This place is a disaster. We've been coming here for years and it has gone downhill. It is unorganized, filthy and understaffed. No parking, the check in line was slow and inefficient. No air conditioning. It was overpacked and incredibly unpleasant. read more

We had a birthday party here and the experience was great. The host was very helpful with all our accommodations and were able to help us with everything. Will definitely come more often read more

Definitely don't go here and pay full price for the tickets, it's totally not worth it! Most of the park is closed (that's not advertised on their website), the bathrooms are DISGUSTING, there's absolutely no control around the park, they ask you to get socks but they only offer small kids size or XL adult size, and the building is in terrible shape. We used to go to sky zone, but we moved to Poway a couple of months ago and decided to visit this park. It was a total disappointment! read more

Get Air Poway is an incredible place to host a private event. We were so impressed with the way that the manager, Aaron assisted us with our recent Bar Mitzvah there. All of the kids had a great time. He gave us the most excellent customer service and everybody there was helpful in every way . The facility is clean and spacious We definitely give it a five star review! Thank you, Aaron! read more

Get Air Poway - Kids at the Bar MitVah - Trampoline Parks Near Me - Poway, California

Very disappointed that this location didn't offer a Black Friday discount. I was also very disappointed that everyone is now required to buy socks for $2.75. This is a total racket. Kids seem to enjoy the place, though. I do like that they added a rock wall obstacle course and the big plastic balls that the kids get in. Management should consider offering discounts, frequent visitor discount cards, etc. *TIPS: bring your own bottle of water because your kids will get thirsty Fill out waivers ahead of time read more

Get Air Poway - Kids really enjoyed playing this - Trampoline Parks Near Me - Poway, California

Fun place for kids birthday parties. The space is contained and easy for parents to watch their kids from the 2nd floor or the side.

I asked to communicate with upper management, but to date I am still waiting for their communication. I actually asked for upper management's contact information, so that I would be able to communicate with a qualified adult, but instead I was asked to provide my phone number for a return call. I am still waiting. On my way to contacting C-Level managers with the hope of communicating with a professional! read more

I don't usually write reviews but had to for our last experience celebrating my nephew's 8th birthday party. This place has become a breeding ground for high school bullies who like to pick on little kids. By this, I mean these high schoolers are calling 7-10 year olds b*tch and motherf*cker while pegging them full force in the head with dodge balls. My 7 year old daughter was hit in the head by a teenager who chucked it at her ear. I understand it's dodgeball but someone needs to be there to regulate the games, perhaps by age like every other trampoline park? When my husband went to tell the teens to calm down because there are little kids around, one of them became very confrontational and aggressive. For reference, he was a caucasian male wearing a white tank top, purple lakers hat, and pants sagging with his underwear exposed. I notified the managers at the front and they walkied the "lifeguard". Welp, it so happens the lifeguard was homies/cousins with these teens and the employee had the nerve to tell MY husband to calm down with his friend running his mouth behind him talking smack to my husband. Bad look. Anyways, the managers did nothing, kids are getting hurt, no responsible personnel on duty. It's definitely a free-for-all here which is why all the teens probably come here. Sad because I actually used to like this place. Oh well! Don't go here. Do better, Get Air. read more

It's fun!!! Good customer service! Thanks Jose and Kevin for making my experience enjoyable! read more

An amazing place, plenty of trampolines and things to do. The staff are all nice and friendly. After there was a switch in management and the new change in the lobby get air poway is doing much better than it ever has. I do suggest checking the website for times and deals. You never know if there's some kinda special going on. Probably one of the best trampoline parks I've been to. To date. read more

Cheap rates and cool obstacle course. My nephew was not tall enough to be in the big trampoline area, but there was plenty for him to do. 4 stars because it's not the cleanest. read more

This trampoline park is a fun place for kids but not very parent friendly. I made a reservation for a table and jump time for three kids and when I came to check in, the girls working behind the counter were more concerned with their phones than explaining the process of check in. Eventually the designated party person came to help and explained things a little better and even assisted us with food/drink choices. At the end of the day the kids LOVED this park. read more

I took my son and friends for his bday. I was online filling out the waiver and it said to buy tickets online to save 20% I did . Then went inside and the tickets were much cheaper inside . I told the nice employee and he said to call customer service to get them to cancel the transaction and I bought another set of tickets inside . I called customer service and they refused to refund or cancel transaction and told me I had 6 months to use the tickets. Not good customer service at all! The lady kept replying to my emails with their policies of no refund. Any rules can be changed for customer service. Especially since I bought tickets there still just can't afford to go twice! read more

READ THE REVIEWS! DO NOT COME HERE! If I could give 0 starts I would!!! Worst place to have a party for your kids. Had a party last weekend for my son who had just turned 10 and we had such a bad experience! The manager is a terrible and an unhappy person. She wasn't helpful and she was aggressive! Staff didn't provide good service. Bathrooms smell so bad and the place is dirty. Expensive and terrible staff (THE MANAGER IS WORST PERSON EVER)!!!!!!!!!!! read more

