I called Mike and he was very helpful. He offered to come inspect the roof for my buyer at no charge. Wow Good guys still exist?!? Coincidentally once I told him the address he remembered that he was the roofer who installed the roof 10 years ago! Mike said the roof was still in good condition. There was a swamp cooler that had leaked some residue that was visible. My clients asked for a quote from Mike and will be planning to remove the swamp cooler and repair any damage to the roof. I wish there were more knowledgeable and friendly people in the construction field. It was a pleasure working with Mike and I would be happy to refer him as well!

We got our estimate with no high pressure selling. We did shop around but came back to Johnson Roofing based on recommendations, reviews and their estimate. So glad we did! It took about six days to complete but that included removing an old inoperable swamp cooler, replacing some facia wood and doing the roof. They also painted, sealed, and capped off some venting for us. The crew was super friendly and cleaned up and disposed of all waste. Now I can enjoy the desert rain with no leaks or worries!

We called around and got a few quotes and Michael was the only person that was honest and straight forward. Other companies told us we would need to pay a fee for them to pull a permit or re-roof the entire house and Michael straight up told me that due to the size of our job, a permit wasn't required by the city and that most of the roof was still in good shape! Seems like other companies we were in touch with were trying to take advantage!! I called Michael and he was able to go out and inspect our roof and give a quote in a timely manner. He kept me up to date via text about every step of the project and sent pictures to me so I could see everything. He was reliable, quick to respond, professional and friendly. When picking out materials for the project, he explained all the differences between the types of shingles in a way that was easily understood. I absolutely could not possibly give him and his company any less than 5 stars. Service, quality, price.... No brainer, here. Got roof work? This is the dude to call!

Jake was sympathetic to what I just went through with all the money lost by hiring people that were not licensed. He scheduled me an appointment for an estimate and arrived on time. Jake was kind, considerate, professional, and very concerned with what happened inside my house after the roof was not done properly by the previous companies. It was a nightmare. When Jake arrived, he told me he is going to look at the roof as if he knew nothing about what happened, which he did. I received the estimate and gave him the job. Jake kept me informed every step of the way. It was service unlike any I had experienced here in the desert. When there was a problem with the previous company's work, Jake explained it to me and corrected it. During this time, Jake went above and beyond to make sure my roof and the adjoining fascia boards were fixed and painted properly. There was nothing that Jake overlooked in making sure my roof was fixed properly. I couldn't have asked for a better company to do business with. Jake is a one of a kind in the customer satisfaction / craftsmanship area. It is very rare to find someone who takes pride in his field, but I certainly got that with Jake of Roofworks. Thank you Jake. I would certainly hire you again and recommend you to anyone who mentions they need any roof work done at all. You are a cut above the rest.

After leaving work early they did not come until 530pm and didn't even call to let me know(not the bad part). He went on the roof and saw the spot of the leak, the estimate was for $175 which I paid and it took him about 5 minutes. All appears to be great until it rains the next week and our roof is still leaking (less but still leaking). When we get a hold again (took multiple calls and messages) he offers to come again for $175. He claimed he had trouble seeing as it was late, but he was the one who was late(excuse). So their work is not guaranteed despite "Quality is our #1 priority." What kind of reputable business charges $175 for 5 minutes and doesn't even guarantee their work!
