We had our son's 4th birthday party here at the end of March after school during the week to save some $$ and the place did not disappoint. Of course it was too difficult to keep 10 kids from running into zones they weren't height qualified to go to, but they all had a lot of fun (lots of sweaty 4-5 yr olds) together. It was wide open for supervision: can spot your kid anywhere. But I can imagine it'd be harder to manage at peak jump times. The pizza was actually pretty good quality in comparison to the pizza at some trampoline parks I've been to. Also they allow for you to bring your own cake and prepackaged foods. I have to say the only thing I was disappointed in was our party host who was almost one of the only ones working the admin area so she was a bit behind when we were ready to eat or to show us where we were to go to jump. I started serving the plates and then after i'd already served about half my party i turned around to see that the host had plastic gloves on to serve. Where'd she suddenly come from? If that was part of your service, it wasn't made clear nor was it timely. But that was small in comparison to our overall experience. We had the entire party room to ourselves, enough room for the kids to have a light saber (our party favors we brought) play fight. So fun. My kids will be back! read more

We went here for a five year old birthday party. The party was upstairs. The problem is, there was NO ELEVATOR!!!!. So my husband had to lift our stroller up the stairs, with a sleeping baby. So dangerous and scary! Although the worker was offering to do it. He agreed that nobody likes that missing elevator and mentioned that he might have it installed soon. He must be the manager. I wasn't gonna go jumping with my one year downstairs. I just wanted to chat with my friend who I haven't seen for a long time. I don't usually write reviews but had to for our last experience celebrating my nephew's 8th birthday party. This place has become a breeding ground for high school bullies who like to pick on little kids. By this, I mean these high schoolers are calling 7-10 year olds b*tch and motherf*cker while pegging them full force in the head with dodge balls. My 7 year old daughter was hit in the head by a teenager who chucked it at her ear. I understand it's dodgeball but someone needs to be there to regulate the games, perhaps by age like every other trampoline park? When my husband went to tell the teens to calm down because there are little kids around, one of them became very confrontational and aggressive. For reference, he was a caucasian male wearing a white tank top, purple lakers hat, and pants sagging with his underwear exposed. I notified the managers at the front and they walkied the "lifeguard". Welp, it so happens the lifeguard was homies/cousins with these teens and the employee had the nerve to tell MY husband to calm down with his friend running his mouth behind him talking smack to my husband. Bad look. Anyways, the managers did nothing, kids are getting hurt, no responsible personnel on duty. It's definitely a free-for-all here which is why all the teens probably come here. I've only been to a handful of trampoline parks, but this Get Air was definitely the most well maintained I've seen. The staff was super friendly downstairs around the kids and upstairs where my wife's cousin threw a birthday party for her 5 year old boy. The party area upstairs was clean and overlooks the entire park which is cool if you're watching your kid(s) from up top. The arcade area downstairs has a lot of options too, and I was just impressed at how well the staff maintained the place clean even on a Saturday with dozens of kids all over the place. I am very disappointed on how the promotion and website states kid friendly for smaller kids, However it's not. When I purchased the overpriced 2 hr. Session for my 4 year old, I asked specifically if I was allowed to jump and play with him in the smaller kids session, the worker at the front said yes. So I purchased one for myself, as I'm always involved while playing with my kids. Once I got to playing with him I was told by another worker I was unable to, I advised him the other person said I could. There was no effort on their side to straighten it out. So I go up and ask why was I told wrong info... I got some BS run around answer... "Oh you can use the back pits to play" yeah, no he's to small for that big of a foam pit and climbing activities. Needless to say my son was upset and crying because he could not go on the main section and could not climb on the items. I go back up to the counter only being there 30 minutes tell them (appeared to be a manager) and made zero effort to make it right. Except to let me know on Tuesday mornings he can jump there... ummm sorry I'm not a stay at home. Horrible management skills. Money WASTED as we left. Their lack of effort to make it right is disappointing. Do NOT take your small child there and you want to play with your kid and not just watch. And responding persons not helpful... generic BS. Only down side is making you ware a mask while you jump obviously you're going to sweat a lot and it just makes it very uncomfortable wearing a mask that's all sweat had to leave a little earlier than we like because of it so I can't see myself coming back until they don't require you to wear a mask while jumping! I took my son and friends for his bday. I was online filling out the waiver and it said to buy tickets online to save 20% I did . Then went inside and the tickets were much cheaper inside . I told the nice employee and he said to call customer service to get them to cancel the transaction and I bought another set of tickets inside . I called customer service and they refused to refund or cancel transaction and told me I had 6 months to use the tickets. Not good customer service at all! The lady kept replying to my emails with their policies of no refund. Any rules can be changed for customer service. We LOVE get air poway! However, this was our first time back to play since Covid hit and we were very excited to jump around unfortunately it was NOT a pleasant experience. For starters we arrived about 5 minutes before