While I had been planning on obtaining roofing estimates, being able to literally watch a company at work, was a huge deciding factor. So much so that I took the time to drive to this residence in hopes of obtaining a business card. Once I finally met with Juan (owner) and talked to him about my plans and concerns with regards to the installation of a new roof, I knew that we had found the right company. Juan was friendly, articulate, professional, honest, knowledgeable and best of all - not a pushy salesman. Upon inspection of our roof, he took notes, photos and explained the entire re-roof process, as well as answered patiently every question that both me and my husband had. I loved that he worked with us on our schedule and was always easy to reach by phone. On the first day of install, his Supervisor Edgar and crew arrived well before start time and worked throughout the entire day not missing a beat. Best of all they cleaned up every bit of mess after each work day was complete. I was so impressed and relieved that these guys treated my property as their own. Edgar was awesome and I really enjoyed talking to him. I had so many questions since I had never seen a roof installed and he was never too busy to stop and chat and always seemed more than happy to do so. Just a genuinely nice guy he was. I also was very impressed that the job was completed within the 4-day time-frame given. I am so happy that I happened across this awesome company. Now I too have a beautiful roof just like my neighbor behind me. LOL. I have added before and after photos. Thank you Juan, Edgar and the entire Best Bet Roofing crew - YOU ROCK!

We opted for two layers of 40# underlayment and felt the price was reasonable for the work to be done. The workers were skilled and efficient and worked well as a team. The crew worked very hard and were respectful of the property. Communication with Danial and his foreman Marcos was good and I always had a quick response to any questions during the work. Marcos even found hard to find replacement tile that closely matched my existing tile color. (Something a previous contractor said he could not do) Superiors carpenters did an incredible job replacing several sections of the facia with splices that are invisible to the eye. The crew finished on time and cleaned the area well. I highly recommend Superior Roofing.
