They responded quickly, explained each step of the mitigation process, and took great care in protecting our home while minimizing further damage. Their crew, Mike and Matt (Technicians) worked efficiently, kept the work area clean, and treated our property with respect throughout the entire process. As someone who owns and operates a property management company, I work with contractors and restoration companies on a regular basis, and I truly appreciate companies that take pride in their work and deliver excellent customer service. ServPro exceeded my expectations during the initial mitigation phase. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, responsiveness, and outstanding service. I would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of water clean-up and restoration services.

My review is long overdue. Nov 2022 a horrific incident happened to my next door neighbors, which…read moreincluded a house fire. At 12:30am a call was made to AHW, thinking just leave a msg for the next day (Saturday), but was shocked when Mike answered the phone. He and his team were there at 8am to put boards on windows etc. AHW was then hired to do the gutting of the home. All household items, refrigerator, furniture, personal belongings, everything! I'll talk first about their work ethic, they all were extremely professional, honest, dedicated, energetic, and knew what needed to be done. Once the home was emptied out, they went to work on ripping everything down, walls, ceilings, cabinets, flooring etc. Right down to the studs. Everyday they left, everything was cleaned up on the outside, sweeping, hosing down etc. Now the human side to these amazing gentlemen. Again, this was a horrific incident. ALL the staff at AHW were compassionate, empathetic and extremely kind to the family. While cleaning out personal items, they'd put items aside that weren't damaged by fire/smoke/water, that were sentimental to the family. Example, photos, wall painting, Dads Notre Dame and Angels memorabilia, Great Grandma's grandfather clock etc. I believe other companies wouldn't have had the degree of compassion they had, and would have tossed these items. Most just want to come in, get the job done and leave. NOT AHW, they came with their hearts open and empathy shining through. I highly recommend AHW for all the reasons stated above: Professional, Honest, Dedicated, Ethical, Hard Working, Very responsive, Respectful; there's so many positive adjectives I can use for them and it still wouldn't be enough. If you don't believe me, do yourself a favor, if you're ever in need of this type of service, call AHW, I promise you won't be disappointed! Mike, Ray, Justin and Henry their compassion went beyond the family, it was also given to me as a friend/neighbor for over 22 years!

Paul Duncan was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what actions need to be taken, to handle the immediate by seating up machinery to begin extracting water absorbing in the walls and under the flooring. Beginning the level of moisture detection and continuing daily monitoring until water penetration was dropping to acceptable water gauge detection reduction levels. Unfortunately, due to miscommunications with scheduling of expectations of the office, Technician Duncan became my "lifeline" in navigating between the next steps and being onsite when the the insurance "preferred" company showed up many, many days beyond reasonable and proceeded to say they were not detecting water gauge levels, however, not choosing to check all areas previously identified and sent to the field estimator for the home owner insurance company. I retired from state service responsible for customer services and external affairs, at the CEA level in a little transportation agency known as Caltrans. My personnel knew how I felt about providing above and beyond customer service to the public, in a manner a citizen would not expect of such a massive agency. And, as a former local elected official, again how we treat of citizens/customers matter and I probably cannot say enough about Mr. Paul Duncan. He's definitely a hidden jewel within a service who's called upon during an emergency and great when someone cares enough to respond and assist, rather than deflect the person with, sorry, "but that's not my job attitude...and you'll need to call back into the office!" Mr. Duncan, thank you! As you are a Godsend during a time of crisis! (Lelia) Deborah Robertson, Rialto Mayor, Emeritus

We had a major leak this past year that the owner neglected to address correctly. I expressed my concerns multiple times about moisture and possible mold, but I was dismissed. Months later, I became very sick and couldn't shake the feeling that something in the home was contributing to it. Out of desperation, we called Bud and he showed up the same day. He immediately confirmed an additional leak we didn't even know about, and found 100% moisture in the walls of my bedroom. The relief I felt finally getting answers was indescribable. That confirmation meant everything. When we had to leave that rental in an emergency and move into a new place, Bud came out again that very day to check the new home. He alleviated my fears and verified that the house was clean. Mold illness is real absolutely real and it can completely change your life. I needed to write this review because I'm beyond grateful for Bud's integrity, responsiveness, and the way he dropped everything to help when I truly needed it. I'm also incredibly thankful he validated what I already suspected, when people around me thought I was being dramatic or neurotic. I wasn't I was educated, researching, and listening to my body. And Bud confirmed all of it. I'm on the mend now, but if you suspect moisture or mold, please call this company. They are honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the people they help.
