Meet with Andrew and helped us decide what would be the best decision for either a repair or full replacement. Since the roof was almost 26 years old we did the full replacement. Andrew was very patient while we dealt with our Solar company to remove the panels so we could start the work. Once started the entire team was professional and ended up completing the job a week earlier than originally discussed. Great company and team. Thank You read more

Too many promises left unfulfilled. Very dissatisfied. Damage was caused to my roof. Due to lack of knowledge. This company was hired because they are small business and I believe in that. I am very disappointed. read more

Do yourself a favor and contact Fajardo Roofing. From beginning to end, it was a fantastic experience, and I am so unbelievably grateful that they helped me out. I primarily interacted with Andrew and Eddie. My brother in law had his roof done by Fajardo Roofing approximately 4 months earlier, and he LOVED them. I wanted a quote from them, given my brother in law vouching for them. Andrew came out for the estimate and quote. I bought my home about 2 years ago, and I've had nothing but water problems ever since. The roof was old, over 20 years. My dad and I would go up on the roof frequently, trying to patch whatever we could find. In this process, I found a lot of issues with my roof that hadn't been done properly in the past. So when Andrew came out, I had a ton of questions and concerns. He was extremely patient, listened to every question, and was very thorough in his responses to me. The little things really mattered to me. For example, I had another roofing company come out for a quote. My gutters were not installed properly under the drip edge by a handy man in the past. The other company, I asked if they could ensure the new drip edge fed into my gutters. The guy had to call his supervisor, but was unable to get a hold of him. I was told... "probably." I asked Andrew, and he said "No problem. I can do it." without hesitation. There were other similar issues that Andrew and Eddie really went the extra way to help me out - beyond just the re roof. The other company was a 5 star company on yelp with hundreds of reviews... I wasn't impressed. The other company also tried a lot of pressure sales tactics that really rubbed me the wrong way. I never got that with Andrew. California is expensive and I'm affording my home all on my own. Andrew was very sincere when he said he'd work with me and really wanted my business. I expressed to him my financial concerns, and he was able to work out a deal with me that allowed me to get my roof done. They knocked it out in 3 days for me. Even when their delivery guy was running a little behind by a few hours. Andrew called to let me know of this immediately. Again, the little things. My roof before was brown shingle with a Grey flat roof with tons of black patches. It looked awful. Andrew and Eddie helped me go all black, and now it looks awesome! I got all new vents and fixtures too. I've had so many neighbors come by to get their contact info, due to the quality of work. Eddie was very personable. My mom was helping to house watch during this job, and Eddie was nothing but nice and friendly through and through. I can't say enough nice things about Fajardo Roofing. From the estimate, to the interaction, to the actual quality of the job. Very happy. I really felt like they took care of me, versus just knocking the job out and leaving as soon as possible. My phone number is 7143534101 Text or call if you want to talk about my experience. That's how thankful I am. Whatever I can do to somehow return the favor. My gutters actually work now too because they installed the drip edge properly into them. I've noticed such a huge difference. read more

Fajardo roofing was amazing and pricing was the best we came across. Got the job done quick and working with Eddie made the process easy!

I contacted Andrew with Fajardo roofing when I needed a repair of a damaged section on our older home's flat, gravel style roof. Right off the go, he was honest, and agreed to take on the project. I had contacted other roofers listed here on yelp, but they were all pushing for a whole new roof. I guess my repair wasn't profitable enough for them? Anyway, Andrew gave me a reasonable quote and completed the job exactly as expected and promised. Him and Eddie are the kind of people you're glad you met, because you know they are honest and not trying to screw you. And guess what, when I'm ready to replace the entire roof, you know that Andrew and his crew will earn my business. Thank you guys for a job well done, with honesty and integrity. Frank read more

We needed a new roof and fairly quickly to cover some recent demands by our insurance provider. Drew came out to our house the day after I called him and gave us an estimate that was more than fair. The job was completed during the week of Thanksgiving and took only two days - one for tear off of the old roof and one to put the new roof on. The work was solid. Drew kept us updated throughout the process with photos and videos so that we could see what was happening with our roof. His professionalism, courtesy, and work ethic left us greatly satisfied with hiring him to work on our house. I will highly recommend Fajardo Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof. read more

