I think I'm a little old for these types of places but my young niece and nephew love it. They have a blast every time. Price is really good per hour, it was like $18 but a little less for kids shorter than a certain height. The space is huge with different sizes trampolines and various foam pits and things to swing from. Adults are welcomed to jump too but again it made me a bit motion sick. They have an upstairs area to host parties and I saw people bringing in their own food for their parties. They do require you to buy their non stick socks, regular socks don't work. The place could have def been a bit cleaner. The ceiling insulation seems to be coming off and there was a lot of dust areas. Overall I would def take the kids here again read more

From a 7yo and 10yo pov this place is a lot of fun. From a parent pov, it's terrible. They no longer have employee supervising the play areas. Absolutely zero supervision near the swing and monkey ropes where kids are climbing with other kids below them. The risk of falling onto one another is higher among the younger kids (especially since many parents are not watching their kids). The park is overly crowded with kids and teens of all ages running around. With no supervision, the older teens are not cautious of younger kids. The building smells like stale sweat, smelly socks and does not look like cleanliness is a priority. read more

Check in was easy and the space to jump was sufficient. They have a dodgeball area which my kids love! The young man helping us was friendly and kept checking up on us which was nice. We highly recommend the private room. Worth the extra $50! It can get VERY crowded outside. The bathroom can get pretty bad upstairs but understandable with so many people and having only two bathrooms. Bring extra hand sanitizers and toilet paper. Side note: I'm assuming that for a space that hosts parties wouldn't have to be so tight with their matches. Bring your own lighter or matches if you're planning on lighting up the birthday candles. Overall it was a fun and nice experience for everyone in our party. read more

The place is a bit small.. we paid about $10 for an hour per child (an hour is more than enough time since there's not much to do). There is a little kids jump area separate from the big kids jump area -- since we have a 10 year old and a 5 year old, they were separated if they wanted to jump. They were able to play together in the foam area though. This place is okay, good enough to kill an hour. read more

Apparently the management at Get Air Poway did not get the memo that there was no school today and only had one employee on site. That made it particularly difficult when a little jumper took a knee to the nose right in front of me which started immediately bleeding all over. I am very thankful to the other parents who went and got napkins from the snack bar and sanitizing wipes to help clean up while I held the kiddo on my lap and held his nose til it stopped gushing. No employee ever came to help or check on us. The area still had not been thoroughly cleaned up by staff beyond what we had been able to do ourselves by the time I left. I can't fault the one poor lady working at the registration desk. It was all she could do to keep the line moving by herself. The combination of the lack of care for the customer, supervision, and disregard for cleanliness was distressing. read more

We had our son's 4th birthday party here at the end of March after school during the week to save some $$ and the place did not disappoint. Of course it was too difficult to keep 10 kids from running into zones they weren't height qualified to go to, but they all had a lot of fun (lots of sweaty 4-5 yr olds) together. It was wide open for supervision: can spot your kid anywhere. But I can imagine it'd be harder to manage at peak jump times. The pizza was actually pretty good quality in comparison to the pizza at some trampoline parks I've been to. Also they allow for you to bring your own cake and prepackaged foods. I have to say the only thing I was disappointed in was our party host who was almost one of the only ones working the admin area so she was a bit behind when we were ready to eat or to show us where we were to go to jump. I started serving the plates and then after i'd already served about half my party i turned around to see that the host had plastic gloves on to serve. Where'd she suddenly come from? If that was part of your service, it wasn't made clear nor was it timely. But that was small in comparison to our overall experience. We had the entire party room to ourselves, enough room for the kids to have a light saber (our party favors we brought) play fight. So fun. My kids will be back! read more

Our first experience was having our son's birthday party here on a Saturday afternoon. Pros: the kids had a blast, the party coordinator was helpful and the party room was nice and cool. Cons: the trampoline section was extremely hot/humid, the music was very loud and there was not a ton of employee supervision for the trampoline area. On subsequent visits (weekdays), the trampoline area was cooler/quieter but there was still a shortage of employees, both supervising and checking people in. Tip: Toddler Time is for toddlers ONLY and you will be turned away if you show up with older kids. read more

Pros: Good customer service, quick to sign the waivers, plenty of seats for parents, dodgeball and tired kids! Cons: This location is dirty and the restrooms are unacceptable. Handwashing and sanitizer a must!! read more

