We absolutely love Tiny Tiger. The employees do a really great job at keeping the place clean and organized. We definitely will be back!

Amazing indoor play center for the little ones with AC and excellent staff and organization. They're super on top of their playgrounds, each one is well taken care of with staff running around constantly to sort and put toys back as well as make sure things are clean. They have different areas inside with legos, foam soft play, slides, a marketplace, and a cool chicken egg machine to keep kids entertained for hours. Highly recommend as a place parents can feel more confident to let their kids play and interact with others without running into non kid friendly objects

This place is a lot funner than the Carlsbad soft play place I went to. Way more activities and rooms for the kids to play in. I love that they have a little book section. The ball pit/slide area is super fun too. I only gave 4 stars because I know on a busier day it could probably feel overwhelming if all 60 passes were being used in one 2 hour play time. But I will be returning on the slower days because my son had a great time!

We had our daughter's 5th birthday here. Everything was absolutely wonderful. They truly think of everything, from the activities to the amenities we were all super happy and i truly believe our friends will have their kids birthdays here as well. I can't wait to go back, and my daughter too!

Loved this place! The staff is friendly, place is clean, and there are many toys/activities for the little ones. I would say this place mostly tailors to toddlers up to 6 year olds. The only downfall is that they surprisingly don't have a mother's lactation room. One would think that at a kid friendly location, there would be an accommodation. Nonetheless, we will be coming back!

I got my membership back in the summertime before they put the Mario Cart video center. This was my go to place for screen-free time for my toddler. I'm not sure who made the decision to have the Mario Cart Video station. The awful thing is right across the library den where my son would enjoy the books. Instead he gets distracted staring into the video game area when the older kids are playing. I likely won't renew my membership for the Mario Cart station reason. It's just a distraction for my son and defeats this place being my go to screen free time destination.

Now THIS is an indoor playground! I've heard so much about Tiny Tiger from my friends & I am so happy I was able to give them a try before the end of the year. My 2.5 year old had an absolute blast. This place is truly made for the toddler age. $20 for entry which includes one adult for two hours play. It is $45 per month (cancel at any time) for the membership. I wish it was discussed at the front & that you were able to apply the $20 to the $45 membership because after being able to experience Tiny Tiger they 100% would have had my membership after one visit. This place was incredibly clean & even though there was only one person working the front I saw her multiple times come & retrieve toys to sanitize. It's also hard to chase after your little one & put everything where it should be, she was fantastic at helping the moms/dads put things back where they belonged. They're incredibly organized here! It's also fantastic to be able to go up into the jungle gym with your little one-especially when it gets to the point of not being able to see them anymore. Each space was organized well & had a stock of toys to play. We easily could have spent more time here & will be in the future. I am a HUGE fan of Tiny Tiger! PLENTY of parking although spaces aren't huge. In the middle of the week it wasn't too bad.

Celebrating in Hello Kitty Style

My daughter just celebrated her 6th birthday at Tiny Tigers, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. She chose a Hello Kitty theme, and the decorations put together by Tiny Tigers were absolutely wonderful, thoughtful, and beautifully done. The facility itself is spotless and very well maintained. I noticed staff members constantly wiping down surfaces with organic and non-toxic disinfectant, which gave me great peace of mind. There are so many fun areas for the kids to explore, from shopping at the little grocery store to reading with the giant bear in the library corner to racing down the big slide into the ball pit. The kids could not get enough of it. Our party host, Hannah, was fantastic. She kept everything running smoothly and on schedule while also being there anytime I needed a hand. Kailyn and Jenna, the owners, clearly put so much care into making Tiny Tigers a welcoming and joyful place for families. If you are looking for the perfect spot to celebrate your child's birthday, I cannot recommend Tiny Tigers enough. You and your guests will have an unforgettable time.

Reservations are highly recommended in case we reach capacity however we do accept walk ins!

My 7 month old crawls and climbs, but is not yet standing or walking. Would she still have fun or should I wait a little longer?

Definitely take them there's plenty of things for them to do.

Disappointing experience - not the same as before…read more I visited Candeeland Carlsbad yesterday with my 5-year-old son, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I want to start by saying the front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming. However, the rest of the staff completely changed the tone of our visit. They were consistently rude and made us feel not welcomed there. I've been there before and had a very different experience, so this was surprising. This time, I was not allowed to sit at the tables with my coffee and reusable water bottle, even though they sell drinks and snacks on-site and I've done this on previous visits. I had no intention of taking anything into the play structures, just sitting at the tables. I also planned to do some light work on my computer while my son played, something I've done there before, but I was told that wasn't allowed either. I was told I had to stay with my son at all times. The way this was communicated was the most frustrating part. The staff came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, not just to me but to other families as well. I ended up speaking with the assistant manager because the situation felt so uncomfortable. As I was leaving, another family actually thanked me for saying something because they were feeling the same way, which says a lot. I had been planning to host my son's birthday party there in June, but after this experience, I will definitely be making other plans. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this place has potential, but the customer experience needs a lot of improvement.

Overall, a great experience. Glad we were the first party as it began to get crowded towards the end. Recommend going when it first opens at 10. I have never quite witnessed so many kids ages 7-12 with so much haphazard recklessness, running full speed in every imaginable direction. All of them. Imagine, 150 kids running full speed in every direction. Then a large handful of adults or parents running in every imaginable OPPOSITE direction. I saw several kids slam into another kid as they go around an obstacle on the floor. I care, no concern. We've visited twice. The first time wasn't a great experience because, unbeknownst to us, there was…read morea kids' birthday party taking place. The play area was exceptionally crowded, and my toddler who had just turned 2 at the time had a hard time navigating around the older, bigger kids. The age range felt a little questionable to me. At other play places we frequent, the kids tend to be closer in age, but that wasn't the case here. My son was knocked around a few times by bigger children, and the environment became very overstimulating. We ended up leaving early because of the chaos and my son not able to properly use anything... nearly all of the fruit and vegetable toys from the market area had been scattered throughout the play space, leaving the market and kitchen section where many of the younger kids were gathered mostly empty. Overall, it just didn't feel like the right fit for us. We decided to give Kids and Coffee another try this past Wednesday, thinking it might be a better experience without a birthday party happening... and it was! We paid for two hours, stayed about an hour and a half, and my son had a great time. One thing I really appreciate about Kids and Coffee is that their café is nut and peanut free, which is especially important for families like ours dealing with multiple food allergies. That peace of mind was honestly the main reason I wanted to give the space another chance. We were even considering adding Kids and Coffee into our regular rotation since it's closer to us than some of the other play places we enjoy. Unfortunately, after our visit, my son became extremely sick most likely with norovirus. I completely understand that illnesses can happen anywhere kids gather, and I don't blame the business for that. However, during our entire visit, I didn't see any employees actively present in the play area. Parents, myself included, were gathering and returning the pretend produce to the market area, but none of the toys appeared to be wiped down or sanitized. At other play places, such as Tiny Tiger, there always seems to be staff actively cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day. Because we have been to so many play places now with great experiences and have not come home with an illness from any other we will just be sticking to our regular spots moving forward. I think sanitation still needs a little work at this location or perhaps even someone checking temperatures at the door like other places All in all, we unfortunately won't be returning.
