This past rain left us with some leaks. We called out Pietronico , had a bid given, 2 days later they came out to repair our roof. They were on time, clean, explained what they'd do and did a great job! This is our 2nd time using them. We had a separate leak in 2020 that they repaired and had 0 issues with that area after. THE OWNER IS UNHINGED!! Update to my previous review. Just yesterday, Wednesday Feb 4th, the owner, Glen Pietronico, followed me from Cherry Valley, in his personal vehicle, all the way to the building where he did the shoddy roof job as he followed closely behind me he was flipping me off and honking his horn. I recently had my roof replaced due to its age. I got 5 quotes from different companies,and of the 5 I chose Pietronico Roofing Solutions to do the job. They weren't the cheapest, two were lower and two were much higher. I chose them as they seemed to be more honest in their quote. They competed the job within the estimated time. The crew was very respectful and seemed to have pride in their work. The completed job looks great and professional. Not having a roof replaced due to very often,I can't compare their work to other contractors but I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing repair or replacement. I wish I never called Glenn. They're a small family business in Beaumont Cherry Valley and it shows. Never stayed on original estimate and his cost kept going up. His crew was late from day one. The job was not that great and had to get a second company to repair. The other company said they have done other repairs on Glenn's work and possibly due to lack of employee experience since the mistakes were common sense to roofers. The site was riddled with roofing nails which I'm still finding around my property. Glenn was absent 90% of the time on the site. Do your home work. This company is one to pass on. read more

So far so good... About a year ago, another roofing company "fixed" a leak in our roof. When the rain hit again a few weeks ago, we realized that the other company didn't actually fix anything. He gave me a very reasonable price to correct the problem. His crew stopped by the very next morning and completed the work. Glenn Pietronico came out with his crew, led by his son, Nate. They were so punctual, you could set a clock by their arrival time. They got right to work removing our old roof. I was so impressed by the fact that they carefully cleaned up every single day. These guys worked so hard, even in the miserable heat. They were all courteous and a pleasure to work with. I called Pietronico after seeing them do some work on my neighbors roof. I had a few cracked tiles and some torn or sun dried/exposed paper underneath. I got quotes from other roofers who claimed that they would have to remove all of my concrete tiles from the peak of my roof down to the effected areas at a cost of about $5,000. Long story short I knew spot patches were common and I was getting dishonest quotes. Glenn (owner) came out to my house quoted me a fraction of the cost to replace my tiles and paper. This company did work on my house for a leak. It came back even worse. Called and called the company & finally got a call back Friday. They were scheduled to come this morning between 8 -9am. No show or call. Called the company, no call back. Left a google review on his FB page and they owner started debating me immediately. Said the work was 2 years old and he only guarantees it for 1 year. This job cost $1,000! Then pretty much called me a liar and said he never set an appointment. He was on speaker! Sorry, you get one star and you did not even come to my house. I called you on three different occasions for assistance and left two messages. I spoke to Glen or someone at the listed number and he said, did you leave a message and I informed that I did. He told me be patient and he would get back to me. He seemed to be upset that I had actually called again. Well, I waited and no return call. I even left a message explaining that I have a leak that needs to be fixed quickly and if you were too busy could you recommend someone. Still no return call. I called numerous places as well. I happened to see a review which appeared around the time I had been looking to find that when someone else called they dropped everything to go help (the previous review). When a tree unexpectedly falls on your house, you hope that maybe, just MAYBE, you will find a contractor that shows up, gives fair prices, and that does a good job.  Glen arrived within an hour of my call, and on a weekend, too. We got the quote and a follow up call for any questions or scheduling needs soon after. Doing our due diligence, we got additional quotes that ended up at higher prices, so we called to schedule our repair with Pietronico Roofing, and they had someone at our house the following Monday. Glen is the man! Reminds me of the old days when a handshake got things done. I met with him to discuss some roof maintenance on my business. He took a look, gave me some practical recommendations and said his boys could handle it. We agreed on a price right there on the roof and shook on it. My Mother needed a new roof at her home. I called five roofing contractors got their estimates. We decided to go with Pietronico Roofing Solutions. I used to work in the construction field and I am familiar with Contractors. Our experience with Glenn the owner was great. He gave the date he would start and when he would finish. Unfortunately my Mothers roof needed more work when the old shingles were taken out rafters and siding had to be replaced. In one area of the house the ceiling had to be replaced. He handle all these issues and was respectful and took extra care explaining them to my Mom. The entire experience was good. The roof looks great in fact my Mother's neighbor also used Joe's company. This Family Run Business is Absolutely Amazing. They Repaired our roof and Front Patio that was Left in a horrible condition. I live In Banning, CA, and got Glenn Pietronico's name from a life long resident when my tile roof began to leak last year during the rainy season. He and two workers went about re-securing some tiles that had come loose, probably from the wind we occasionally get here. Glenn and his crew were done in less than an hour, didn't try to sell me a new roof and his service charge was very reasonable. Fast forward - two days ago we experienced a 4.5 earthquake just five miles away and it shook some tiles loose on my 32 year old home that weren't evident until we got rain the next day - a leak. I called Glenn and he told me that he was swamped with repair calls but would get over the next day. Well, today Glenn showed up, reset some tiles that had shook loose and now my roof is once again leak free - his service charge was modest.
