    Friday night lights

Always a good time for the kids. Fun music and bright lights. Lots of room for kids to jump around. If you need a space for a party, they have that too. Very simple and affordable. Friendly staff and a clean facility. Be back soon.

This place sucks. Horrible customer service. My son wanted his birthday party here. We paid over $300 for a birthday party for 10 (two pizzas and two 2 liters). First off the first girl Alyssa was super rude to my wife as we checked in was not helpful in the least bit and proceeded to be very condescending during the process. Afterwards we find out that they order little ceaser pizza.... wtf. Why was this not mentioned prior? For $300 dollars? So we get some paper plates, forks 10 wrist bands, 2 little Ceasars pizzas ,two 2 liters for $300? Alyssa told Rae that if we are upset we can order from In and Out... over their radio. My wife goes down to the reception area again to ask about how this all works and thats when we are told it's little Ceasars. The other employee here is a bit more helpful and at least her name is Rae. Thank you, Rae we appreciate you. Transparency and a decent approachable attitude would have more then likely prevented this review. Do better! **update upon further review. We paid a $120 deposit and the original invoice stated that we would be charged another $208 upon arrival. When we left they were trying charge us $374. This place sucks and is a scam. They prey upon parents.

I brought my son here for a birthday party. Upon arrival at 11, the parking lot super packed. Couldn't find parking so parked at the business park next door. Was only going to be here for an hour so wasn't worried about getting towed, not sure if they do since it was Saturday. The place was big. You have to fill out a waiver first then go to front line to pay and buy socks. We brought grippy socks for my son since he has many for daycare. As an adult I didn't get grippy socks. It was pretty packed. Everything was full and crazy kids bouncing and jumping through all areas, doing backflips and jumping off the middle post. It was crazy. My poor 1 year old was scared. We saw the baby/smaller kids area and went there. It wasn't too pack but had some older kids who were under the height. I would say wait until your kid is older. I had to hold my 1 year old hands around because he was scared and if I didn't he'll bounce off. Haha. The music was also super loud on both sides. Not good for kids ears but fun for older kids. It's a big party.

You need to buy special socks to jump, $5

In desperate need of adult supervision, and that means workers and parents. Unsupervised children and teenagers are wreaking havoc in this bad boy; screaming, cursing, and fighting will have you wishing you went elsewhere. Oh and did I mention you'll have to pay $5 for "jumping" socks on top of the $20 an hour to jump. On this Tuesday night, our crew received buy one hour get one free, so it was $25 a kid including socks. You had better stay with your children every step of the way or else you may have problems, and even then you still might have serious issues. We came to celebrate my nephews birthday and aside from some kid stealing the ball they were playing with, another kid pushed him down after my nephew knocked them out of a dodgeball game. I wasn't havin' it so I told the kid to chill out, and subsequently the child and his dad left the dodgeball area. As our large group was leaving, my nephew and his parents decided to stay for 10 more minutes before meeting us at dinner. The next thing I know, my sister-in-law shows up pissed off as one of the other parents got aggressive with her, acting like they wanted to fight. Parents acting like teenagers, teenagers acting like children, and only a couple of youngsters running the joint. Although my nephew has celebrated his last few birthdays here, I doubt they're coming back. Everyone needs to sign the waiver, including address, telephone number, and email, whether you're jumping or not. This was not the fun night we expected. What a shame.

We attending a birthday party and it was so much fun! My kids enjoyed their time with their friends. Our friends rented a 3 hour bday session and we were in the private room. The large room accommodated 50 easily with both kids and parents. It was a very nice space. You get a couple hours jump time and an hour break for lunch and birthday cake. There is a package that comes with pizza, drinks, and grab bags. The host also brought in food and cake. If you purchased the largest package, then the outside food fee is waived. The jump area is one big huge play area which we appreciate. You can see all the areas from anywhere in the place. There is a small toddler area in the back right, dodgeball, swing with slides and pit, and a huge jump area. You do need to watch your own kids. Don't rely on staff. Besides sometimes there's older kids and if you have little ones then you have to be aware and watch them. The staff that was assigned to us was super nice and sweet. I just wish I grabbed her name. My 2 yo son fell down the stairs head first running after daddy and cut his lip. She came over and asked if he was ok and if we wanted popsicles for his lip to not swell. She offered my daughter one also. Ample parking and located by Costco Poway and Kohls. I appreciate the huge fan on the ceiling for circulation but if you're not active then it does get chilly inside!

