Pietronico just repaired some tile damage on my roof. They were professional, respectful and gave me a fair price for the work. They showed up on time and cleaned up when they were done. Couldn't be happier and I highly recommend them. read more

This past rain left us with some leaks. We called out Pietronico , had a bid given, 2 days later they came out to repair our roof. They were on time, clean, explained what they'd do and did a great job! This is our 2nd time using them. We had a separate leak in 2020 that they repaired and had 0 issues with that area after. Local company and we definitely appreciate them, and highly recommend for your roofing needs. read more

THE OWNER IS UNHINGED!! Update to my previous review. Just yesterday, Wednesday Feb 4th, the owner, Glen Pietronico, followed me from Cherry Valley, in his personal vehicle, all the way to the building where he did the shoddy roof job as he followed closely behind me he was flipping me off and honking his horn. As he drove past the building he honked repeatedly at me and again flipped me off. This time I was able to get video! Here are some screenshots from the video. read more

I recently had my roof replaced due to its age. I got 5 quotes from different companies, and of the 5 I chose Pietronico Roofing Solutions to do the job. They weren't the cheapest, two were lower and two were much higher. I chose them as they seemed to be more honest in their quote. They competed the job within the estimated time. The crew was very respectful and seemed to have pride in their work. The completed job looks great and professional. Not having a roof replaced due to very often,I can't compare their work to other contractors but I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing repair or replacement. I wish I never called Glenn. They're a small family business in Beaumont Cherry Valley and it shows. Never stayed on original estimate and his cost kept going up. His crew was late from day one. The job was not that great and had to get a second company to repair. The other company said they have done other repairs on Glenn's work and possibly due to lack of employee experience since the mistakes were common sense to roofers. The site was riddled with roofing nails which I'm still finding around my property. Glenn was absent 90% of the time on the site. Do your home work. This company is one to pass on. read more

We have used Pietroniico Roofing Solutions several times and recently had some repair work done. Glenn gave us a fair price and Nate and hi crew completed the work to our expectations and completed the job in a day and a half. We are pleased with the results and highly recommend again. - Bob & Sharon read more

The owner is unhinged and yells at women, and threatens violence when confronted. As a CV resident, I decided to go with a competitor who finished in 4 days my 2400 sqft house. Do not use this company. read more

They were very good to work with on our roof. Arrived and completed the job as promised. The final amount due was exactly as they had quoted. They cleaned up everything. read more

Our house had two sets of shingles on top of our 1954 frame. Pietronico Roofing Solutions took it down to the studs and rebuilt my lovely home. I cannot believe how good it looks! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pietronico! On time every time. read more

So far so good... About a year ago, another roofing company "fixed" a leak in our roof. When the rain hit again a few weeks ago, we realized that the other company didn't actually fix anything. I called Pietronico Roofing Solutions based on their good ratings and spoke to Glen. He was able to stop by the next day and diagnose our problem. He gave me a very reasonable price to correct the problem. His crew stopped by the very next morning and completed the work. Our garage roof is next on our list and I will definitely be going to Pietronico Roofing Solutions again. read more

I live in a fairly new housing development in Beaumont. The roof began to leak into my garage. I called over 10 different roofing companies with little to no response. Most places didn't want to bother with a repair, preferring full roofing jobs. Glen at Pietronico came out and quoted me a very fair estimate. His office kept me updated regularly as to availability. When his crew came out they were quick, efficient and very courteous. They left after 2 hours. They did an excellent job and should the need arrive, I will call them first. I heartily recommend this company for their very good work! Cathy Henderson read more

Pietronico Roofing Soultions replaced our roof. Glenn and his crew are great. They showed up and knocked this one outta the park. They were thorough and efficient, and went above and beyond. I've literally had 2 people stop and ask me who did my roof. We're super happy we went with Pietronico A++. We'd recommend them over and over again. read more

We had the absolute best experience working with Pietronico Roofing Solutions! I was hesitant to use them, as their estimate was substantially lower than others. Glenn Pietronico came out with his crew, led by his son, Nate. They were so punctual, you could set a clock by their arrival time. They got right to work removing our old roof. I was so impressed by the fact that they carefully cleaned up every single day. These guys worked so hard, even in the miserable heat. They were all courteous and a pleasure to work with. I took Glenn's advice on the color and our new roof looks fabulous. Nate will be back to make sure that Vivant properly re-installs our solar panels. I highly recommend this company! Wish I could give them ten stars. read more

I called Pietronico after seeing them do some work on my neighbors roof. I had a few cracked tiles and some torn or sun dried/exposed paper underneath. I got quotes from other roofers who claimed that they would have to remove all of my concrete tiles from the peak of my roof down to the effected areas at a cost of about $5,000. Long story short I knew spot patches were common and I was getting dishonest quotes. Glenn (owner) came out to my house quoted me a fraction of the cost to replace my tiles and paper. Great response, friendly, fair pricing, and honors a handshake. read more

Good luck trying to contact this company. I've called and left messages, texts, and Yelp messages and no response. Hate to see what would happen if work was done and needed to talk to someone. If you're too busy to give an estimate, at least respond and say that. Well I guess they don't need the business right now. read more

