Tiny Tiger has a great location and a really fun setup. It's definitely a good place for kids to burn off some energy in a safe environment, and my kid had a good time overall. The biggest downside for me was unfortunately not the place itself, but some of the parenting. A lot of parents seemed to use the time to relax and stay glued to their phones while their kids ran into other children, grabbed toys from them, or just caused chaos without anyone stepping in. I also wasn't impressed with the staff. In my experience, they came across as pretty unfriendly and didn't really interact with the kids at all. For a place centered around children, I expected the staff to be a little more welcoming, engaged, and involved. I like the concept and the play areas, but I found myself having to correct other kids because their parents weren't paying attention. With more attentive parenting and a friendlier, more engaged staff, this could easily be a much better experience. read more

We visited Tiny Tigers on a Monday morning with my niece. The place is very clean and has many activities and fun toys to keep the kids busy. There are so many different areas as well with a lego wall, a blow up playground, ball pit with playground, grocery shopping area, etc. There's also a cute photo booth where you can pay $5 for a photo. The staff keep the area nice and clean and there's a lot of hand sanitizers you can use around the area. Overall a great place to take kids if you need to burn off some extra energy. Got here on a Tuesday for a last minute bday celebration. This is on the younger side so I think anyone older than 8 years old might reconsider BUT if your child enjoys open play than it's definitely a cute place. The ladies working were amazing from start to finish. She helped me understand the package and just kind overall. It was refreshing to see young talents that were able to communicate well. Bc my girls were a little older, they helped them stay entertained by the scavenger hunt, finding items and sticker books. They were so patient with them and I appreciated that so much. The staff were constantly picking up things and making sure the place was well managed. Side note -- I am soo happy water wasn't overly priced!! Amazing indoor play center for the little ones with AC and excellent staff and organization. They're super on top of their playgrounds, each one is well taken care of with staff running around constantly to sort and put toys back as well as make sure things are clean. They have different areas inside with legos, foam soft play, slides, a marketplace, and a cool chicken egg machine to keep kids entertained for hours. With a 30 minute drive I was nervous it wouldn't live up to the hype but I am so glad we came! First, let's talk affordability. I was able to get my family (myself, toddler, and baby) in for $30 plus socks which isn't bad considering how amazing this place is! There are so many fun activities. You can tell how much effort was put into designing this place. The play areas are well organized, thought out, and extremely interactive. The toys are CLEAN, in great shape, and safe, which you can't say for many indoor playgrounds. The place was honestly spotless. There's cute little Easter eggs, like finding the "tiny tiger" and getting a prize, or a scavenger hunt posted on the walls. I was pleasantly surprised to see a great functional reading area as well! They also have childproof gates which made me feel better about letting my 2 year old Roam around. My baby even found a little "baby area" with baby type toys and mirrors etc. The bathrooms! Kid friendly and even had a child sized sink. The staff is friendly and hardworkjng! They even provided my son free socks when he lost his that he came with. (Typical toddler move.) they have people walking around cleaning stuff safely away from the kids when they leave the stations. I got my membership back in the summertime before they put the Mario Cart video center. This was my go to place for screen-free time for my toddler. I'm not sure who made the decision to have the Mario Cart Video station. The awful thing is right across the library den where my son would enjoy the books. Instead he gets distracted staring into the video game area when the older kids are playing. I likely won't renew my membership for the Mario Cart station reason. Now THIS is an indoor playground! I've heard so much about Tiny Tiger from my friends & I am so happy I was able to give them a try before the end of the year. My 2.5 year old had an absolute blast. This place is truly made for the toddler age. $20 for entry which includes one adult for two hours play. It is $45 per month (cancel at any time) for the membership. I wish it was discussed at the front & that you were able to apply the $20 to the $45 membership because after being able to experience Tiny Tiger they 100% would have had my membership after one visit. This place was incredibly clean & even though there was only one person working the front I saw her multiple times come & retrieve toys to sanitize. It's also hard to chase after your little one & put everything where it should be, she was fantastic at helping the moms/dads put things back where they belonged. They're incredibly organized here! It's also fantastic to be able to go up into the jungle gym with your little one-especially when it gets to the point of not being able to see them anymore. Each space was organized well & had a stock of toys to play. We easily could have spent more time here & will be in the future. I am a HUGE fan of Tiny Tiger! My daughter just celebrated her 6th birthday at Tiny Tigers, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. She chose a Hello Kitty theme, and the decorations put together by Tiny Tigers were absolutely wonderful, thoughtful, and beautifully done. The facility itself is spotless and very well maintained. I noticed staff members constantly wiping down surfaces with organic and non-toxic disinfectant, which gave me great peace of mind. There are so many fun areas for the kids to explore, from shopping at the little grocery store to reading with the giant bear in the library corner to racing down the big slide into the ball pit. The kids could not get enough of it. Our party host, Hannah, was fantastic. She kept everything running smoothly and on schedule while also being there anytime I needed a hand. Kailyn and Jenna, the owners, clearly put so much care into making Tiny Tigers a welcoming and joyful place for families. Tiny Tigers is a fun and adorable place for children to play, and my kids always enjoyed their time there. However, I found it very difficult for the facility to maintain cleanliness at all times, especially considering how many young children share the space. Unfortunately, my children became sick almost every time we visited. It was common to see children who appeared ill playing closely with others, putting toys in their mouths, and licking surfaces, and staff were not always able to intervene. I initially purchased a membership but ultimately decided to cancel it because of these recurring health concerns. My children rarely get sick this often, even while attending school, but after they contracted Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease, I felt I could no longer justify returning. I understand that germs are unavoidable, especially in children's play areas, but in such a small, enclosed space where not all parents closely supervise their children, it seems nearly impossible to prevent toys and shared surfaces from becoming contaminated. read more