opening, and even being there early my 2 sons and I spent nearly 1 HOUR waiting in the hot sun just to get in. Mind u, we had already purchased tickets online SO we were literally waiting JUST TO GET IN! After this extremely ridiculous amount of time to be waiting (with 2 babies) we finally made in the doors and were disappointed to see that only 1 employee was working! This poor young woman was sooo overwhelmed and was working very hard to make everyone happy unfortunately for her it was a horrible situation that she could not control. So once we finally made it to the service counter to ( get our wrist bands, again that we had already paid for!,) we finally were allowed admission. For reference we are talking about 1 hour and 15 mins at this point. The 1 and ONLY STAFF member took down our info and allowed us entrance. She did not once ask about the waiver( nor did we sign one!) we were simply given wrist bands and told to wait another minute. As my 2 boys did their very best to not loose their cool in a ridiculously long line, the staff called someone on the phone. A few minutes later she came back to us and informed us that the trampoline park was at "maximum occupancy!" And that we could not go in. The second we heard this news my young sons began to cry. She excused herself, yet again, and came back saying that we were allowed in. There was still probably atleast 30-50 Ppl waiting in this ridiculous line behind us. We went in to the park without having our proper socks checked or offered, without signing any waivers and without being asked to wear a mask or to comply with COVID-19 protocol. Upon entering the actual park we realized that atleast half of the equipment/experience was closed! We were not told anything was closed in advance to our entrance AND we we're never once informed as to the procedures/expectations and or safety precautions in place due to Covid! I'm sorry but In today's society this needs to be taken seriously AND safety SHOULD BE A NUMBER ONE PRIORITY!!! It is infuriating to me that establishments, such as this one, have blatant disregard for the health and safety of its customers ESPECIALLY when the majority of its clientele are CHILDREN!!! Upon FINALLY entering the park I was furthermore saddened to see that NOT one single person, other than my children, were wearing masks. Social distancing was not enforced. Wearing a mask was NOT enforced. AND, as a matter of fact, the *ONLY* employee that i could find throughout our entire trip was the lonely cashier up front, by herself. Still. Once I realized how poorly the entire establishment was being run, for above stated reasons, I gathered my children and we left promptly. I am so disguised by the false impression get air poway misrepresented themselves as having BUT I am also Uber disappointed in the inefficiency of such a large company. I simply do not understand how a big business such as this, can possibly think this is an acceptable way to run a business especially in COVID times? Birthday party WARNING! I had a terrible experience at my son's 6th birthday party on Feb 21, 2016. We had been several times before and my son had jumped right along with the older kids, never a problem. In fact he liked it so much he wanted his party there. So I booked the Big Air package online stating his age (turning 6). We got there and started checking in. By the time the 6th kid checked in, they said he was too short (didn't meet the 46" minimum) to jump in the Big Air area, and that he'd have to play in the small caged area with the little kids. I asked to speak with the manager (who was not the owner but the most senior person there), and she said the management had just attended a conference the previous week, and as a result started enforcing the 46" rule the day before the party. They never called me to make me aware of this, nor would they make an exception because we booked the party under different terms. By far the worst part was how the staff handled it. They weren't enforcing the rule consistently because my son and several other kids who had already been "cleared" and started jumping in the Big Air area were also not 46", as were several other kids not in our party. When I called this to their attention, they pulled all the kids in our party off the big area and put them in the little area, except for the few kids that were over 46". Now these kids were excluded because they were too tall for the small jump area! The kids just wanted to be together, and each time the staff tried to fix something they made it worse. And by the way, there were several measuring places around the park, and some kids were 46" on one but not on the other. They couldn't seem to get on the same page on anything. Bottom line: the management implemented a new rule without 1) notifying the customer, 2) presenting and enforcing the rules consistently, and 3) training the staff how to handle the situation. The result was a lot of frustration for our family and friends who could not enjoy the party, and a little boy who did not get the birthday experience he expected. The icing on the proverbial birthday cake was they also messed up our pizza order, after I called the day before to confirm. I saw several other reviews on Yelp that had the same problem. So please beware of booking a party here, and spread the word if you know of anyone looking to have a trampoline party that this is not the best place. Problems arise, but more importantly it's how they are handled. This was handled so poorly it doesn't even deserve the single star. read more

My son hated this place. He got bored in 15 mins. There are kids everywhere bumping into each other, falling down. The bigger kids running into the smaller ones, although they do have a separate place for the toddlers. The friend we went with is a hyper kid and she had a blast. But she literally did the same thing for an hour. It depends on your kid. I would have been bored in 15 mins too. I feel like you can only jump up and down for so long. They have the trampolines in the middle, then they have a side place where you can jump into a pool of foam,. LIke I said, how many times can you do that? Totally dependent upon your kid.
