Area behind the massage chairs
Victoria H.

I really wanted to like get air when I moved to poway. My first experience was poor. I came in during a weekend and they were understaffed and it took me almost 30 minutes to check in. Once we were checked in, I was so over stimulated with the loud music that I had to leave after an hour even though I paid for two hours. Here I am months later and I decided to give it a second chance mid-afternoon during the week. I was able to check in very quickly and admission is very affordable compared to other indoor playgrounds but it is so dirty! I feel dirty seating on the massage chairs and around the equipment. There is trash and dust littered everywhere. I really wanted to love this location but it seems to be going downhill fast. Edit to add: a lot of the male employees have blood shot eyes indicative that several of them are high on the job.

Always a good time for the kids. Fun music and bright lights. Lots of room for kids to jump around. If you need a space for a party, they have that too. Very simple and affordable. Friendly staff and a clean facility. Be back soon.

The trampoline park, Get Air , in Poway just got a HUGE renovation and it's AMAZING ! It has everything from tons of trampolines and slides, balls pits, a zip line, and a bunch of other fun jungle gym activities to keep your kids busy for hours! They have a section for the littles and even a few massage chairs for the adults who don't want to partake in the park's activities (We love running around with our daughter and feeling like a kid again on the slides and trampolines ). Follow @allthingsfoodinsandiego for more must try San Diego restaurants, date night ideas, food experiences, kid friendly spots, with a sprinkling of home-cooking!

This place sucks. Horrible customer service. My son wanted his birthday party here. We paid over $300 for a birthday party for 10 (two pizzas and two 2 liters). First off the first girl Alyssa was super rude to my wife as we checked in was not helpful in the least bit and proceeded to be very condescending during the process. Afterwards we find out that they order little ceaser pizza.... wtf. Why was this not mentioned prior? For $300 dollars? So we get some paper plates, forks 10 wrist bands, 2 little Ceasars pizzas ,two 2 liters for $300? Alyssa told Rae that if we are upset we can order from In and Out... over their radio. My wife goes down to the reception area again to ask about how this all works and thats when we are told it's little Ceasars. The other employee here is a bit more helpful and at least her name is Rae. Thank you, Rae we appreciate you. Transparency and a decent approachable attitude would have more then likely prevented this review. Do better! **update upon further review. We paid a $120 deposit and the original invoice stated that we would be charged another $208 upon arrival. When we left they were trying charge us $374. This place sucks and is a scam. They prey upon parents.

I brought my son here for a birthday party. Upon arrival at 11, the parking lot super packed. Couldn't find parking so parked at the business park next door. Was only going to be here for an hour so wasn't worried about getting towed, not sure if they do since it was Saturday. The place was big. You have to fill out a waiver first then go to front line to pay and buy socks. We brought grippy socks for my son since he has many for daycare. As an adult I didn't get grippy socks. It was pretty packed. Everything was full and crazy kids bouncing and jumping through all areas, doing backflips and jumping off the middle post. It was crazy. My poor 1 year old was scared. We saw the baby/smaller kids area and went there. It wasn't too pack but had some older kids who were under the height. I would say wait until your kid is older. I had to hold my 1 year old hands around because he was scared and if I didn't he'll bounce off. Haha. The music was also super loud on both sides. Not good for kids ears but fun for older kids. It's a big party.

tatsuya, destiny, alissa are the absolute best workers ever! no feedback what so ever! definitely coming back here with my kids.

You need to buy special socks to jump, $5

In desperate need of adult supervision, and that means workers and parents. Unsupervised children and teenagers are wreaking havoc in this bad boy; screaming, cursing, and fighting will have you wishing you went elsewhere. Oh and did I mention you'll have to pay $5 for "jumping" socks on top of the $20 an hour to jump. On this Tuesday night, our crew received buy one hour get one free, so it was $25 a kid including socks. You had better stay with your children every step of the way or else you may have problems, and even then you still might have serious issues. We came to celebrate my nephews birthday and aside from some kid stealing the ball they were playing with, another kid pushed him down after my nephew knocked them out of a dodgeball game. I wasn't havin' it so I told the kid to chill out, and subsequently the child and his dad left the dodgeball area. As our large group was leaving, my nephew and his parents decided to stay for 10 more minutes before meeting us at dinner. The next thing I know, my sister-in-law shows up pissed off as one of the other parents got aggressive with her, acting like they wanted to fight. Parents acting like teenagers, teenagers acting like children, and only a couple of youngsters running the joint. Although my nephew has celebrated his last few birthdays here, I doubt they're coming back. Everyone needs to sign the waiver, including address, telephone number, and email, whether you're jumping or not. This was not the fun night we expected. What a shame.

