About a month ago my husband and I were going through the process of buying our first home. Needless to say we wanted to follow every advice possible. We learned that it was better to do your home inspection with your own inspector, never to go with one referred by your real estate agent. So when our agent suggest Jimmy Moore we said thank you but not thank you. We did our own research and book an inspector with a 5 start yelps. I felt confident until the inspector called us the day of to say that he was 2 hrs delayed. What a nightmare!!! The Home owners had given us a time window to do the inspection so we were basically screwed because there was not way he could make it own time. Apparently many on the company's Inspectors had gone under quarantine so the one that was last minute assigned to us was driving from Valencia to Corona. Like seriously??? Anyways last minute we had to contact Mr. Moore and let him know that we now needed his services . Pretty embarrassing. Anyways he was very professional and had the best attitude. We received his report promptly and we were very very satisfied with his performance. There is many companies like this that need more recognition than what they actually received.