Our kiddo loves this place and always enjoys coming for friends birthday parties. We also had a great experience last night hosting a 5-YO birthday party for her and friends. Shout out to Anna, our liaison, as she did a great job hosting us, and she even customized the music with some John Coltrane mixed in in honor of our daughters name for her birthday...pretty awesome! Thanks Get Air and Anna! read more

We had our daughters 9th birthday party there yesterday.... It wasn't a bad area upstairs for the party. Needed a better cleaning since it's party after party most likely. You can tell this place is under staffed! The most disappointing part was when the teenagers took over the place. For about a 3 hour period there was no staff that managed the main play area. The teens were just too much to handle. They thought it would being funny to throwing the Dodge Balls up and into the party area. I personally was hit in the back and another person was nearly hit in the face. THEY NEED TO PUT NETS ACROSS THE PARTY AREA TO STOP THESE TEENS FROM THROWING BALLS UPSTAIRS!!!!! How do you raise kids to be so disrespectful to others? We alerted the manager and he said they can't do much since they were under staffed. Needless to say we'll take our money elsewhere! Probably not going to return for our sons birthday. I hope they get it together there! read more

My daughter and her friends went @6pm And stayed til 8pm. She told me high school kids were being mean to the younger kids and cursing. They did go and tell the manager and they other helpers and they said there was nothing they could do. Seems like the younger workers down t are about safety. Ethan to top it all off, someone went inside her high top converse shoe and stole $20. Never had that happen before. But we always went earlier. Don't go later. The mean kids come out!!! Will not be going back for awhile. So sad that my daughter who is twelve and her friends had to experience that. Not ok! read more

The customer service was AMAZING! One of the employees made my kids day. He didn't do anything out of the ordinary he was just able to put a smile on my son's face by engaging him in the check in process. If you go to Get Air look for the employee wearing the all black LA hat. Before you go in make sure that you have a waiver done. It makes it a lot easier to check in and it does not take as long. read more

Was looking forward to bringing the kids here but honestly this place is not very sanitary at all!! Dust build up all over the nets insulation falling out of the ceiling no supervision at all I only saw one person at the front desk and one person at the parties check-in and it's super hot in here no air flow. Prices are a bit high for what they offer 3 of the obstacles are closed and have caution tape. Will not be coming back management you can do better read more

My kids love this place, easily spent 4 hours here and didnt know it.

We came in yesterday for the 1st time with our kids and some of their friends and it seemed pretty nice in there . I will tell you , check the website for coupons , DO NOT pay full price inside of the place because it's pretty much a rip off . We saved A LOT of money doing it that way , also Groupon offers stuff as well. The kids had a great time and they have benches for parents to sit and hang out . Seemed pretty clean and the bathrooms were very clean so I appreciate that. I'm a germaphobe and I was so happy to see sanitizer literally everywhere haha. If your kids need to get out some energy this is the place . read more

We've been coming here for years ... you would have thought when they were closed for COVID they'd clean and fix their issues .... but instead it's falling apart, disgustingly dirty, the light fixture is swinging the entire time... just waiting for fall on someone's head, the net has so much dust buildup on it, the insulation is falling and hanging out all over the place, the mats are BLACK filthy... clearly nothings ever been fixed, or even cleaned ... let alone on a daily basis... i hope they fix their issues before it's too late read more

We went here for a five year old birthday party. The party was upstairs. The problem is, there was NO ELEVATOR!!!!. So my husband had to lift our stroller up the stairs, with a sleeping baby. So dangerous and scary! Although the worker was offering to do it. He agreed that nobody likes that missing elevator and mentioned that he might have it installed soon. He must be the manager. I wasn't gonna go jumping with my one year downstairs. I just wanted to chat with my friend who I haven't seen for a long time. Im glad she forced me to go downstairs with my one year old because we had a blast!!! We followed our two year old son and my husband on toddler section. He was having so much fun. My one year old loved the foam pit! I went jumping with her and we had so much fun. My two year old loved the jumping section. You would think that it was silly to have fun on these places because all you can do is jump. However, when you see your kids struggle getting up looking funny, you'll have your laughs! read more

I've only been to a handful of trampoline parks, but this Get Air was definitely the most well maintained I've seen. The staff was super friendly downstairs around the kids and upstairs where my wife's cousin threw a birthday party for her 5 year old boy. The party area upstairs was clean and overlooks the entire park which is cool if you're watching your kid(s) from up top. The arcade area downstairs has a lot of options too, and I was just impressed at how well the staff maintained the place clean even on a Saturday with dozens of kids all over the place. Kudos to the staff! read more

