First time checking out this location. It is also owned by Carlsbad Skyzone owners. Customer service is just as amazing at San Marcos. This location is more compact, still cool free video games to play. Their concession stand has ample supply of ice cream and other items. Great prices just like Carlsbad! I would say this is perfect for toddlers and younger children. When we went with my almost 10 year old there were armies of 5 and under. Probably closer to 3 and under. I wish I knew about this location when he was smaller. They even have a jungle gym good for the younger crowd and opened their Skytower while we were there. Would highly recommend this location for the younger Skyzone members it's perfect size to chase your child around and not have them get lost. Their toddler time was popping. (Very busy, in the best way, like a small child party but plenty of room.) read more

its unfortunate when a businessman buys a entertainment center for the sole purpose of dollars and cents instead of value in the costumers. And honestly its up to us because they believe that we can be abused by the greed of the new owners and wont stand up. They are forcing our hands and think the regular costumer is stupid enough to pay what they want you to pay Example: 90 minutes is eliminated, which use to be around 18 dollars give or take now they give you a 2hr option, sorry they FORCE you to purchase 2 hrs as the minimum purchase price. So you are handcuffed to their purchase tier, they will justify it by saying buy a season pass and it will pay for itself after a couple visits, ok sure, but what if you dont go to skyzone that often? to just drop in with 3 kids for an hour its over a 100 dollars if you dont have socks. sure you get 2 hours, but what if you can only stay for an hour? your price is handcuffed! Next the free arcade games were included in the purchase of skyzone jump hours, now they cost a card and most games are now 8 pts which is equivalent to 2 dollars? Once again GREED at its finest! Just be ready, because you know food is next, I mean While we are at it, why not charge extra to play dodge ball, or how bout this why not have a quarter machine to use the bathroom. The Staff is Friendly, but I will not support a franchise owner who chooses GREED over costumers! This is the business model, nickle and dime you, knowing you will pay! Make them learn how to value costumers by not supporting. read more

I am extremely disappointed with what Sky Zone San Marcos has become under the new ownership. We showed up expecting the same experience we've had in the past, only to find out they completely changed the pricing and policies. The minimum jump time is now 2 hours instead of 1 hour, and the price has nearly doubled. To make things even worse, a monthly membership costs about the same as a single visit, which makes the pricing feel very misleading. Since I was there with 10-year-old kids, I thought buying the monthly memberships would be the smarter option because we could always come back. Unfortunately, after only 20 minutes, the kids were begging to leave. Most of the attractions now seem geared toward much younger children. It is nothing like it used to be. I went to the manager, explained the situation, and asked if they could refund the memberships since we had barely used them. I was simply told that memberships are non-refundable. There was no effort to help or make things right. Manager was extremely RUDE. This place feels like a cash grab under the new ownership. The value is gone, the experience is worse, and customer service is nonexistent. There are far better places to take your kids and spend your money. We will never be back, and I certainly can't recommend Sky Zone San Marcos to anyone. read more

This place HAS BEEN GREAT. ........ HAS BEEN . UNTIL New policy changes to be more uniformed with corporate. Everyone here is respectful and willing to help in any way. The policies changed under new ownership have corrupted the very reason why I even take my son there and also by speaking with many other parents and individuals within San Marcos sky zone, we have all came to the same frustration point /Boiling point. We used to have the LIBERTY of being allowed to jump with our kid ages 5 and under . Upon new ownership , Policies changed and made it so you can no longer do this. The reason I believe that is a disgusting move on corporates behalf, is there are MANY SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN OR CHILDREN ON THE SPECTRUM THAT USE THIS FACILITY SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE of its demographic in policy compared to other entertainment parks . Sky zone WAS trumping its competition in volume . They raised the prices slightly and implemented an ADD - ON option for the membership. HUGE NO NO !!!! We the parents that have children 5 and under which is pretty much 90% of your demographic, used this platform because it was a healthy place to let your kids express themselves and share time with mom or dad. TOGETHER AS A UNISON. You STOLE OUR LIBERTIES AND WE WANT THEM BACK. SO TO YOU CORPORATE SKYZONE! Please revert back to the policy that adults with CHILDREN 5 and under can remain free to jump for free with their children 5 and under especially special needs children.... 1 1/2 hours any day of the week. With no additional add on fees for adults or higher price implements. Thank you from ALL OF THE VOLUME YOU RECEIVE EVERY MONTH INCLUDING ME . We hope that you will hear and see this and think to yourself , HOW CAN WE MAKE SKYZONE MORE AFFORDABLE /ACCESSIBLE FOR PEOPLE SO THAT THEY CHOOSE US OVER "GET AIR" or other trampoline parks that can offer better policy and pricing than you. ON TOP of all this all the arcade games USED to be free to play. I understand putting a price amount on that could help but now they all charge to use as well. That's kind of a downer but UNDERSTANDABLE. I hope corporate heard this well and I encourage everyone to raise concerns on this topic it really does affect us parents in a very negative way and our children cause they are now confused that we can no longer share the jump with them when they just wanted to have fun with mom or dad. Used to be a place of fun but now my son acts out and instead of relieving stress for parents that use this facility to do that now we're getting even MORE resistance from the one person that matters our child who just wants to spend time with mom and dad and have fun. Thank y read more

