12/28- Ignacio with Livewell was great! Very respectful and communicative from the start. He assessed our hallway and all affected areas due to a slab leak. He was able to get the process started for us and ensured that Livewell would be with us every step of the Home Ins claim process. No one likes when things go wrong in your home, but I'm glad that our plumber suggested Livewell and Ignacio. I'll follow up when the job is finished! read more

This review is regarding 'Natcho' Cortez, employee of LiveWell Restoration. Natcho is very professional, reliable and knowledgeable. He explains the process of restoration clearly which is so appreciated. LiveWell is lucky to have him. read more

This company is full of smooth talking, gaslighting people and half-ass workmanship. They refused to correct mistakes made by their subcontractor. BE AWARE of this company and find some other business to trust with your belongings and your home. I gave them one star because they showed up. read more

No one ever likes to discover a water leak in a wall. Especially one that causes major damage to walls and floors. The folks at LiveWell Restoration made it all tolerable...even with some pleasant moments mixed in. The entire staff, from office to project mgr, to techs and contractors took exceptional care of my mental health while repairing 4 rooms of flooring. This happened a handful of days before Thanksgiving (that I was hosting) so it was very stressful. LiveWell assured it would be done...it was! These folks are wonderful, professional, and keep their word. Highly recommend. read more

Jobs done very well. They would constantly care about the job. Also, they helped me a lot dealing with the insurance.

Our home was affected by the Eaton Canyon Fire and my husband and I were impressed with the LiveWell's first impressions and how they seemed to care about our plight and wanted to get our home thoroughly cleaned. It took sometime to work out things with our insurance company and when we learned that we called LiveWell right away. That's when we learned that LiveWell doesn't do residential work anymore only commercial work so we were dropped without any notice. I don't recommend this type of service to anyone! read more

Several delays, some parts of cabinet removal damaged , inadequate inventory of physical contents. A 30-60 day project took 90+ days. Personnel were courteous, as were subcontractors. Poor scheduling and contractor delays. read more

Jim and Bill were very professional and got the job done quickly! They explained every step of the process and were extremely helpful throughout! Thank you! read more

Our plumber referred us to Livewell Restoration after discovering water damage in our wall following a shower leak. Upon contacting Livewell to schedule a free assessment and estimate, we had a feeling we were in good and trusted hands. Chris Cruz came out for our initial inspection and couldn't be more patient, professional or helpful. He throughly assessed the damage, affected areas and kindly explained what needed to be done. He even offered to work with me in contacting our homeowners insurance to initiate a claim. I cannot adequately explain how much this meant to us. It alleviated so much of the stress and burden knowing we had the assistance of someone who is very knowledgeable and experienced but also kind and compassionate. Chris and his team started work on our repairs immediately and took great care to protect our home (from covering the floors to setting up a protective barrier around the work zone). Chris even came by several times to check in on the work progress so we could move along in a timely fashion. Although we have never had damages in our home before and thus have little experience home restoration or mitigation, I could not imagine working with a better, respectable or capable team. We are only a few days into the repairs but are confident that the end result will be amazing. If you are in a similar situation and need a trusted and reliable, as well as fairly priced restoration company, I HIGHLY recommend Chris Cruz and Livewell Restoration. read more

We recently had a pipe burst under our raised foundation home while we were away on vacation. We discovered the leak when we returned and immediately shut off the water to our home. It had been gushing water for four days and made a major mess! Joel from Livewell came out super fast and assessed the situation....a crew came out the very next day to begin the clean up, which took 3 days to complete. All things considered, that was pretty fast. I'd recommend them if you have a problem. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Livewell, who responded on an emergency basis. I was pleased with the outstanding services provided. The most important aspect when working with a company, is the ability to respond to phone calls. They were not lacking in this area. Each time I called, they responded. They were so professional, easy to deal with, and patient. As a bonus, they helped me to deal with the insurance company. You know how stressful that can be. Bottom line, work with this company. You will not be disappointed. read more

They don't communicate with their customers or each other. They didn't provide the expected service and charge an exorbitant price for the little work they do. Especially if they are billing an insurance company. read more

Bill and Jim Tweed are the owners (brothers) of this company. When my toilet overflowed, they made quick appointment to come and assess my problem They immediately got to work bringing in their equipment to dry the area, and they recommended a mildew/mold investigating company to come out to assess any damage in the floor etc. Bill kept in constant communication with me. and was easily reached, and showed up on time to any appointments (as did his workers) Bill and his team completed the job on time, helped me communicate with my insurance carrier, and even provided with the name of a flooring company once his portion of the work was done and completed. I highly recommend LIVE Well Restoration for any needs you may have in this area . read more

We had a pipe leak in the wall. The insurance sent out a cimpamy that was very unprofessional so we decided to find our own remediation company. What a lucky break; we contacted Livewell and they came out the same day. Very professional and friendly. They explained the process and how long it would take. The next day our room was set up with all the necessary equipment to begin the recovery process. They checked with us daily to monitor the efficiency of the equipment. Could not have worked with a better group of people. Up front and honest. We will recommend Livewell to anyone who needs restoration services! read more

Walked by my laundry room (3 days before Christmas), and heard water running in my garage. Opened the door believing that something was wrong with the water heater, not so, the fire sprinkler system had gone off and it was basically raining in the garage. l firstly determined exactly what the problem was and then I called Livewell (don't remember how I got their information), however, Steve & Jario came out that night and began assessing the situation. They were awesome and I would have been lost without them. If you are seeking a scrupulous and amazing company to help you with any situations you my face. I highly recommend that you give Livewell a chance to service you. read more

I had my bathroom sink leak, that got into the drywall, vanity cabinet and flooring. Livewell Restoration came in after everything was removed and dried out. They explained everything that was going to be done to me, so that I would understand. There was a small problem with the 1st vanity they purchased (replacement) was to small in size, Jeff went and got another one that evening on his way home and the next day the right size one was there in the morning. To me that's service to go out of the way so the customer is satisfied. They got to work immediately, the process was fast and completed to my satisfaction. They always asked me to ensure that everything was installed to my satisfaction prior to completing the work. The men always cleaned up after everyday before leaving and they did a good job in doing that. The men were very professional and friendly. It was a great experience working with Livewell Restoration. I would recommend them to my family, friends, and anyone else that needs restoration work done. read more