I am very disappointed on how the promotion and website states kid friendly for smaller kids, However it's not. When I purchased the overpriced 2 hr. Session for my 4 year old, I asked specifically if I was allowed to jump and play with him in the smaller kids session, the worker at the front said yes. So I purchased one for myself, as I'm always involved while playing with my kids. Once I got to playing with him I was told by another worker I was unable to, I advised him the other person said I could. There was no effort on their side to straighten it out. So I go up and ask why was I told wrong info... I got some BS run around answer... "Oh you can use the back pits to play" yeah, no he's to small for that big of a foam pit and climbing activities. Needless to say my son was upset and crying because he could not go on the main section and could not climb on the items. I go back up to the counter only being there 30 minutes tell them (appeared to be a manager) and made zero effort to make it right. Except to let me know on Tuesday mornings he can jump there... ummm sorry I'm not a stay at home. Horrible management skills. Money WASTED as we left. Their lack of effort to make it right is disappointing. Do NOT take your small child there and you want to play with your kid and not just watch. And responding persons not helpful... generic BS. We'll pass this along... yeah NOTHING! read more

Fun place very friendly staff nice and open to Jump around! Line was not super long! Only down side is making you ware a mask while you jump obviously you're going to sweat a lot and it just makes it very uncomfortable wearing a mask that's all sweat had to leave a little earlier than we like because of it so I can't see myself coming back until they don't require you to wear a mask while jumping! Birthday party WARNING! I had a terrible experience at my son's 6th birthday party on Feb 21, 2016. We had been several times before and my son had jumped right along with the older kids, never a problem. In fact he liked it so much he wanted his party there. So I booked the Big Air package online stating his age (turning 6). We got there and started checking in. By the time the 6th kid checked in, they said he was too short (didn't meet the 46" minimum) to jump in the Big Air area, and that he'd have to play in the small caged area with the little kids. I asked to speak with the manager (who was not the owner but the most senior person there), and she said the management had just attended a conference the previous week, and as a result started enforcing the 46" rule the day before the party. They never called me to make me aware of this, nor would they make an exception because we booked the party under different terms. By far the worst part was how the staff handled it. They weren't enforcing the rule consistently because my son and several other kids who had already been "cleared" and started jumping in the Big Air area were also not 46", as were several other kids not in our party. When I called this to their attention, they pulled all the kids in our party off the big area and put them in the little area, except for the few kids that were over 46". Now these kids were excluded because they were too tall for the small jump area! The kids just wanted to be together, and each time the staff tried to fix something they made it worse. And by the way, there were several measuring places around the park, and some kids were 46" on one but not on the other. They couldn't seem to get on the same page on anything. Bottom line: the management implemented a new rule without 1) notifying the customer, 2) presenting and enforcing the rules consistently, and 3) training the staff how to handle the situation. The result was a lot of frustration for our family and friends who could not enjoy the party, and a little boy who did not get the birthday experience he expected. The icing on the proverbial birthday cake was they also messed up our pizza order, after I called the day before to confirm. I saw several other reviews on Yelp that had the same problem. So please beware of booking a party here, and spread the word if you know of anyone looking to have a trampoline party that this is not the best place. Problems arise, but more importantly it's how they are handled. This was handled so poorly it doesn't even deserve the single star. read more

My son hated this place. He got bored in 15 mins. There are kids everywhere bumping into each other, falling down. The bigger kids running into the smaller ones, although they do have a separate place for the toddlers. The friend we went with is a hyper kid and she had a blast. But she literally did the same thing for an hour. It depends on your kid. I would have been bored in 15 mins too. I feel like you can only jump up and down for so long. They have the trampolines in the middle, then they have a side place where you can jump into a pool of foam,. LIke I said, how many times can you do that? Totally dependent upon your kid. I may have another opinion after a birthday party he will be attending this weekend :) read more

My daughter is 2 and we were here for a birthday party. I can only review in regards to the party experience we had and it was pretty good. My daughter being only 2 was limited to only the small kid area which was fine by me, it was fenced in and didn't have anything that seemed too daring for her to do. With kids jumping around and running there's bound to be some bumps amongst the kiddos, so I do think it's important to have supervision over the kids, especially in this age range. All the kids were having fun and I was glad to see my daughter playing and having fun. Private dining area upstairs for parties were spacious and had plenty of seating. There were some rooms that also had electronic floors that the kids got to play in as well, this helped get the kids from the trampoline area with giving them something to do in the dining area. Overall okay, not sure how their memberships work, but for parties it was pretty cool! read more