Just to double down on my previous review, I had a licensed roofer come out today to inspect Fajardo Roofing's work and he claimed it was a "Mickey Mouse job". Not only was the repair done so poorly but they used shingles on a tile roof. Attached photos. I would be shocked if they are licensed. No wonder they don't offer warranty on their repairs. Stellar work done by this company! They were timely, responsive and professional. We had looked around for roofers for a month before going with this company. His worker, Eddie, took pictures to show us his completed work and provided great advice as far other repairs. The owner was kind enough to show us various options that we could go with that would fit our budget. We will go back to more repairs as they were both honest and affordable. read more

We had a leak coming into a corner wall in the kitchen from the roof. Andrew came out promptly after I called to give us a free estimate. During my years of service doing government procurement for various projects, I learned the hard lessons of mandatory low-bid contracting: too often sub-standard quality work and haggling over supplemental costs after contract signing. So, after I retired, I decided to stick with the "tried and true" method of depending on referrals from people I know and trust for my contracting needs. My neighbors, who have had new roofs installed recently by Fajardo Roofing, couldn't have been more complimentary of their work. After a little bit of research on roofing costs, I met with Andrew (owner) and explained my special needs--my very old tile roof leaked substantially every time it rained, and I needed the job done before the expected next storm. He gave me a reasonable price and made special arrangements for his entire crew to get the job done on my timetable. I watched while they worked, and I marveled at their organization and non-stop attention to detail. The work was done much faster than I anticipated, including the post-work clean up (very thorough). I was kept apprised, during the workday, of extra work and materials needed to deal with unforeseen damage to the sub-structure of my old roof and I authorized the additional work and cost per the terms of the contract. I only wish I had more family, friends and neighbors in need of roofing services because I would be most pleased to sing heart-felt praises about Fajardo Roofing. read more

My experience with Andrew, his business partner eddie and his whole crew were exceptional! My old roof was a 1976 wood shake with a layer of shingles ontop, so the job scope included all new plywood decking which certainly made the job more expensive, but Fajardo Roofing had very good pricing and the job was completed with no surprises or markups. I selected GAF Timberline HDZ RS reflector series shingles that reflects the heat and keeps our house cooler! I also requested O'Hagain Vents and OSB Radiant Barrier plywood to help with the attic heat! All said, I am very pleased with the work done by Fajardo Roofing! read more

Fajardo Roofing gave me professional and honest assessment about the state of my roof after home purchase. Thank you Andrew for helping me to inspect the roof at my apartment. I will definitely reach out to you when the roof is in need of repair.

I needed some vents to be installed in my beautiful two story home. After doing done research because not all roofing company's do this, I found Fajardo Roofing. I had Eddie who is so experience, knowledge, professional come out and explain exactly what vents, size and how many to use on my big two story home. The ones selected blend so nice on the roof you can't even see them and that is just what I wanted. Now, that the work has been completed the whole family is happy and the second floor is so much cooler and my a/c is not working so hard so, I will be saving money. I am also going to be hiring them to wash down my roof and solar panels. "They offer so many skills for beautifying the home". The prices, warranty, workmanship was fantastic and now two of my neighbors are also hiring them. I highly recommend Fajardo Roofing for maintenance and beautifying the roof which makes the home beautiful. I'm also hiring them to clean my solar panels. Thank you Andrew, who is the owner. I was able to schedule a appointment with Fajardo for the morning for my roof because my roof life is out of existence cause 33 years did a number to it honestly. We set up a time and day which was yesterday in the morning from 9am to 11am time range. They texted me that him or his business partner will text me before going on my roof and they never did. I had no confirmation text, no text stating that they'll be at my property. There's no communication at all. I texted again around 1:49pm asking how the roof was, they read my message at 1.53pm and haven't said or text me anything at all. That's very unprofessional especially that there's going to be a heavy rain storm next week. I will never do business with them. read more

During these crazy times, your lucky to even get a contractor to call you back. Even harder to have them show up to bid the project. Fajardo Roofing did both right away! We were doing a 720 square feet addition on the rear of our home. Andrew (Owner) gave me a fair bid, and pointed out upgraded materials that no other roofing company was even mentioning. Andrew and his crew did a phenomenal job, and kept asking if i was happy with the job as it progressed, would definitely use this company again. Highly Recommend! read more
