I live with severe agoraphobia, and that day I was also mailing something very emotional. I was overwhelmed, anxious, and apologized for being a little scattered. She showed nothing but patience and kindness. We ended up having the loveliest conversation while she helped me through the process, and she genuinely calmed me down. My second visit was today, 12/1, with Samantha, and once again I was met with the same warmth and compassion. Lines are very hard for me, especially knowing people are waiting behind me, but she made the whole experience feel easy with simple conversation and kindness. Not many people truly understand agoraphobia, but both of these women treated me with such grace and zero judgment. Their kindness mattered more than they'll ever know.
