We contacted…read moreShamrock, they came out to give us an estimate, Eric was very professional and explained the whole process, along with providing helpful information we did not know about carpeting, and it's care. The day of the cleaning the guys coming to do the cleaning first called to say they were on their way, and also offered to bring Starbucks coffee for us. Booties were worn by them, as well as providing us with them to walk on the carpeting after they completed the work. Protection was layed down on our flooring and around all corners so as not to damage anything in our home. As Eric explained during the quoting process, if we removed the small items from furniture they would put foam protection under that furniture so has not to damage the carpeting while it was drying. Very satisfied.

I want to give a special thank-you to George at PRC for helping me through the water damage…read moremitigation process at my home. Having water damage in your house is stressful and overwhelming. There is so much to deal with, and having someone you can count on to take care of things makes a tremendous difference. George was the main person overseeing the work and helping me through the process, and I truly appreciate everything he did. With so many moving parts involved, his help gave me one less thing to worry about during an already difficult situation. It meant a lot to have someone take responsibility for coordinating the mitigation and helping move things forward. As a homeowner, this is something you hope you never have to experience. Your home is personal, and dealing with damage and disruption can be emotionally exhausting. That is why I wanted to take the time to recognize George personally. His efforts made a difference, and I am grateful for the time and attention he put into taking care of my home. I would gladly recommend PRC to anyone needing water damage mitigation, and I especially want to recognize George for his help throughout my experience. Thank you, George, for taking care of everything and helping me get through such a stressful situation. Your hard work is appreciated!

They did an amazing job with the water mitigation services and after they were done I decided to use their construction team for rebuilding after the demo . Aaron Martinez handled it from there who also was amazing and went over and beyond . They were also very clean and set up a very good tent to protect the house from their demo and rebuild . The work looks amazing and they were efficient and fast ! Highly recommend!

He recommended Clear Coast Restoration. It was another week or so before we called them and they said they could come out the following Saturday. It had been a very slow dripping leak so we weren't too worried but they called back a couple days later asking if they could come later in the evening the next day to make sure there wasn't any major damage. Dillan (sp?) drove all the way from Rancho Cucamonga on a Monday night at 6pm to come and check this out! We live in Rancho Santa Margarita and despite the similar name, they are NO WHERE NEAR EACH OTHER! He was so kind and tested for moisture both upstairs and downstairs and even answered some questions I had about a creaky, warped floor. He had an ugly commute to our house and then drove all the way home for NO business! He was so kind and I felt so bad for having him drive all the way out here, only to find everything was totally dry! If we ever have a leak or restoration work that needs to be done, we know who we're calling. If they put this much effort into a possible job, I can only imagine the quality of their customer care when it's a real test of their craftsmanship. Thank you for driving all the way out to us and taking the time to inspect our (non) issue!
