This place is great for the kiddos! I went during mid week where there wasn't a bunch of big kids. I'd be super nervous to bring my under 2 year old with kids older and not as careful. Must have grip socks. They sell them too. Plenty of parking outside. Wish they added more balls in the middle area. There was only 3 balls that my child and a few other kids were sharing lol. Looks like they were all stuck at the top and the button was broken so it wouldn't release them. Restrooms and WiFi available! Also drinks and snacks for sale in the front.

Snack area - it's probably best to bring your own if you want to save money

The kiddos had lots of fun here. There was a trampoline area, cool rock climbing walls, and a huge indoor playground with obstacle courses. We went around 1:30pm and there was a line. We didn't mind that there were a lot of kids since my kiddos love playing with other kids anyway. If you prefer less of a crowd, you may want to go earlier when they first open. I was able to save around $5 by getting a deal on Groupon for 120 min and two kids. Regular price is around $30 plus tax for two kids. You have to buy grip socks, which cost around $6 for a pair. There is no entrance/admission fee if you don't plan to play with your kids so you can just watch them or sit around. I suggest you bring water and snacks as the kids will get a sweaty workout!

I had been eyeing this place for a while before deciding to finally bring my toddler here... we came on a Friday night and even though it was super busy, their manager Kyle was super friendly and welcoming! My son played for about an hour and a half for close to nothing and even I was able to jump around with him for a bit too... they had their nerf gun battle that night so things were definitely a little hectic with the bigger kids, but my kid was able to have a great time... will definitely bring him back in the future!

Came here for a friends sons Bday. Checked in on front desk. Associate help with filling out waivers onto their computer when checking in. Provided us w their grip socks. This play arena is pretty big. They have a foam up toddler area for kids 5 and under per the sign. A few Rock climbing available. Jumping trampoline area. Associate was really friendly. Pizza and fountain drinks were provided for the party. My friend paid extra to bring in her own food. Lots of parking available. In same shopping plaza as Grocery Outlet. I'd definitely recommend this play arena for a bday party or for a few hours of fun.

Rock climbing area!

Great indoor kids play place! Staff was helpful and clearly liked their jobs, everything was clean and safe. We travel all Over the country and uptown Jungles are always the best play places! We love Tot time and homeschool times! Keep up the good work Uptown! You are a lifesaver for helping fulfill kids gross motor movement needs!

Ask the Community - Uptown Jungle Fun Park

Is this indoor playground suitable for babies? Is there a baby area? I have a very coordinated crawling 9 month old and a 7 year old, wondering if this would be a good place…

There's a smaller jumping area to take them both and on the opposite side there's a baby playing area.

Does this have good play options for 2 year olds?

Yes, they do. There is a separate section for kids at and around that age. They also have "toddler hours". Just call to verify what time because it has possibly changed since I went.

How crowded does it get on the weekends? If we came on a Sunday, are mornings (right when they open) better, or later in the afternoon?

Sunday mornings are great! Not too busy! Sunday evenings are mellow as well! Busiest hours are Friday evenings, All day Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

Would my 17 year old grandson be a bit old for this?

Hi Orville, we are an all-ages venue but the most common age of kids at the park is about 3 to 12 years old.

What actually happened was disturbing, traumatic, and handled with an alarming lack of professionalism. During the party, one of the children in our group was violently assaulted by older boys who were roaming the facility unsupervised. The injured child suffered visible facial injuries, including bleeding. While this was happening, staff response was minimal to nonexistent. The aggressors were allowed to continue playing freely, without being removed or even meaningfully addressed. What was even more upsetting was the impact this had on my 7-year-old stepson, who witnessed his friend being assaulted. This was not rough play, this was a frightening, violent incident. My stepson was visibly shaken, confused, and distressed by what he saw. This was supposed to be a joyful birthday celebration, and instead it turned into a traumatic experience that he is still processing. Law enforcement showed up and found out that other kids had become visibly assaulted as well. Multiple employees on duty, many of whom appeared very young and poorly supervised themselves were seen laughing, pointing, exchanging comments, and sharing images related to the incident, rather than helping the injured child or ensuring the safety of the kids involved. At no point did it feel like the staff took the situation seriously. The general manager on duty failed to step in decisively, failed to separate parties, and failed to prioritize the emotional and physical well-being of the children. There was no immediate first aid offered. No quiet or safe space provided. No reassurance to the injured child or the kids who witnessed the violence. The behavior of both management and staff created the clear impression that the incident was being treated as entertainment rather than an emergency. To make matters worse, parents of the aggressors were allowed to come and go freely, with one parent returning to the area where our group was standing and openly threatening members of our party again, with no visible staff or security intervention. The lack of concern for child safety was staggering. Not once did anyone ask how the injured child was doing or acknowledge the emotional impact on the other kids who witnessed the assault. Offering a small discount afterward does not begin to address the seriousness of what occurred. Until this location prioritizes active supervision, trained staff, real management accountability, and child safety, I cannot recommend bringing your children here especially for birthday parties. What should have been a happy memory became a traumatic one due entirely to staff inaction and poor leadership.

