They started by looking at our home for possible mold remediation issues and the tech who came to our home said we could do it ourselves but told us he had to call his boss Jarrett and he shared a lot of things we did not need done. Unfortunately the two other companies we reached out to for mold remediation were not helpful so we moved forward with Protech but once our insurance was involved everything changed. The price changed and the communication was horrible. Jarrett even emailed the claims adjuster saying that "I was calm now" because he spoke with me when really the insurance could barely get a hold of him or his company to get information either. His secretary was very kind and when I refused to speak with Jarrett over the phone she did not push me almost like she understood and this wasn't the first time that had happened.
