Zach was very professional from start to finish. He set an appointment to look at my roof and arrived prepared on time. Once he was done checking things out on my roof, he informed me that there were a few problem areas that needed to be addressed to avoid further damage. He was very thorough in his explanation which I really appreciated since I am not a roofer. I received other quotes and I personally felt that Alpha & Omega Roofing was the best value for the services being provided. Once we decided on what type of roof I wanted, I was added to the schedule. Before work started Zach called again to ensure that the dates still worked for me. We first hired Zach to do a tear off and complete re-roof of a house we were renovating. We were very happy with their work so we hired them to do the roof on a new house we're building. Alpha Omega put a very nice new roof on my house several years ago. I was impressed when Jessie assured me of their quality of workmanship and materials. I recently had a leak and called them back for assistance. Jessie's Son came out and identified the source of the leak as the seal around my fireplace chimney. It was a seal they had applied when putting on the new roof. To my suprise Jessie only guarantees his work against leaks for five years despite the 20 plus year guarantee on the shingles. Everyone I know puts on a new roof to protect against water leaks. Jessie charged me $300 for a simple repair that took minutes to do. Beware of this Company their customer support leaves much to be desired!!!! read more

Got our roof completely redone in 2016. Not a cheap investment, but it needed to happen. They worked efficiently, fast, and clean. A major storm came in early January 2017 that lasted for almost a week, and a small leak happened inside one of our upstairs bathrooms. Thank goodness it was on tile and the bathroom was still being renovated. Called Alpha and Omega, and they came by within 3 days to fix the leaking area. A few rainy days have happened since and so far, no problems. read more

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Very poor follow up and customer service. We had our roof repaired. It still continued to leak it ruined our new paint job and new ceiling we had repaired and painted. We called and the owner said it wasn't him it was his brother. He finally got his brother to come out after the run around. He said there wasn't a leak. He said it was our paint job. He lied. It continues to leak he finally came out now he claims its our siding. What did we pay you for if our roof wasn't leaking. This is fraudulent. You should have told us the siding was the original problem. We paid you to stop a leak. You said it was the roof. You committed fraud. My husband looked them up and there in the processed of being sued. We will see you in court for the money we paid for our roof, ceiling repair and paint job. FRAUDULENT Business. If Zach Macias shows up to your door from this company do not do business with him or this company. They are fraudulent! The ownership takes no pride or responsibility in their work, warranty, and employees. Had work done to stop a leak in roof, paid them, next major storm, same leak location. Called and came back twice insisting there was no leak. Last major storm same leak location but water damage resulted in their horrible work. Came back the third time and claimed the leak was not from roof but from the siding. This company committed fraud because they roofed an area that was not the source of the leak originally, yet claimed the roof was the source but was really not. They stole my money. We needed a tear-off and replacement of our roof, which is a big financial investment. We obtained estimates from 4 contractors and chose Alpha & Omega primarily due to Jesse's exceptional customer service approach and competitive estimate. We wanted to maximize energy efficiency, so he recommended installing a thermal barrier to help reflect heat. As the owner of the company, he was incredibly patient and thorough in answering all our questions and providing guidance. Since our garage gets super hot in the summer, he recommended adding a solar fan and the thermal barrier as well. His foreman, Augustine, and the crew were terrific! Even with strong winds blowing during the tear-off they managed to keep our yard amazingly clean. They completed the roof a week before the heavy El Nino rains began in November, 2018. We didn't have to worry at all - no leaks! Though there are many, many roofing contractors, Alpha & Omega has proven to be a top-notch company with exceptional customer service. They are fully insured, which we found is not the case with some. Beware of using an uninsured contractor! We highly recommend Alpha & Omega for all your roofing needs. The Consultant we spoke with gave us a great deal of information about the current state of our roof, and really helped us understand the county programs that were available to help us as well. they gave us a very fair price and began the project promptly. To whom it may concern: First a little about myself. I'm a 59 year old man, who is a perfectionist, very anal, and want things done right, especially a project such as a new roof. Ten years ago I had a roof installed by a roofer that told me he could roof over my current roof so that I would not need to pay for a tear off, and it would actually insulate my home even more with two layers of roofing, I allowed him to install this thirty year roof, again over my current roof just ten short years ago. Well, after the first rain of this year I had a very bad leak that did considerable damage to a room in my home due to a large hole in my roof. So I called several roofers for estimates to replace the area effected by the rain, and after several estimates, I hired Alpha & Omega Roofing to do the job, this time as all the roofers who came out recommended I had the roof stripped down to the wood, and sure enough my roof had wood damage in several areas, especially in the area of the leak, called a dead valley, or cricket area of my roof. Jesse the owner of Alpha & Omega had a crew come out to do the tear down, in which they were very fast, and left my home very clean, you wouldn't know they were even there, other than my roof was down to the exposed wood now. Then he had a couple of his workers come out to begin the roofing. These guys were very professional, and knew exactly what they were doing, the workmanship, and attention to detail were second to none. They went way beyond what the first roofer did on my home ten years ago, they were fast, and had a passion that was very observant in there work. They worked very well as a team, and just took a lot of pride in there work, they cleaned up afterwards again, as if they hadn't even been there. The price to do the roof was very competitive, and the warranty was the very best by far! The others couldn't come close which tells me that they are very confident in there work.