She kept everything on track and kept me informed on what was happening and what was coming up. She was so good with the kids and really made the party go so smoothly. We only got pizza for the kids which I'm glad cause it was pretty expensive for a whole pizza for the adults and it was cold and not very good. The kids were happy with it though. We paid extra for the photos they took during play since there were a handful of cute ones. Lots of blurry ones and a lot of my niece and nephew (more than the birthday boy lol) but a few gems we wanted to have for memories. The other play attendee was alright. She was on her phone a lot and at one point my son was distressed and scared of an activity (the one where you jump from island to island) and he was crying to come down. The attendant was literally sitting near him on her phone not helping him. Thankfully I heard him and went to help him off the activity. At the end of the party, my husband gave Delaney a cash tip because she was so good to us. As stated before, we've never been to a place like this and didn't know any better. When I went to pay the bill, the manager gave me a bill for $800 and I knew it was the wrong one. It was for 25+6 kids and our event was 10 kids (but we only had 5). She questioned me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I gave her my kids name and she gave me the correct bill and she pointed out where to put gratuity. I told her my husband paid cash to Delaney and the manager asked if it was for the "team" or just Delaney. I said I thought it was just for Delaney since she was our primary person and I didn't know my husband's intent. I admitted we had never been to a place like this and didn't know the procedure. She asked if I wanted to go ask my husband how much he gave and I just stared at her. She again asked me if I was going to tip the team (she was listed as part of the team but this was my first interaction with her) and I said we already tipped Delaney. She gave me my receipt to sign and lectured me about how the tip should go to the team. I said I'll know for next time and left. My husband was outside with the kids and I told him what happened just for the manager to come outside to put something in a car. He told her tip was for Delaney since she was the most helpful to us and again the manager explained we're supposed to tip everyone. We just left Everything was wonderful except for this manager. Almost a perfect day. My son had so much fun though so that's all that matters.

The kids went and play and I love the fact that it was just our party and no other kids there so the parents had a comfort knowing that the kids cannot go anywhere and that we aren't watching somebody else's kids. It was such an easy set up probably one of the easiest birthday parties I've ever thrown for my son! And he felt so special! All of his friends had such a great time!

We've gone to a lot the past years. This place has so much for your kids to do. Met the manager Terry and Sally. They are both amazing and friendly. Always there to answer your questions and needs. As an active…read morecommunity member who has supported this local facility through countless PTA events, community fundraisers, and multiple birthday parties (spending thousands of dollars over the years), the hostile and unethical treatment we received today is absolutely unacceptable. This shocking standard of practice shows exactly why local families are abandoning this facility for competitors like Get Air. The Problem: A $27 Misunderstanding and Staff Failure The entire ordeal stemmed from a simple Groupon redemption that was disastrously botched, escalating a minor $27 transaction issue into a hostile confrontation: Technical Failure: The staff member initiated the Groupon process but failed to properly authorize or close the transaction on their end. Due to the system being left open, I mistakenly believed a second charge had been run and flagged it as an incorrect purchase. In reality, the staff member simply never successfully validated our entry to begin with. Unwarranted Confrontation: After my family had been jumping and enjoying the facility for approximately one hour, a staff member approached us as we were leaving and advised there was an issue with the Groupon. I immediately went to the front to resolve it. Aggressive Demands & False Accusations: Another worker then aggressively demanded that we pay the full, non-discounted price for our jump time, falsely claiming we had gone "over time." We had not. The children had stopped jumping, gone to the bathroom, and were standing with me at the front desk. The Line-Crossing Threat: When I objected and stated customer service needed to be contacted to resolve a system error, the employee escalated to a truly disturbing level of aggression. They falsely stated they were "sending someone to go get my children," who were standing right next to me. I had to insist again that my children were next to me and had been. This was a direct, dishonest attempt to use intimidation and fear to pressure me. I insisted they could wait with me while I contacted customer service. The Aftermath: Resolution for Misconduct, Not Billing While at the counter, I immediately contacted Groupon support. I received a direct link via chat and re-processed the payment correctly. This action resolved the technical issue, and Big Air received their payment. However, I was so disturbed and disgusted by the staff's aggressive misconduct and the way the business handled the discussion that I immediately contacted Groupon again. Recognizing the severity of the hostility and poor customer treatment, Groupon issued a full credit to my account for the inconvenience and stated they would be reviewing their contract with Big Air. Groupon's action confirms that the payment issue was resolved, and the refund was specifically for the unacceptable intimidation tactics used by Big Air's staff. Final Word: Warning to the Community A business that can only resolve a simple billing error through customer self-service and resorts to hostile, threatening tactics against a parent--especially one who has actively spent thousands of dollars supporting their local community events--has a completely broken Standard of Practice. Management needs rigorous re-training for the staff. This is not a "bad day" issue; this is a safety and ethics issue, and serves as a warning for any other patrons visiting this location. Do not risk your family's experience here. Go elsewhere.