First time here tonight. Great family activity, lots of exercise and tons of fun. Seperate area for littles which was great for my 1.5 year old and my 6 yr old had a blast in the rest of the park, as did my husband and myself. We will be back. Only downside is that food is only available for parties, but there's an in n out down the street read more

I finally did it. It's been ages, but I, a grown ass woman, jumped on trampolines for well over an hour. I'm not entirely certain why this is so fun, but it is. Kind of like how you can be a ninja in the pool. (I'm not the only one who does that, right?) And it's a friggen good workout. Frankly I laughed a ton and made a proper fool of myself. It was glorious. I know the kids love this place, because obvs. But the adults need to wear some sweats and get out there with their spawn. Stop trying to wear out the kids and wear out yourself instead! I know it's expensive AF. But, life is short. Jump. read more

This place is disgusting the smell of cigarette smoke a toxic chemicals coming from the bathroom area is awful. We were there for a birthday party and it wasn't organized they didn't do anything to help the guests. I will never go back and will never go to another party there. We rushed home and took showers and washed clothes yuck. read more

My daughter and my son attended a birthday on a weekend. My son who is 5 years old got intentionally hit in the face in the Dodge ball area by a middle school age kid. My son is in Pre- K and got hit in the face by a older kid. Security staff was informed about the incident immediately and they did nothing. Nothing was done about this incident! There are no policies or procedures that could explain why this establishment was unable to act accordingly during this incident. I will not be coming back to this business and I will not recommend it to parents who have young kids. This business takes zero responsibility for any incident that can happen there. They are also unable to properly handle older kids that purposely decide to hit younger ones. I hope to get a call or an email from management because they need proper training. read more

I have taken my daughter here twice. The first time was okay but the second time was horrible. There is no staff that is actually monitoring the place. They just sit up front and BS. My daughter is a preschooler and we went together with another mom and daughter of the same age. They were jumping peacefully in the inflatable area when a group, of like 8-10 pre-teens/early teenagers, came in and started being rowdy. It was a crazy scene that prompted me to jump in with my shoes on to find my daughter that was stuck at the bottom of the slide with a teenager about to fall on her with other falling off the sides of the big slides. Luckily, another girl in that group was able to pick her up and get her out of the way before I made it to her. My daughter was panicked and crying and screaming. I had to push a teenager off us that almost fell on us when l actually got a hold of my daughter. I had to yell at them to leave the area and not to be rowdy when kids are in there. The inflatable place had deflated so much with all that chaos that when I tried getting out my knee hit the concrete below. These teens were out of control. l had to yell at them multiple times and kick them out of the place designated for smaller kids that is fenced off. I understand I'm my daughters mother and I am to protect her, which is what I did the entire time. But, my job is not to police the venue nor enforce the rules of the establishment, that's the employees job! I would never go here again and would recommend not to bring your children here. Rowdy kids and employees do not care about their jobs. Horrible! read more

all of the lights turn off and it gets super dark. The lazers were hurting my eyes and there were people all over the place. The space was also Small. read more

Best trampoline park in San Diego hands down. The staff is great to the kids and they are never shoving you out the door. Other places tell you times up and don't give you a second longer. It's big.. clean.. and makes for the best birthday party. We've had a couple birthday parties here and they never disappoint. It's huge!... my son especially loved the basketball trampoline court and dodgeball. Our host, Izzy, was super sweet and accommodating. read more

This place was great we had so much fun and customer service was awesome and the general manager was so kind ...five stars have fun there .

Great customer service given by Oscar, Poway location, when I went into purchase for yearly passes. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

There is a fairly new employee named Trevor and this kid is really really good. I've been taking both my sons here for a few years and this guy is by far the best employee that has ever been employed here. He has made changes and really cleaned the place up! GET AIR WAS headed downhill quick and I know for a fact that's turned around because of Trevor. GIVE HIM A RAISE. read more

When it comes to kids' play areas, I think it's really hard to please all parents, especially when the facility is catering to a wide age range. Pros: 1. Play areas are clean and well-maintained. 2. If you come on Friday afternoon, it's usually not busy so there's plenty of space for the kids to roam around -- Dodgeball, foam pit area, or main trampoline area! 3. They almost always give you more time than you buy, so if you buy 1 hour, there's usually a 10-15 minute extension. 4. Birthday parties here are a hit! 5. Most of the front desk staff is friendly. 6. Free Wi-fi! I work from home so I can log on and keep an eye on my son and his friends while working. 7. They had a punchcard to get a free jump after 10 jumps, and now they have an app with points. Not all indoor parks / play areas offer a perk like this! Cons: 1. Seems like the birthday party prices have gone up . 2. More than once the Women's restroom looked like it was overdue for a cleaning. Another con which I can't fault Get Air for is a couple of times I've seen unruly kids as well as teenagers that do awesome backflips but without paying much attention to smaller kids in the lane over. I've seen the staff say something to them before, but the staff can't look everywhere at once and if Get Air has to hire more staff the prices have to go up. So, it's a tough call. I would just recommend that parents stay and keep an eye on your kids so you can remind them to be safe and caution them to stay away from certain wild jumpers. All in all, a great place to take your kids for indoor play when we're not experiencing our usual sunny San Diego weather! read more

