Team Delta is an AWESOME company to work with. I have used them for 2 projects over the last 2 years. Scott, the project manager, was always right there when I needed him. I had a plumbing leak in a wall that caused my home to literally having to be rebuilt from the inside out. If there were any snags along the way , they resolved it. And the owner, Tim is just a phone call away . I never called him except to thank him and tell him Scott, Matt, Sam and Isaiah were such dedicated employees. Took 3 weeks for a small area of drywall to be removed, aired out and replaced. We had an appointment scheduled and they were a no-call/no show. When they finished they pushed my bed back against the wall which in theory was nice but they didn't shut my window first, left it wide open so I had to have help come, move my bed out, then close the window before the rains so the drywall didn't get wet again. Also my blinds aren't shutting properly after the service. read more

Team Delta was available to take my call on an early Sunday morning and offered to send someone out immediately. They were very responsive to my roof leak and remediation needs. They took care of everything with my insurance carrier and were extremely patient as my carrier took longer than expected to settle the remediation claim. I'm now having Team Delta work on my ceiling repairs and they have been super responsive, professional, very easy to work with. People beware! They are a non-contracted company that come out to restore homes. They look to scam insurance companies and overcharge home owners to take advantage of very stressful situations. Do not fall to the pressure of signing their contracts and their quality is terrible. They brough out fans and only half of them were working. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. read more

I called in the early evening and was surprised when someone answered who took my information and said he would a tech call me back. My house flooded in the middle of September at one in the morning. At that time of night, many restoration companies are closed, we were ecstatic at the fact that Delta was open, they were here quickly, These two young men dried our house and told us they would be coming back the next day. To make a long story short, we were to be moved to a hotel, delta hired a moving company called "Merritts Moving" DO NOT use this company!!. Our things have been broken, misplaced, we were told they would have some unpack our things which they did not, we were forced to unpack our things ourselves along with a member from delta. We called Tim the owner of merrits and he did a temporary fix, they also ruined a deep freezer but refused to replace. Our cabinet was installed incorrectly, our dimmer was broken, a month of paint on the wall started chipping. We had called Tim the owner of Delta and he would fix everything but they are a scam, they are just trying to milk your insurance company for all they can get. We finally were able to move back into our home at the end of January and by May the master bedroom in the home had flooded because there was a pipe leaking. That's when we were greeted with Matt. Matt had to replace the flooring for the third time because it was done incorrectly, he finally fixed our dimmer which they left half done after all that time, he fixed our leaking sink where the flood originated from on which we had to call them out twice to fix which we found out that the garbage disposal was put in BACKWARDS. Delta was extremely prompt, knowledgeable, honest, and best of all, they got the job completed in a short period of time so that I did not lose the revenue from my next guest or have to cancel on them. This place will falsify your documents in order to try to put a lien on your home if you refuse to do repairs with them even when the contract says just emergency mitigation. Delta Restoration Services managed to put me back where I was before the damages in a timely and cost-effective way. You're guaranteed to be in good hands. Delta Restoration Services turned this unfortunate event of mine around and I am now worry-free. It started with receiving excellent help in setting up a consultation visit and Tim Goeler, President and Project Director, came out to assess the damage immediately. He was informative as he described the required job and flexible with working within our budget. The team that repaired and restored our house consisted of mainly two crew members, but they were skilled and efficient. Steve Coleman, the Emergency Service Coordinator, demoed and performed the thorough remediation. The work space was a crammed area; however, Steve was determined to cover every square inch that helped us pass the mold clearance. The repairs and restoration were managed by Matt Merrill, the Construction Coordinator and Lead Carpenter, who helped us regain our house back in its original condition. You would expect that the repairs would leave signs of a previous damage, but Matt's craftsmanship is extraordinary. The repairs were seamless to the undamaged portion of the house. Samuel and Keanu just completed the installation of vanities for the master bathroom. We had a leak - the company was very prompt with mitigation and follow up with both us and insurance company. Samuel and Keanu both stayed as long as was needed to ensure our vanities were installed (we have been without vanities for about one month - that was us trying to find items we liked). We had a leak from our bathroom shower where the new shower door that was installed wasn't caulked properly. It caused quite a bit of damage before we could figure out was causing it. Delta was recommended to us and we are so happy that they were able to come out and handle everything for us.
