Compare to the trampoline park in Miramar, I like this one a lot better. This trampoline park is bigger, with a big obstacle course for older kids and a dedicated toddler part that's got a climbing area. And way less arcade games at the front. When we pay to go play at the trampoline park, I don't want my kids to get distracted by all the blinking arcade games. So I prefer this one over the one in Miramar. We came for a birthday party and the host reserved a dedicated room for the party. That was nice to have our own space. This place is popular for birthday parties because that same day, there were at least five other birthday parties and they have multiple parties at the second floor open space. Very disappointing experience with the shift manager, Alyssa, especially regarding how a safety incident involving children was handled. While we were there, an incident occurred between two kids where one child was hit in the face. We were told to speak to Alyssa who's the shift manger on duty. Instead of helping us, she directed us to a website/phone number and repeatedly said she trusted her staff and that she had been told nothing happened. This became even more confusing when the staff present clarified that this was not what they had told her. What disappointed me most was the lack of concern or professionalism. She never asked whether the child was okay or whether any assistance was needed. Instead, she told us she did not like the way we were speaking to her. She may not have liked our accent, or communication style, but that should not prevent a manager from helping a customer appropriately--especially when the concern involves a child's safety. Ironically, her staff handled the situation much more professionally. Before we left, they followed up with us and offered to file an incident report. The entire experience felt disorganized and poorly handled, and it left us seriously questioning what procedures are actually in place when a child is injured. I would appreciate someone from upper management contacting me directly to review what happened and explain the proper procedure for handling incidents involving children. When parents trust a facility with their kids, we need to know that safety concerns will be taken seriously and handled with professionalism, empathy, and appropriate follow-up. There also needs to be proper training for managers and staff on incident reporting, communication, and how to respond when a child is hurt. Until we know this situation has been addressed and appropriate training is in place, it will be very difficult for us to feel comfortable trusting this facility with our kids again. read more

Bought tickets online thinking it would be faster and a better deal. I was very wrong. Online, we paid $20 per parent for one hour of jumping. When we arrived, there was a sign saying parents could jump for $6.99 if tickets were purchased there, which was already frustrating. The second we walked in, the heat hit us like a brick. An employee told us that part of their air conditioning was not working. It was around 90 degrees outside, and it genuinely felt cooler outside than it did inside the building. We were sweating just sitting down. We tried to stay optimistic and headed toward the trampolines, but it was so crowded that it was nearly impossible to jump. There were maybe 10 small benches for approximately 50 parents. Where was everyone supposed to sit? I asked whether a manager was available and explained the situation to the employees at the front. They were understanding, took my phone number and said a manager would call me. No one ever did. I also emailed corporate and received no response. We stayed for less than 20 minutes despite paying for two hours for our child and one hour for both adults. Between the broken air conditioning, extreme heat, overcrowding, lack of seating, pricing difference and complete lack of follow-up, this was a terrible experience. I really wanted to like get air when I moved to poway. My first experience was poor. I came in during a weekend and they were understaffed and it took me almost 30 minutes to check in. Once we were checked in, I was so over stimulated with the loud music that I had to leave after an hour even though I paid for two hours. Here I am months later and I decided to give it a second chance mid-afternoon during the week. I was able to check in very quickly and admission is very affordable compared to other indoor playgrounds but it is so dirty! I feel dirty seating on the massage chairs and around the equipment. There is trash and dust littered everywhere. I really wanted to love this location but it seems to be going downhill fast. The party rooms are upstairs, but they have a bunch of benches just crammed together where they allow multiple parties to go on at the same time. It can definitely feel cramped. However the separated party rooms aren't too bad. The food is average, and for the money you're paying I feel like you should get a tad more. Staff is okay, they're rather inattentive where they should be and over attentive where it's less needed. They don't really do anything if there's bullying going on so beware of that. Their prices are moderate for a jumpy place. It's worth going if you live in the area, but I'd rather drive to Mira Mesa. read more

Clearly a "well loved" place as everything is dirty and banged up -- we even saw water leaking from the ceiling over the trampoline area. The 46" and under area is not monitored, so kids of all sizes are in the toddler zone. While things appear to be padded, they are not. It's simply material over metal. We visited Get Air today - the first time in years! We were excited to see the improvements with the slides and ball pits. Unfortunately, we left disappointed as they now let kids jump with flip boards (think scooters without the wheels). How is this safe?! An employee told me the bottom is made of foam but it's still a metal handlebar. We saw kids swinging their boards around and it made me so nervous, particularly for the young kids! On top of that, the check in process remains slow.... It's silly to have to wait 15-20 minutes to check in even after you bought tickets online and signed waivers in advance. I hope the owners revisit the flip board option or add safety parameters. read more