We attending a birthday party and it was so much fun! My kids enjoyed their time with their friends. Our friends rented a 3 hour bday session and we were in the private room. The large room accommodated 50 easily with both kids and parents. It was a very nice space. You get a couple hours jump time and an hour break for lunch and birthday cake. There is a package that comes with pizza, drinks, and grab bags. The host also brought in food and cake. If you purchased the largest package, then the outside food fee is waived. The jump area is one big huge play area which we appreciate. You can see all the areas from anywhere in the place. There is a small toddler area in the back right, dodgeball, swing with slides and pit, and a huge jump area. You do need to watch your own kids. Don't rely on staff. Besides sometimes there's older kids and if you have little ones then you have to be aware and watch them. The staff that was assigned to us was super nice and sweet. I just wish I grabbed her name. My 2 yo son fell down the stairs head first running after daddy and cut his lip. She came over and asked if he was ok and if we wanted popsicles for his lip to not swell. She offered my daughter one also. Ample parking and located by Costco Poway and Kohls. I appreciate the huge fan on the ceiling for circulation but if you're not active then it does get chilly inside!

Kids had fun jumping around for 2 hours with their friends. Some of the equipment is a bit overused or needs replacement.

I especially appreciate how the staff always make an effort to keep everything clean, especially since this is a place where so many kids come to play. The restrooms have also become much cleaner and more organized, which is a big improvement. Of course, with so many kids constantly coming in and out, I completely understand that it's almost impossible to keep everything 100% spotless all the time. I always appreciate businesses where the employees are genuinely friendly, happy to be there, and treat customers with a positive attitude. It really makes a difference and makes the experience much more enjoyable.

She was awesome, I saw her wiping the tables before our reservation started, she put the table covers and plates, she was checking in on us during the entire time, asked if we needed anything else. She was very helpful and all smiles the entire time. Anyway, the birthday child had an amazing time with her friends, highly recommend as they are very organized and safe.

This location is more compact, still cool free video games to play. Their concession stand has ample supply of ice cream and other items. Great prices just like Carlsbad! I would say this is perfect for toddlers and younger children. When we went with my almost 10 year old there were armies of 5 and under. Probably closer to 3 and under. I wish I knew about this location when he was smaller. They even have a jungle gym good for the younger crowd and opened their Skytower while we were there. Would highly recommend this location for the younger Skyzone members it's perfect size to chase your child around and not have them get lost. Their toddler time was popping. (Very busy, in the best way, like a small child party but plenty of room.)

And honestly its up to us because they believe that we can be abused by the greed of the new owners and wont stand up. They are forcing our hands and think the regular costumer is stupid enough to pay what they want you to pay Example: 90 minutes is eliminated, which use to be around 18 dollars give or take now they give you a 2hr option, sorry they FORCE you to purchase 2 hrs as the minimum purchase price. So you are handcuffed to their purchase tier, they will justify it by saying buy a season pass and it will pay for itself after a couple visits, ok sure, but what if you dont go to skyzone that often? to just drop in with 3 kids for an hour its over a 100 dollars if you dont have socks. sure you get 2 hours, but what if you can only stay for an hour? your price is handcuffed! Next the free arcade games were included in the purchase of skyzone jump hours, now they cost a card and most games are now 8 pts which is equivalent to 2 dollars? Once again GREED at its finest! Just be ready, because you know food is next, I mean While we are at it, why not charge extra to play dodge ball, or how bout this why not have a quarter machine to use the bathroom. The Staff is Friendly, but I will not support a franchise owner who chooses GREED over costumers! This is the business model, nickle and dime you, knowing you will pay! Make them learn how to value costumers by not supporting.

It's a great indoor activity, and I like that there's plenty of seating nearby for parents or parents can join in on the fun with their kids! The biggest downside is the lack of staff involvement. Most of the employees are teenagers and often seem unsure what to do. The zip line is rarely open, no one really organizes activities like dodgeball, and some of the foam balls and trampoline areas could use better maintenance and cleaning. I also wish they offered an early toddler/under-5 time. Opening at noon during the school year is tough for homeschool families and kids who nap in the afternoon. Also, please turn up the AC!!!! I LOVED doing this with my son. It was so fun, and I loved seeing him happy as he practiced new skills and refined his gross motor skills. He's currently enjoying "Ninja Training" class, which he thinks is a cool name. The kids do a warm up and then practice 2 different ninja obstacle courses led by 2 instructors, with play time and other activities throughout the class. Since the class is for kids around 1st grade, the parent's sit on the benches and get to watch. We had my son's 5th birthday party at MyGym, and it was so perfect!
