The gentleman had me verify my information before submission to DOJ/FBI. Finger analysis printing is quick. The value of the service depends of where you are submitting to. I tried this place out this week and it was super fast and inexpensive. I had previously gotten my live scan done at a ups and girl took forever and had to keep redoing and even then got bad prints and had to make notes to submit. The receptionist should be fired. Walked in at 4:30pm today and asked if I could meet with him to have the live scan done. She told me he was with a client. So my husband and I sat in chairs waiting. We notice that people are leaving. It's now 5:15pm (mind you he doesn't close until 6) and she starts turning lights off and locking the doors. Walks over to us, and says, "oh who are you waiting for?" I tell her and she replies, "oh he just left" I let her know she said he was with a client that's why we've been waiting and that his hours are until 6. She then tells me nonchalantly that he had to leave for an emergency and I can come back tomorrow. Pissed is an understatement. I cannot believe that we were treated the way we were. It is so unprofessional. After speaking with the owner, we now know the airhead receptionist is not associated to this company and is just the 4th floor business receptionist (that you must check in with ). You may need to remind her several times who you are there to see, so Carlos doesn't loose business because of it. The owner however reached out to me and made me feel much better about the situation. He is very professional and seems like a really nice guy. I will be going back to quality live scan for another attempt tomorrow. read more

I showed up here unannounced, hoping to get this done and I'm super pleased with this place. I parked , walked in , took the elevator, got my prints done and was in my car in less than fifteen minutes. I took longer walking to and from my car than what I spent with Carlos. Carlos was very nice & professional. When I brought up my arrest record he let me know he didn't need to know about that at all & he gave me a talk on how I shouldn't give up on my goals & to have faith everything will work out. The owner of the little business operates on the 4th floor, in a rented single office, using a shared lobby and (less than stellar) receptionist. Seems to have a unique little business, and the process was painless. Took a hair longer due to a newer trainee stepping in and out to learn, but I think he is fairly priced and efficient. read more

I needed to get fingerprinted for a teaching job and looked up places close to where I was going to be running errands. This place was AMAZING! They guy was so friendly and professional. The receptionist wasn't there so he poked his head out and asked if he could help me when I walked in. His office is the first one down the hallway. He really takes pride in his work and makes sure things are done right. He was very efficient and I was in and out within 15 minutes. The parking situation is a bit complicated and I was a bit confused as to where it was. You have to go inside the big building and up to the 4th floor. I highly recommend Quality Live Scan to anyone looking to get fingerprinted. I only needed DOJ and on 6/18/19 it was $52 total. read more

So the place is actually inside the University of Redlands building, fourth floor. I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist. I waited about ten minutes to be seen and the process itself took about 15 minutes max. I actually forgot to bring in my form but they provided one for me (thankfully they had a copy of one). I couldn't find anything about price on the website other than the rolling $20 fee. They charged me $52 for everything and gave me a copy of my form. read more

Overall, extremely pleased with the service here at Quality Live Scan. Plenty of parking outside building. Office is located on the 4th floor, and the 4th floor entrance is very elegant. When you pass the receptionist desk, they are located on the left side of the hall, 3rd door down on the right. The sign is not very big, so don't miss it!! I have came here twice to get fingerprinted. Carlos is very patient, helpful, and he answered all of my questions. They only takes walk-ins, but don't worry, because they are very fast and efficient. I've had my fingerprints done many times because of the work I do and this office is by far the most beautiful I've been to for fingerprints. When I got to the 4th floor I thought I had come to the wrong location because of how elegant the reception area was so I turned around to leave but then was told I was in the right location. I would go back for the visual effect of the turquoise, white and grey reception area alone. :) Carlos is very professional and personable. One of my fingers is injured and hard to scan so he had to re-do it multiple times and he took his time. He is also an incredibly nice guy. And if that weren't enough, his rates are low! This is a great company to have your livescan completed at. Mr. Rodriguez is very quick and effecient in properly completing the process. He's kind, approachable, and knows how to get the job done right. I was in and out less than 10 minutes. I originally attempted to go to the sheriff's department but they only accept appointments. I was accepted here right away as a walk in, and he's the 2nd rated in lowest prices (the sheriff's dept. being only $5 cheaper). I would highly recommend you coming here if you don't want to waste your time or money!
