disposal and a hood for the range. The painters were very patient with my slow decision-making and painted samples onto the wall to help me choose. The walls and ceilings throughout the house now look pristine. The cabinet craftsman built an incredible, new 8' cabinet and refaced the existing cabinets/drawers in a satin-looking finish, with all self-closing hardware. It gives the kitchen a dramatic look and compliments the floor, counter, walls and backsplash. The quartz countertops have a beautiful pattern and were measured and fit perfectly. The composite flooring was laid professionally and I was given expert advice on how best to care for it. The carpeting and new baseboards in three bedrooms and the living room were completed in one day and beautifully match the walls. The electricians added and rewired outlets, ran a dedicated line for the tankless water heater, installed a ceiling fan in the kitchen and bathroom, provided new sockets and dimmer switches, and put in multiple recessed lights. The roofers did a thorough job with both the repair of the wood slats and replacement of the old roof, and added an overlay on the patio cover which solved our leak problem. This was tested by torrential rains less than a week after installation! Gal, Ron and Victor, (the man with the eye for details,) alternated supervising the crew and were always available in person or by phone.The house looks beautifully updated and all of our home improvement dreams have been realized. I highly recommend doing business with this company. Their motto seems to be "Whatever you want!" as I heard this repeatedly whenever I asked "Do you think I could have.....?" Gal, Ron and Victor provided a very personal touch, making sure our every wish was granted. The company even sent us flowers on our anniversary! Unfortunately, she was more than double what we wanted to spend and what other contractors had quoted, so we weren't able to use them.