This company did work on my house for a leak. It came back even worse. Called and called the company & finally got a call back Friday. They were scheduled to come this morning between 8 -9am. No show or call. Called the company, no call back. Left a google review on his FB page and they owner started debating me immediately. Said the work was 2 years old and he only guarantees it for 1 year. This job cost $1,000! Then pretty much called me a liar and said he never set an appointment. He was on speaker! My husband sat right next to me and heard the conversation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. read more

Sorry, you get one star and you did not even come to my house. I called you on three different occasions for assistance and left two messages. I spoke to Glen or someone at the listed number and he said, did you leave a message and I informed that I did. He told me be patient and he would get back to me. He seemed to be upset that I had actually called again. Well, I waited and no return call. I even left a message explaining that I have a leak that needs to be fixed quickly and if you were too busy could you recommend someone. Still no return call. I called numerous places as well. I happened to see a review which appeared around the time I had been looking to find that when someone else called they dropped everything to go help (the previous review). Be honest and if you do not have the time then say so I would respect it. I am no longer patient and will not call again. read more

When a tree unexpectedly falls on your house, you hope that maybe, just MAYBE, you will find a contractor that shows up, gives fair prices, and that does a good job.  Glen arrived within an hour of my call, and on a weekend, too. We got the quote and a follow up call for any questions or scheduling needs soon after. Doing our due diligence, we got additional quotes that ended up at higher prices, so we called to schedule our repair with Pietronico Roofing, and they had someone at our house the following Monday. They arrived by 7 am as promised, and they were done with all the repairs that same day. My house looks like it was never even hit by a tree! They matched the paint perfectly and it looks great. Pietronico Roofing gets a perfect rating as a great, honest, reliable and fair company. Glen is the best! Totally recommended read more

We just recently had Pietronico Roofing Solutions out to cut back our roof line to make room to park our trailer on the side yard. These guys did AMAZING! Their work is super clean, you can't even tell anything was done. Glenn also gave some great advice for another area on our roof that we are having them work on that is a way better solution than what we thought we wanted. Great prices and great customer service! read more

I cannot speak highly enough about Pietronico Roofing Solutions, they went above and beyond to insure our roofing issues were solved. Glenn and his family run a honest, fast, professional service, with great quality work, I highly recommend them. Very positive experience. read more

Glen is the man! Reminds me of the old days when a handshake got things done. I met with him to discuss some roof maintenance on my business. He took a look, gave me some practical recommendations and said his boys could handle it. We agreed on a price right there on the roof and shook on it. None of this, "let me get back to the office and have someone email you a bid, and then we'll schedule you in." I asked him if he would just make it simple, take care of it and grab a check from the front desk when he was done. He delivered as promised. I love when I can just delegate a task and have it followed through without the headaches. Keep up the good work Pietronico! Beaumont is lucky to have you. read more

My Mother needed a new roof at her home. I called five roofing contractors got their estimates. We decided to go with Pietronico Roofing Solutions. I used to work in the construction field and I am familiar with Contractors. Our experience with Glenn the owner was great. He gave the date he would start and when he would finish. Unfortunately my Mothers roof needed more work when the old shingles were taken out rafters and siding had to be replaced. In one area of the house the ceiling had to be replaced. He handle all these issues and was respectful and took extra care explaining them to my Mom. The entire experience was good. The roof looks great in fact my Mother's neighbor also used Joe's company. This is the first time I have recommended a Contractor. I highly recommend Roofing Solutions great experience. read more

Great people. Great service. Did a great job on my roof. Prices are good. Highly recommended.

Never contacted me after 2 consultations and repeated requests. I guess the job was beyond their expertise.

Poor service. I told them to call me before showing up to my rental property and this guy (Glenn) threw me a terrible 2 tantrum. Wow!!! This child hung up on me and called his company to reschedule for another appointment because he forgot to read his notes to call me before showing up to the property. Within seconds, a lady call from the company call to reschedule. Going with another company. Hopefully no one else receive this kind of service. read more

I live In Banning, CA, and got Glenn Pietronico's name from a life long resident when my tile roof began to leak last year during the rainy season. He and two workers went about re-securing some tiles that had come loose, probably from the wind we occasionally get here. Glenn and his crew were done in less than an hour, didn't try to sell me a new roof and his service charge was very reasonable. Fast forward - two days ago we experienced a 4.5 earthquake just five miles away and it shook some tiles loose on my 32 year old home that weren't evident until we got rain the next day - a leak. I called Glenn and he told me that he was swamped with repair calls but would get over the next day. Well, today Glenn showed up, reset some tiles that had shook loose and now my roof is once again leak free - his service charge was modest. True story - not like planted stuff you quite often read on yelp. read more

As a single woman living in a senior community I didn't know where to turn for the repair of my roof. One of my community board members recommended two roofers and I called one on my own from the phone book. I really connected with Glen from Pietronico. My insurance company did not want to pay for repair. Glen went above and beyond by calling my insurance adjuster and speaking on my behalf. I followed up by sending in the estimate and calling and finally got the check, called Glen who jumped on it and got my work done before the next big rain. I was so impressed by the courtesy, promptness and professionalism of this company. I would never call anyone else. Thank you to the Pietronico team for a great job. read more

Everyone at Pietronico Roofing is top notch!
