Took 2 of my grandchildren there to have some fun. Everything was well kept and clean, employees were kind and helpful. The only issue is that they seemed a little short-staffed because they didn't have enough employees to be able to keep the Sky Tower open. Several kids, including mine were waiting to play on it. One woman mentioned that it wasn't opened the whole time they were there and now their time was up. That's pretty disappointing. The employee at the snack bar was friendly and efficient, too. Will definitely be back!

We went here on a whim and after 7pm it was only $10.00 on a weekday . Seems that if you go the last hour you save a lot of money . Took my grandson here and he had a blast ! Lots of things to do , I feel like 1 hour is enough unless of course you go with a large group of kids , then maybe 2 hours . Staff was friendly and attentive!

Making great use of the free arcade!

Toddler (age 5 and under) parents this one is for you! - Weekdays are $5 10am-12pm for ages 5 and under) my daughter is 2 and I do get very cautious about trampoline use due to high injury risk, BUT we attended a friends birthday party there and I will say the toddler area I was very pleased with! - They have a climbing structure that is super awesome (her fav was the long climb tunnel on second floor of the structure, so fun!) toddler only trampoline area that was easy to stay off in our own little space for the most part, and free arcade. Awesome for a budget friendly fun toddler outing, we will def be back soon! - Grippy socks required (rightfully so) first visit they are included free, then you'll have to buy pairs if you forget to bring some in the future!

By the time our monthly pass ended, we noticed all sections being opened and a new area that my children thoroughly enjoyed. Bumping uo to 4 stars due to the changes. I like that they offer food everyday of the week! Word of advice to manager: the scent that comes out near the entrance (you know your signature skyzone scent) is super overwhelming. My husband has commented on it each time he's came. I highly recommend reducing the strength or how often it's sprayed.

Recently new ownership, you need to pay a minimum of $30/kid for a minimum of 2 hours. Way overpriced. Not coming back.

Our oldest loved the large play structures and the youngest loved the trampoline and block building area. The cafe team was great and served us quickly, and we were impressed by the number of food items available. The coffee was alright - not amazing - but not terrible. One thing to note if you go is that the café is tucked into a corner so not every seat from the café has a line of site to the play area. And if you have drinks, you have to stay in the café. So if you were planning on having a relaxing coffee, while watching your kids from afar, that is not exactly an option. My only note for improvement would be for the staff to do a little more to help manage particularly physical/destructive children, if/when the parents are not doing enough. When we visited, there was one young child who was running around knocking kids over, knocking over blocks, and just generally being really hyper. That is totally understandable for a young kid, but the parents were nowhere to be found, and the staff clearly looks concerned, but didn't really do anything to help mitigate the situation.

My kids had fun, but it definitely wasn't worth the following week (still going) of illness. Tried to work while my kids played. There's one staff member in the play area, who wasn't really monitoring the kids. There also weren't really plugs if you need to charge. I had to rearrange furniture to situate myself next to the plug.

They do have a handwashing station outside so I appreciate that after the messy play. I also love the art installation, it's big colorful bugs and insects. Would recommend you checking it out.

A huge shoutout to Michele, our party planner, who was incredibly communicative, organized, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She made everything feel easy and seamless, and truly helped create such a special, memorable day for my daughter and her friends. The setup and decor were beautiful, and everything was ready to go when we arrived, which made a big difference when hosting a group of excited kids! The space itself is amazing, with so many engaging, hands-on activities for a wide range of ages (definitely up to around 10). The kids were entertained the entire time. Even better, so many of the parents were raving about the experience and how much their kids loved it, which says a lot. Highly recommend hosting a party here if you're looking for something fun, interactive, and well-organized. We had the best time!

My first conversation with Susan at the EcoVivarium was heartfelt, as I was calling to see if they might be interested in the donation of our decommissioned aquarium. The setup was only four years old and housed our previous beloved 26 year old fish named Puff that had recently passed away. Susan was kind, expressed her condolences and shared that they would appreciate our donation. Chun P and I met Rachel and Donald on a Sunday and after we brought our items in from the car were treated to meeting some terrific reptiles. Many of the inhabitants at the EcoVivarium have sad stories, some had suffered abuse, some were abandoned, and others were victims of trafficking that were confiscated and brought in by the department of fish and game. Susan has created a safe space and her staff and volunteers give their all to make sure they live a better life. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon and supporting this worthy endeavor!
