I called Mike and he was very helpful. He offered to come inspect the roof for my buyer at no charge. Wow Good guys still exist?!? Coincidentally once I told him the address he remembered that he was the roofer who installed the roof 10 years ago! Mike said the roof was still in good condition. There was a swamp cooler that had leaked some residue that was visible. My clients asked for a quote from Mike and will be planning to remove the swamp cooler and repair any damage to the roof. I wish there were more knowledgeable and friendly people in the construction field. It was a pleasure working with Mike and I would be happy to refer him as well!

We called around and got a few quotes and Michael was the only person that was honest and straight forward. Other companies told us we would need to pay a fee for them to pull a permit or re-roof the entire house and Michael straight up told me that due to the size of our job, a permit wasn't required by the city and that most of the roof was still in good shape! Seems like other companies we were in touch with were trying to take advantage!! I called Michael and he was able to go out and inspect our roof and give a quote in a timely manner. After leaving work early they did not come until 530pm and didn't even call to let me know(not the bad part). He went on the roof and saw the spot of the leak, the estimate was for $175 which I paid and it took him about 5 minutes. All appears to be great until it rains the next week and our roof is still leaking (less but still leaking). When we get a hold again (took multiple calls and messages) he offers to come again for $175. He claimed he had trouble seeing as it was late, but he was the one who was late(excuse). So their work is not guaranteed despite "Quality is our #1 priority." What kind of reputable business charges $175 for 5 minutes and doesn't even guarantee their work!