My 14 year old and a friend went. He says it caters to smaller kids. The management was awful! There was one register open and a long line to get in. Two managers at the other register talking to each other and not assisting guests. What? Then he gets to the counter and finds out you have to fill out a waiver first? What? He got quite a workout for sure. His friend lost his cell phone in one of the pits :-( that was his fault for having it in his pocket but they could offer to call him when they clean out the pit if they find it. Instead they didn't care. He went to a similar one in FL called Air heads that was MUCH better : it even had trampoline walls in some areas! He wants to try Pump U Up to compare. . read more

This place has the worst service and is extremely disgusting as if it hasn't been cleaned in months. The staff is rude and it is extremely overpriced for birthday parties considering they will do absolutely nothing for you during the party. I came back to Get Air today, and while my rating remains the same, I had to share a couple suggestions/tips for visitors and the staff: 1) There are no changing tables in the 1st floor women's bathroom. The facility is always flooded with young children and toddlers; changing tables are a MUST. 2) There are no trashcans in EITHER downstairs or upstairs bathrooms. I had to go looking for one with a dirty diaper in hand. 3) Lastly, there are also no paper towels. While I support green-friendly air drying, it is really considerate to have paper towels available in the upstairs family bathroom, especially since most families attending Get Air have babies and young children. The rest of the facility and the service is fine, but there is still room for improvement. I hope that management will add changing tables, paper towels and trashcans in their bathrooms. read more

We LOVE get air poway! However, this was our first time back to play since Covid hit and we were very excited to jump around unfortunately it was NOT a pleasant experience. For starters we arrived about 5 minutes before opening, and even being there early my 2 sons and I spent nearly 1 HOUR waiting in the hot sun just to get in. Mind u, we had already purchased tickets online SO we were literally waiting JUST TO GET IN! After this extremely ridiculous amount of time to be waiting (with 2 babies) we finally made in the doors and were disappointed to see that only 1 employee was working! This poor young woman was sooo overwhelmed and was working very hard to make everyone happy unfortunately for her it was a horrible situation that she could not control. So once we finally made it to the service counter to ( get our wrist bands, again that we had already paid for!,) we finally were allowed admission. For reference we are talking about 1 hour and 15 mins at this point. The 1 and ONLY STAFF member took down our info and allowed us entrance. She did not once ask about the waiver( nor did we sign one!) we were simply given wrist bands and told to wait another minute. As my 2 boys did their very best to not loose their cool in a ridiculously long line, the staff called someone on the phone. A few minutes later she came back to us and informed us that the trampoline park was at "maximum occupancy!" And that we could not go in. The second we heard this news my young sons began to cry. She excused herself, yet again, and came back saying that we were allowed in. There was still probably atleast 30-50 Ppl waiting in this ridiculous line behind us. We went in to the park without having our proper socks checked or offered, without signing any waivers and without being asked to wear a mask or to comply with COVID-19 protocol. Upon entering the actual park we realized that atleast half of the equipment/experience was closed! We were not told anything was closed in advance to our entrance AND we we're never once informed as to the procedures/expectations and or safety precautions in place due to Covid! I'm sorry but In today's society this needs to be taken seriously AND safety SHOULD BE A NUMBER ONE PRIORITY!!! It is infuriating to me that establishments, such as this one, have blatant disregard for the health and safety of its customers ESPECIALLY when the majority of its clientele are CHILDREN!!! Upon FINALLY entering the park I was furthermore saddened to see that NOT one single person, other than my children, were wearing masks. Social distancing was not enforced. Wearing a mask was NOT enforced. AND, as a matter of fact, the *ONLY* employee that i could find throughout our entire trip was the lonely cashier up front, by herself. Still. Once I realized how poorly the entire establishment was being run, for above stated reasons, I gathered my children and we left promptly. I am so disguised by the false impression get air poway misrepresented themselves as having BUT I am also Uber disappointed in the inefficiency of such a large company. I simply do not understand how a big business such as this, can possibly think this is an acceptable way to run a business especially in COVID times? I'd like my money back, and I'd like them to do better. There was obviously more people in the establishment than what was supposed to be both legally and in accordance to Covid 19 protocol. Sincerely disappointed, Heather read more