Afterwards we find out that they order little ceaser pizza.... wtf. Why was this not mentioned prior? For $300 dollars? So we get some paper plates,forks 10 wrist bands, 2 little Ceasars pizzas ,two 2 liters for $300? Alyssa told Rae that if we are upset we can order from In and Out... over their radio. My wife goes down to the reception area again to ask about how this all works and thats when we are told it's little Ceasars. The other employee here is a bit more helpful and at least her name is Rae. Thank you, Rae we appreciate you. Transparency and a decent approachable attitude would have more then likely prevented this review. Do better! **update upon further review. We paid a $120 deposit and the original invoice stated that we would be charged another $208 upon arrival. When we left they were trying charge us $374. This place sucks and is a scam. You have to fill out a waiver first then go to front line to pay and buy socks. We brought grippy socks for my son since he has many for daycare. As an adult I didn't get grippy socks. It was pretty packed. Everything was full and crazy kids bouncing and jumping through all areas, doing backflips and jumping off the middle post. It was crazy. My poor 1 year old was scared. We saw the baby/smaller kids area and went there. It wasn't too pack but had some older kids who were under the height. I would say wait until your kid is older. I had to hold my 1 year old hands around because he was scared and if I didn't he'll bounce off. Haha. The music was also super loud on both sides. Not good for kids ears but fun for older kids. I had a party here this past weekend, and was told I could arrive to set up 45 minutes early. I even called TWICE earlier that week to confirm. The manager told me himself in person that I could. The day of the party, I called one more time to confirm, but was told that I could NOT set up that early. Are you serious??? I had asked to speak to the manager over the phone, and suddenly he told me I could only come 30 minutes early as opposed to what he had told me a few days prior. After checking in 30 minutes early, there was STILL a party going on. When speaking with the employee Samantha, about getting the room cleared out so I could have the time I NEEDED to set up, I recieved a nasty attitude from her. The manager ended up getting involved, and he appologized for their "inconviniences". Then he proceeded to explain how he is "new" and that theyre "doing the best they can" while giving me a bunch of other nonsense excuses. This place is a MESS. Unsupervised children and teenagers are wreaking havoc in this bad boy; screaming, cursing, and fighting will have you wishing you went elsewhere. On this Tuesday night, our crew received buy one hour get one free, so it was $25 a kid including socks. You had better stay with your children every step of the way or else you may have problems, and even then you still might have serious issues. We came to celebrate my nephews birthday and aside from some kid stealing the ball they were playing with, another kid pushed him down after my nephew knocked them out of a dodgeball game. I wasn't havin' it so I told the kid to chill out, and subsequently the child and his dad left the dodgeball area. As our large group was leaving, my nephew and his parents decided to stay for 10 more minutes before meeting us at dinner. The next thing I know, my sister-in-law shows up pissed off as one of the other parents got aggressive with her, acting like they wanted to fight. Parents acting like teenagers, teenagers acting like children, and only a couple of youngsters running the joint. Although my nephew has celebrated his last few birthdays here, I doubt they're coming back. Everyone needs to sign the waiver, including address, telephone number, and email, whether you're jumping or not. This was not the fun night we expected. What a shame. read more

We attending a birthday party and it was so much fun! My kids enjoyed their time with their friends. Our friends rented a 3 hour bday session and we were in the private room. The large room accommodated 50 easily with both kids and parents. It was a very nice space. You get a couple hours jump time and an hour break for lunch and birthday cake. There is a package that comes with pizza, drinks, and grab bags. The host also brought in food and cake. If you purchased the largest package, then the outside food fee is waived. The jump area is one big huge play area which we appreciate. You can see all the areas from anywhere in the place. There is a small toddler area in the back right, dodgeball, swing with slides and pit, and a huge jump area. You do need to watch your own kids. Don't rely on staff. Besides sometimes there's older kids and if you have little ones then you have to be aware and watch them. The staff that was assigned to us was super nice and sweet. I just wish I grabbed her name. My 2 yo son fell down the stairs head first running after daddy and cut his lip. She came over and asked if he was ok and if we wanted popsicles for his lip to not swell. She offered my daughter one also. Ample parking and located by Costco Poway and Kohls. And the basketball area is awful. one court and there's a pretty tall hoop so some kids can't dunk. I am 5'9 not too tall and because of this ramp under the hoop it's almost impossible to dunk. The lowest level of the indoor playground is a mess. trash everywhere and nothing works. There's a broken music machine and it just glitches playing noise non stop. Not the best trampoline spot. Like others, it is big and smelly and germs everywhere. LOL I know I am generalizing, and sweaty kids smell, and I am not a doctor but this place is a little worn down and smelled. Not sure how clean it was. And my daughter was sick 3 days after, but their is no way I can say it was from here. We went there for a party and they were not very organized. Missing a table and the guys that helped us didn't care about much and said they just didn't have another one, not looking or offering to look for one. There was only one girl working the front desk at 1 pm on Saturday. That was terrible, for her and everyone waiting. Customer service was not a priority. Disappointing. Massive water leaks from the ceiling at multiple areas over the park is unacceptable, and to my knowledge this has not been fixed (after weeks, months?). Check in process consistently takes a half hour due to there only being one employee checking in families. There appears to be no enforcement or staff supervision (as compared to other bounce parks we've been to like Sky Zone). I've also noticed 90% of the electronics in the brand new enclosures do not work (ball pumps, etc.) - it feels like there was no plan by ownership to maintain the new renovations. Finally, the park gets way over-crowded. Overall it feels like this place is pretty dumpy and will only get worse over time. read more

This place is fun for kids, but the positive aspects pretty much end there. Cons: 1) They seem to always be short staffed, unless you're there for a birthday party - the birthday party hosts actually do a good job of keeping things organized. 2) Check-in/arrival is a mess. There's not much organization to it. In fact, it seems pretty easy to bypass the counter, not pay, and go straight to jumping. 3) I've never seen anyone monitoring the end time (which I guess isn't bad). So you could pay for one hour, then stay for three, since it seems that no one is checking. 4) The worst part though, is the parking! The lot looks big, but for the number of people that are actually there visiting, you always end up circling multiple times. read more