@Boogies I and my mom plus my 2 and a cousin were at get air during your entire visit, perhaps find out the details of food before you come? Even at less than 380 having someone else set up clean up gift bag plus socks for each kid is worth it without the 2 pizzas for the kids , bring extra for adults , drinks of your choice jump time for all Screaming at staff poor Alyssa who were doing everything they could to make your experience, despite the fact it's for the kids who were having a blast , offering close quick different food, my mom could hear you all the way in the bathroom over the music and kid downstairs Everyone in the place felt bad for the staff and then encouraging kids to squish their free ice cream through the fence, that was shocking and awkward , the staff half your wifes age, who does not make the decisions, just follow theplans, and manage the constant party flow, no one tips them, they really tried their best to accommodate you They just looked defeated, they do not own the place nor do they decide the policies. They are someone's children who did all the right things. The staff here work so hard , especially on these birthdays, particularly Rae , We come here all the time lately In the evenings. I mentioned this particular staff member because she's attentive to the kids she noticed that my boys have autism. She is very kind ,her and staff dealing with people who walk out without paying for their parties being yelled at by much older adults, its shocking and saddening to treat these young adults like that, I was just here not too long ago and saw some woman smashing ice cream in the fence A mother acting like that after having a birthday party for her child and not paying , these people provide a great place for all types all ages , any grievance warranted or not shouldn't be taken out on the staff . Thank you to the staff at get air for being a great support to my children throughout the years Mom of 27 , 20 , 18 , 10 and 8 year Olds. We've had great times and birthdays too!

Unfortunately, if you buy online, there is no kiosk or separate check-in line; you still need to wait in line for an employee to check you in. Tough to do, though, while we were there, as the kids and parents buying tickets were all congregating in the lobby, where even the employee had to shout to be heard. Once we entered the facility, we found the area clean and well-lit. However, the clients--primarily pre-teens and young teens--were specifically targeting our kids, who are all 12 years old girls. The one staff member our kids approached for help did her best, but she was alone on the trampoline floor and appeared thoroughly overwhelmed less than 30 minutes into the GLOW night. Most of the other guests were dressed to impress, but they weren't jumping; they were simply walking around, trying to see others. Our kids came to jump, and each time the bullies approached them, they would turn and leave that area, only to be pursued by kids pulling on their clothing, laughing in their faces, and making animal noises. The situation felt like mob mentality, and it was concerning that there were no adults present to intervene or correct the behavior of their kids. My husband and I were up in the parent lounge, and we were the only adults present for the hour and 45 minutes we were onsite. Ten minutes into our visit, we did intervene on the jump floor and stayed there for a time and were able to eventually get the bullies to leave our kids alone. However, we kept a close eye on them as it became apparent that most parents drop their kids off and leave.

The whole place has this lively atmosphere that teenagers would enjoy a lot, and I noticed right away that there were a ton of teenagers there already, laughing, running around, and getting excited for their next game. The arena itself looked way more immersive than I expected, with bright lights and themed areas that made everything feel more adventurous without costing anything extra just to walk around or enjoy the environment. By my surprise, the gear and the whole setup looked so futuristic and cool even though it was all designed just for having fun, which makes it perfect for teenagers who love active, creative experiences. It was a new place to me, but I didn't realize how much there was to enjoy until I actually stepped inside and saw how easy it was to get into the game without feeling rushed or confused. I appreciated how smooth everything felt, from getting the equipment to joining the match. I never doubted that the experience was going to turn out the way I hoped it would. I only visited Invasion Laser Tag one time in my life before making this review, but it ended up being one of the most exciting and playful places I've been to in a long time. I would highly recommend that even teenagers go there because it gives them a place to have fun, be active, and feel creative. I lived for 24 years. I'm not physically or mentally 24 years old. In the summertime in the year 2024, I learned that I'm still physically and mentally 18 years old. I also learned in the summer that year that my prefrontal cortex is way more developed than average 25‑year‑olds' prefrontal cortex in the human brain.
