Steve came out and gave a very fair estimate. When scheduled, he was on time and cleaned up. We had our turbines replaced and a few minor repairs done, including a few things that weren't in the original estimate. Even though it now gets dark early, he stayed to finish the job. I can't speak highly enough about him and the job he did. I am usually skeptical about reviews, wondering in they are really true, but Tip Top roof delivered. I am an older gentleman and can't get on the roof anymore. I really appreciate someone who does what they say they will, and at as price that isn't taking advantage of my age. read more

On January 20, 2025 a severe windstorm swept through Hemet. Winds got up to 70 mph. It tore up my Mother's mobile home roof, which was getting old in the first place. I checked out 8 companies and Tip Top Roofing won the bid. They communicate very well out of their office and did an excellent job on the roof. They did the work timely and efficiently. The new roof looks great. We have zero complaints and suggest if you are looking for a good roofing contractor to check out Tip Top Roofing. They know what they are doing. read more

These guys are great! I called them to repair a leak. They were out for an estimate in 2 days and managed to fix it the following day to get it done before rains came. It turned into a bigger job but they stayed until after dark to ensure it was fixed properly at no additional cost. I will need the entire roof and will definitely go back to Tip Top. read more

TIP TOP did a great job with minimal interference with the traffic in our complex. They even came back and fixed a drain problem that was not their responsibility. Our roof job was really 5 different roofs with numerous skylights, A/C units, and through the roof drains. I would not hesitate to recommend them read more

Tip Top roofing has been working on our roof for years. Their work is clean precise and excellent. Whenever we develop problems for one reason or another, we can be sure that Tip Top will fix them at a very reasonable price and as quickly as possible. We love these guys. read more

I had some personal scheduling issues, but Tori was incredibly patient and was able to arrange Josh to be on-site exactly when I needed him. To say that Josh is knowledgeable and skilled would be an understatement. While I had a relatively small roofing project, I would have Tip Top take care of any roofing work that I needed in the future. read more

My neighbor was having his roof repaired and I watched. I was impressed so I approached and asked a few questions. I next called for an appointment/estimate. Again I was impressed. Joshua came December 22 and 23 and did a wonderful job. He also cleaned up after he was finished. Then, the real test! We got blasted with cyclone bombs of rain. Not a drop made it inside my home. We were so happy. Now my son-in-law can repair the wall and ceiling. I will use them again when needed and recommend them highly! read more

They were really helpful and patient with me, as I was months out after the quote due to other non roof related issues. The main office was very responsive . They handled the permit, were fast and even worked the day before thanksgiving. The price was in line with everyone else. The tear off guys were nice and showed me the roof when they were done, framers did a great job in where my chimney was removed, and replacing most of the facia board. And the installers were informative about what they were doing. The only complaint was I didn't know they were coming until they showed up. Josh had missed telling me a time/date. Not a big deal, they seemed really busy. They were also helpful when the final permit paperwork needed to be handled. They did a 2400sqft house + detached garage. read more

The other day during our last rain event, I stepped out into my garage, and I heard and observed water dripping on top of my close dryer. I gave Tip Top Roofing a call and they sent a Technion right out to check out the problem. Within 1 hour I had a truck sitting in my driveway and it just so happened to be Steve the owner of the Roofing Company. I showed him the problem and out came the ladder. He was able to identify the problem and correct the issue within a few minutes. If you are needing a great roofing company, I highly recommend Tip Top Roofing for their Quality and Value. read more

Tip Top Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof. We had a few scheduling issues but once they got started it was smooth sailing, day one they tore off the old roof, day two they replaced a few boards, laid down the new roof and installed the new whirly birds (3). At the end of each day they cleaned up the work area better than we had expected. Any issue we had was dealt with either immediately or as soon as possible. The cost of the total job gave us sticker shock but their expertise, expedience and professionalism made it all go down a bit easier. We would highly recommend Tip Top roofing for any of your roofing needs. read more

I requested a quote through their website. I missed their return call and tried 3 times to get in touch. The 3rd time someone answered the call and was ignorant of my request saying the person that called me had left for the day and someone would reach out to schedule an appointment. Having heard nothing more from them, I tried calling their number a few weeks later and it went to voice mail where I left my contact info. Again, hearing nothing from them, I reied the online request again. Still no answer. I will seek roofing from another Company rather than do business with a Company that ghosts callers. read more

I would recommend, came and gave a quote immediately. The work was done efficiently and we are completely satisfied with job done!

