We opted for two layers of 40# underlayment and felt the price was reasonable for the work to be done. (Middle price of the multiple bids received) A large crew arrived and quickly stripped the tiles and installed the underlayment in advance of predicted rain fall. The workers were skilled and efficient and worked well as a team. The crew worked very hard and were respectful of the property. Communication with Danial and his foreman Marcos was good and I always had a quick response to any questions during the work. Marcos even found hard to find replacement tile that closely matched my existing tile color. (Something a previous contractor said he could not do) Superiors carpenters did an incredible job replacing several sections of the facia with splices that are invisible to the eye. The crew finished on time and cleaned the area well. I highly recommend Superior Roofing.

He told me the underlayment was due for a replacement and I had a couple of broken tiles. He also made me aware that there was a chance that once the underlayment was removed some of the plywood underneath may be damaged. He removed the undelyament and there was some plywood, fascia board and insulation that needed replacement. He was not pushy about it and allowed me to decide what i wanted to replace and what I wanted to keep. His prices were very reasonable, so I opted for replacing all the items. One of my concerns was that the new tiles he bought would not match the color of my current ones as these were over 40 years old. He went out of his way to find a vendor that speaclizes in collecting older tiles and resales them to ensure they matched what I had in my home. He went the extra step to mix the tiles he bought with the original ones to makes sure they all blended seemlessly. Jobsite was always kept clean and I have had my roof for 3 years now and have no complaints. Thank you Gerson for all ypur hard work and for always being available to answer all my questions along the way. Highly recommend this company!

Luis was very professional and thoroughly answered all the questions and concerns my wife and I had. During his inspection, Luis pointed out some problem areas that we had not noticed and clearly explained his main concerns, detailing each step of the process. We were impressed to learn that the team would be replacing and painting the fascia around the entire house. We were pleasantly surprised by the final cost, especially considering the extensive work included. The generous guarantees--such as a 50-year warranty on materials and a 25-year warranty on labor--gave us real peace of mind. My wife and I decided to move forward and signed the contract a few days later. The crew worked efficiently from day one, removing all the old roofing and fascia boards. Luis informed us that a project manager, Kelvin, would stop by on the first day to introduce himself and address any questions or concerns. At the end of the first day, Luis personally came by to inspect the work. We appreciated that they replaced all damaged sheeting and removed all the fascia as promised. Luis also explained he would be installing new low-profile vents and a ridgeline venting for better ventilation. Every day, the crew cleaned up all the debris and hauled away the trash. Their strong work ethics and respect for our property were evident throughout the project. For instance, the crew consistently checked with us about parking arrangements and ensured our property was respected at all times.
