We were very apprehensive about the timing, since getting people to respond quickly has been a challenge. However, ARG was one of the first people to respond, and after a quick text, they agreed to come out for a quote the next morning. After a 10 minute walkthrough and quick look at the roof, Delfino left with the promise he would firm up a quote shortly. An hour later we received an extremely reasonable quote by text, on that Friday afternoon. We asked Alex in the office if there was any way they could start the next day, and he said they would see if they could move things around. Very quickly thereafter he confirmed they would be there the next day--Saturday morning. As promised, Delfino showed up with his crew and they promptly got to work. Within 2 hours new flashing was installed, and everything was covered with new shingles. Delfino even emailed me photos of the work in progress, and the completed job.
