We recently hired NEMA Roofing Solutions to work on our tile roof, and I can confidently say this…read morewas one of the best contractor experiences we've had. Originally, we contacted them hoping to do a spot repair. What really impressed me was that Adam and his team refused to do it. They explained clearly that a spot repair would not be a real solution and would likely fail again. They could have easily taken our money, but instead they were honest and upfront about what actually made sense long term. That level of integrity is rare and immediately set them apart After walking us through the condition of our roof, they recommended replacing the entire section. At first, it felt like a bigger decision, but once everything was explained, it made complete sense. The tile roof was over 30 years old, and doing the job correctly meant addressing the full area rather than applying a temporary fix. We moved forward with their recommendations and are very glad we did.. It's also worth mentioning that NEMA Roofing Solutions is not the cheapest option and that's actually a good thing. You truly get what you pay for. You're paying for experiences, proper advice, quality materials, skilled workmanship, and a company that stands behind what they do. They focus on doing the job right, not cutting corners or offering quick fixes that don't last. The crew was professional, organized, and respectful of our property, and the job site was kept clean throughout the project. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Adam was always available to answer questions and explain the processes , which made the entire experience straightforward and stress-free. The finished roof looks great, and we also received a full warranty, which gave us peace of mind knowing the work is properly backed. Based on our experience, it's easy to see why NEMA Roofing Solutions has such a strong reputation. If you're looking for a roofing company that values honesty, quality, and long term solutions over cheap pricing, I highly recommend NEMA Roofing Solutions. We're extremely happyy with the result and would absolutely use them again!!!

We initially called them out to repair a roof leak after discovering a few broken roof tiles around and below our solar panels. Based on the visible damage, it appeared that area was the source of the leak. After the repairs were completed, we experienced another significant rainstorm and unfortunately discovered the leak was still present. When I contacted Heritage Roofing Solutions, Johnny immediately stood behind his work. Once I had the solar panels removed to allow full access to the roof, Johnny returned and thoroughly inspected the area. He identified the underlying issue and repaired the entire section beneath the solar panels. What impressed me most was that Johnny completed the additional repairs at no charge. That level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is hard to find these days. Throughout the process, the entire crew was professional, friendly, punctual, and respectful of our property. They cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed and provided detailed before-and-after photos so we could clearly see the repairs that had been made. My second-floor bathroom was leaking through the ceiling vent when it rained really hard. Luckily,…read moreit was more of a steady drip, but after having to use the waste basket to capture the water I decided it was finally time to get the leak evaluated. I contacted Jeff on a Monday and he came out on Wednesday and evaluated my whole roof. He took photos and then showed me the problem, plus some other maintenance issues. Basically, the vent where the water was entering is near a "valley" in the roof, so when it rains hard the water backs up and doesn't drain down the roof properly. Jeff also found broken tiles, tiles that had slipped, trim boarders not nailed in place, and a banged up vent top. He also discovered what an ugly job the solar panel company did with the way they installed some of the supports holding the panels. Jeff was very thorough and detailed in getting the roof situation fixed, and even went so far as to paint the roof vents to match the trim on the house. His price was very fair. If you need an honest and reliable roof repair company, Hester Roofing should be the first and only call you make.