I should have taken pictures. There is a new jumpy house in the corner. They put it in the area that was previously a pit filled with foam, so about 5-6 feet deep. Maybe more. Well the entire perimeter of the bouncy house has a gap into that 6' pit. So my grand daughters friend, 7 years old, fell all the way down. The side of the bouncy house covered her up completely. We could not see her until We pushed the bouncy house away. It took three of us to pull her out. Terrifying. I went to the front desk and told the manager. She said I should have come get her. To which I replied, " I could never have left her to come get you!" There were no workers on the floor. They said they put caution tape up but the kids keeps ripping it down. Well that's not an answer. Caution tape on a pole does not cover the gap surrounding the entire bouncy house. There must be a safe permanent answer to this problem. I would love for them to post pictures of the fix here. read more

Great idea and looks like it used to be great however it had not been kept up or it is time to redo some areas. Bathroom were not clean- we came first thing in the morning and trash was filled with smelly dirty diapers. Padded flooring is coming up and is a tripping hazard. Needs a good deep clean. read more

Almost 100 dollars for 2 adults and 3 kids. We were there to treat our niece and nephew. The guy who helped us clearly hates his job and needs to move on. The place is a wreck. A lot of their areas are closed due to damage. But they don't tell you that. They also offer no money off. The roof above the basket ball hoop has caved in. How are they even allowed to operate? Not once do you see an employee watching the kids. So glad we payed to jump because we stayed close to the little ones. It is sad this place is even open. They should be ashamed at the lack of care and work that this place needs. read more

I want to like this place place, but beware, if you have children under 46", they are very limited on where they can jump and play. The little kids area is small, and not welcoming. The referees will kick you little ones out of trampoline area for their safety, but will allow adults to do backflips with the kids. It would be a lot better if the little ones had more trampoline space to be apart of the fun. If you like ALOT of rules, then this place is for you. We won't ever come back after having my 3 and 5 year olds.experience!! Yes, there are special days for litttle ones, but that doesn't help when attending birthday parties here! read more

I was very pleased from my experience at get air normally I'm leaving with an Okay attitude but the survive I got from the worker Jamie was very helpful and welcoming towards my party and I. I would definitely go again just to be welcomed by this young lady. read more

BEWARE- Crime ring regularly comes here to steal peoples wallets and the people working there DO NOT CARE. In fact, when my child got his wallet stolen the worker said "Yeah it happens all the time". Then later pretended to have my child's wallet and said "Oh is this it? Haha just joking". Literally and unreal, horrible experience of making fun of kids getting their things stolen and allowing it to continue to happen. Never go here! read more

Line takes forever. 30 minute wait just to pay to jump. One employee and long line with no one in the park. Invest in some automation. Also, expensive. read more

Completely agree with some of the negative reviews. 1. Poorly staffed, is there a single mature adult anywhere managing this chaos? 2. No change machines for vending, waiting in very long line for change, only to find out all 3 vending machines aren't accepting bills. 3. One ref for 200 kids, chaos everywhere. Most of the time I saw him twirling something or picking something off his arm. So much potential here, but I guess why change when your packed to the roof and no real competition for miles. Ugh... read more

Pros: - Clean place - Friendly staff - Kids had a blast (before they were injured- see below) - Bought a Living Social coupon and they accepted it seamlessly - Their check-in system is really neat: they found my two paid fees and waiver using my email Cons: - Staff seems a little lost. They don't really know how to be assertive (they're young) and direct people and their children, or announce out-loud that there is a waiver to fill-out or tell people to watch their children while waiting in line (the liens were long and the kids were unruly) or simply inforce the rules especially in the check-in area. It was a total zoo when we were there! Biggest Con: - Both my kids got injured. One bumped heads with another kid, the other got jumped on. This place can be VERY unsafe especailly when they allow a 200 pounder (tall built high-schoolers) to jump with a 40 pounder! That is a serious injury/lawsuit waiting to happen! They need to put an age/weight/jumping times or zone restrictions. They just need to separate the groups by weight somehow. Although we had paid for 2 hours, we got out after 1 hour because we felt our kids weren't safe when we saw a rush of high schoolers come in. Both my kids told me they would never come back again unless "big kids were not there!". I agreed. read more
