I have nothing, but excellent things to say about their service. My wife and I are in the process of buying a home and needed to have it inspected for our own peace of mind. Red showed up on time and really brought his A game. He inspected every inch of the house, pointed out several things that had been missed by the builder, used a remote controlled camera for underneath the home and a drone for an aerial view of the roof top. Red also took mold samples and had them sent to a lab. The one thing I liked the most is that I was allowed to tag along and observe him conduct the inspection. He explained in great detail every step of the process, what he was looking for, and what discrepancies he found. He provided his final report to me in less than 48 hours which was extremely detailed and included photos. I would highly recommend Highlander inspection to anyone in the area, especially the mountain communities because they know the homes and the environment in which we live extremely well. From start to finish Loch is a true professional and a great guy. I like that I was able to go onto his site to schedule and pay for a visit. His automatic communication via text and email were helpful and welcomed.