We came here after driving pretty far to finally come check it out. We are living out of town but we had been wanting to come here since they opened. I was disappointed that the air conditioning was not working and it was humid all around the place. I was also disappointed that the place looked a bit run down considering how new it is. I understand kids play with things and things can get torn/ damaged and what not with use but instead of being repaired or replaced properly, it was just duct taped or just not working. There was an area with balls that shoot up and down ducts which seemed like a lot of fun but one of the ducts was clogged with tons of balls and it was also "repaired" with tape that was a failed attempt because it was still broken. The chicken coop was completely out of eggs and just useless. The flooring at the market/kitchen was taped with duct tape all over. The floor was also kind easy to trip over since it isn't smooth. I wish I could say it was a great first time but it wasn't. I do want to say that I did like they had bins to place objects kids put in their mouth to be cleaned before putting back for others to play with. Plenty of parking but could not figure out the EV charger. It was a little busy and a big mix of tiny kids and bigger kids who don't always look out for other while running around. There were also a lot of hidden rooms and twist and turns so better keep an eye on your little one. The price point. For two hours of play is competitive for the area and we were running late so they started us from when we got there which I was very appreciative! The ball out was def for bigger kids and not so easy for adults to climb in after littles but there was a large grocery shopping room with trucks and doctor play that the littles could enjoy and was where we spent most of our time! Came here with my toddler and she had so much fun. There's a lot of different stations - ball pits, future careers, grocery store, kitchen, farm etc. We spent two hours here easily. We came with our friend and her 6 year old and I think she might've been just a tad too old for this place but she still enjoyed herself too. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there isn't really a place to rest and eat snacks without leaving the area. They do sell snacks and drinks but you have to leave the play area and there's not really anywhere you can eat it I think. Still a pretty cool place for little kids. read more

Love love love Tiny Tiger. This was our second visit and it was even better than the first. They checked all the boxes. I had called the day before to make a reservation and was having trouble booking it using the 5 visit pass. I had called a few times and each time staff was very patient and helpful. Finally, they went out of their way to call me back and set up our reservation. Kaycee was super helpful with this. Staff was very friendly and patient with kids. Throughout our visit I noticed multiple staff walking around cleaning and tidying up during the busy flow. They even had staff at the gate to enter into the play area ensuring kids were safe. They also had a gate upon entering the bathroom which I wouldn't have thought of but added extra safety for little ones. I love how intentional each play area is and all the materials are kid friendly and durable. I love how interactive each area is as well. They offer a wide variety of dramatic play areas, a large gross motor area complete with a ball pit and mini trampoline and even a relaxing library with engaging books. Loved the in and out privileges. I love all the attention to details: very clean space (the sweet workers cleaned and disinfected constantly), there were slippers to use the potty, the spotless restrooms with a little seat for little booties, toddler friendly sink, the huge ball pit (the most balls I've ever seen at an indoor playground!), the scavenger hunt and sticker book, all topped with a toy of their choice when they leave which was great! Wow!!! This place is incredible. The workers are always disinfecting whenever they can which is amazing. Something that I've never seen before and need to add to why I have a 5 star review is they provide shoes at the enterance of the bathroom for kids and adults to use to not contaminate the play area with those nasty germs. Any time I would look away from my kids I would see them picking up after the kids and organizing to make the play area useful for their imagination. Clearly, safety is another on of their priorities. Even if my 4 year old would run off I knew he was safe because there always is an adult at the enterance and they would only let kids leave with an adult. Also, baby gates in the passageways where the exit and entrances are. They are sooooo sweet always a smile on workers faces. This place is small yet huge. I have a 10 month old and 4 year old. They both had such a great time. Since it was our first time we only got the 2 hr option but I promise we could def stay a while more and the prices are so worth it. The ONLY bad thing I would say is the area where you have to take off your shoes and place your belongings. It's pretty small and gets crowded quick but doesn't really matter since that's not the main attraction. 10/10 amazing experience. read more
