I thought everything went well but some costly issues were discovered right after closing. I believe these issues should have been discovered in the inspection. 1. The upstairs bathtub was not filled and tested. After the first shower, water was leaking into the downstairs ceiling. 2. The washer and upstairs bathroom drains were not inspected and water was leaking out of the sewer pipe under the house. John sent a robot under the house but didn't run the water while it was there and he didn't physically go under the house so the leak was missed. 3. The dryer vent was never tested. It was completely clogged and blocked which is one one the leading causes of household fires. My agent contacted the owner who was completely unhelpful and unsympathetic to our complaints.

I had a inspection for a 1966 year old home and as being a older home it needs some…read morecosmetics,however everything was up to part had no leaks,good roof,landscape, heater,Ac ,new windows etc.. they came about 9:45 am, first impression to me professional.they all introduced themselves,the Wife very kind and I let them get to work and got out of their way. Inspection started in the kitchen -(husband +daughter). (Inspector wife) was working on my roof. Don't recall their name but anyways sometime has passed and out of no where my husband hears the inspector mention something about a leak under our sink,(did not let us know )so my husband gets up and goes to the kitchen.my husband ask is everything ok? Then the inspector guy says "you have a leak and I thought, it was going to stop by now "so then I heard that then I go and immediately hear/see water coming down under the sink cabinet with nothing underneath just water hitting the bottom cabinet, I quickly gave him a pot and towel. My husband and I were surprised since we never experience a leak before , the inspector mention that it started leaking due to him checking the dishwasher,I told him well I haven't use the dishwasher. And he mention he carries a cam on him due to reasons like that. Which I have not seen that recording yet, we just find it odd that their was no issues before then. My husband and I did not like how the inspector handle that, he should have notify us immediately.after all set and done we seen that we had water coming through the garage.They did a thorough inspection as if it was a brand new house , I thought to myself wow seems like an investigation looking from the soil to the roof, an entire 360 all around. TBH somethings are insignificant , it took about 3 hours, they started talking to the realtor outside my front yard. Afterwards we did hear the wife say bye to us. Im only saying this because due to my house being older/If you have an older home and your trying to sale I don't recommend.next time a have inspector come to my house I will accompanied them. thats just my opinion.