Being a new local in Arrowhead, I had obtained three quotes from different vendors for my roof that needed immediate repair. Copp Roofing had the best price with the best materials. Conner and all of the Copp team were amazing in answering all my questions from the initial inspection throughout the roof's completion. They delivered on their start and completion date. The process was genuinely stress-free, and I would highly recommend them. read more

I have used Tip- Top twice, both times I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff that I spoke with. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The estimate I received was complete and all the work that was to be done was illustrated with before and after photos. Thank you to all, it was a pleasure to be at the receiving end of your excellent service. I highly recommend others that are in need of a new roof or repairs. read more

The rains of March gave way to 3 roof leaks. Tip Top Roofing said they would send out for an estimate...The estimator Isaiah came over within the week and the work was finished within 2 weeks from then. The 4 workers were the best. They did three days of getting rid of 45 + tiles and finished the job not taking any down time. I highly recommend Tip Top Roofing...Unlike another review I saw here..they told me the estimate and followed through exactly on what they estimated. No bait and switch here. read more

I had my roof repaired with Josh at Tip-Top Roofing. Josh was great and kept me updated with photos throughout the project. He also did a full roof maintenance to seal all the vents, replaced broken tiles & secured the other tiles that were slipped out. I waited a few days to put my review because we were waiting to see how the roof was going to hold up after the heavy rains that showed up the following days. Everything held up great and no leaks. Thank goodness!! One of my bedrooms would have been soaked with the amount of rain we got. Thanks guys!! I will definitely call them again for future repairs. read more

Tip Top Roofing was supposed to show up yesterday to check my roof and guess what? No one showed up. So I called them and the lady who answered said Isaiah called me three times and I didn't answer to which I responded that is incorrect because I was home near my phone all day (after having taken the day off because of their time window). So the lady said she would have Isaiah come out bwtween 9 to 11 today and no one has shown up AGAIN. I called at 9:50am and got a voicemail and I left message which has not been returned. So I am done with them. I do not recommend using this company as they do not appear to have any level of professionalism. read more

Bate and switch! Beware! They sent me an estimate for $1,450.00, then the owner, Steve called me to say it would be over $8,000.00! He claimed he never sent the original estimate, until I sent him a copy if It! The proposal called for "change orders" for materials not included in their bid! When I questioned his business practices, he got mad and tried to make me the problem! Wow! read more

They were extremely kind, respectable, fast, and reasonable with their prices. They fixed our roof perfectly. I plan to use them again, if needed. read more

Very irresponsible owner, Steve Bowen. A couple of months ago, during his spraying on of sticky roofing materials - which resulted in damage to surrounding homes and automobiles...he acknowledged his culpability when confronted....then as soon as he had left the premises, he refused to cover ANY expenses for homeowners reimbursements to have their homes and cars cleaned of these very sticky and damaging materials. This has been an ongoing attempt to re-cover expenses - also involving the owners insurance companies Steve Bowen and Sharon Richardson, owners of Tip Top Roofing, have been completely negligent in responding to numerous requests and complaints of a very careless execution of their roofing work. Be advised that any work they do may result in quite a bit of backlash to you , the client ! read more

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Tip Top Roofing and the team of hard-working people who built our roof. From the start they were quick to respond to my call and followed through without delay. Steve, the owner of Tip Top, was the type of person I enjoy working with. He was considerate and helpful in hearing my concerns from what I knew about my existing roof problems and he made efforts to address all of them. He gave me options based on what he thought I needed and displayed his knowledge and experience in how he planned to build the roof based on those needs. I appreciate Steve making me part of the decisions and offering me suggestions that I did not receive from the other roofing companies that I received estimates from. He and his team were quick to tear down and the installation team lead, Edgar, worked closely with his son and crew to do a quality build based on what was discussed. They were fast, efficient, courteous, and left the area very clean. I am completely happy with their professionalism and work. Love the roof! I recommend Tip Top Roofing without hesitation. read more

We used Tip Top Roofing for a small project and the did a good job for a good price. A year later we had a large project and called them again. We expected good results like last time. No such luck! We had delays in starting the project, then there was rain to deal with because of the delay, more water inside. Once they finally started we were told the estimator made a mistake and they wanted us to spend more money. They didn't actually repair the leak on part of the building and we called them back under warranty. They tore off the roofing material and left it exposed without permission. When I asked them why they did that, they thought we would just pay them to complete the roof tear off & replace it. When I told them I had to call another roofer and get a quote the owner told me if we used another roofer that it would void our warranty on the rest of the roof. Of course I told him NO! He will warranty the rest of this work. When I asked him as to why this major dry rot was missed the first time, I was given the excuse that it was raining (because they delayed the project) and they couldn't tear off the roof material. When I told him that wasn't good enough he blamed the former estimator. Well, needless to say we hired another roofer to replace that section, but not before it rained again & flooded the building because to roofing material was torn off. I think Tip Top tried to force us to hire them by removing the roof material before the rain came. I don't believe it was a "miscommunication" with his staff. read more

They promised to have someone at our house in a two-hour window. No one showed. They didn't bother to call till three hours later.