Horrible. New owners took away homeschool Friday, prices increased across the board, and no longer can you get a hold of anyone when you call. It is AI when you call and then if AI promises to transfer you to the location, it is someone clearly from outside of the country who answers and they even admit they are not at the location. Then that person will claim that they will transfer you to the actual location, but no one picks up, even though they used to any other time. No business that does this should be supported. What a disgusting way to change your company Sky Zone. Negative 100 stars. read more

I have to commend some of the staff members working on 8/7 during Glow Night, I wish I got the staff's names, there were about 3-4 of them that were great! There were some punk kids there that were such bullies and out of line and they handled the situation extremely well. It was very impressive and really felt it showed they cared about all the guests there. Very well done to that team! The male employee that helped should be a kids coach, if he isn't already! Thank you to all of them!! read more

We have been members for 4-5years now. Been coming here since my daughter was 2 years old. Shes had 4 of her bday parties here. She's 10 now and wow. It's becoming insanely expensive. I was buying 2 small slice pizza and it was $10.00. They raised the prices recently in the last several months. I know prices everywhere has gone up but I do think that's just over price now. The arcade games are no longer open play. It's soo expensive to buy the credits. It's just not affordable anymore. read more

Took 2 of my grandchildren there to have some fun. Everything was well kept and clean, employees were kind and helpful. The only issue is that they seemed a little short-staffed because they didn't have enough employees to be able to keep the Sky Tower open. Several kids, including mine were waiting to play on it. One woman mentioned that it wasn't opened the whole time they were there and now their time was up. That's pretty disappointing. The employee at the snack bar was friendly and efficient, too. Will definitely be back! read more

Toddler (age 5 and under) parents this one is for you! - Weekdays are $5 10am-12pm for ages 5 and under) my daughter is 2 and I do get very cautious about trampoline use due to high injury risk, BUT we attended a friends birthday party there and I will say the toddler area I was very pleased with! - They have a climbing structure that is super awesome (her fav was the long climb tunnel on second floor of the structure, so fun!) toddler only trampoline area that was easy to stay off in our own little space for the most part, and free arcade. Awesome for a budget friendly fun toddler outing, we will def be back soon! - Grippy socks required (rightfully so) first visit they are included free, then you'll have to buy pairs if you forget to bring some in the future! read more

We had such a great experience at Sky Zone San Marcos! I took four boys on a Friday afternoon, and they had an absolute blast. The staff was incredible--friendly, attentive, and always available. Unlike some trampoline parks that feel overly crowded, this location maintains an excellent customer-to-staff ratio. It may be a little smaller than others in the area, but we found it perfect, with plenty to keep the kids entertained. A special thank-you to Ms. Jeanie and her wonderful staff for making our visit so enjoyable. We'll definitely be back! read more

We went here on a whim and after 7pm it was only $10.00 on a weekday . Seems that if you go the last hour you save a lot of money . Took my grandson here and he had a blast ! Lots of things to do , I feel like 1 hour is enough unless of course you go with a large group of kids , then maybe 2 hours . Staff was friendly and attentive! read more

Not what it use to be, now under the new ownership. Experience, facilities and value have all declined. Sorry. Employees are always great but the policy changes have me thinking it's time to cancel our membership here. read more

We are incredibly disappointed with Sky Zone's decision to cancel Sensory Hour with only one hour's notice. For many families like ours, this isn't just another activity on the calendar, it's a weekly routine that our children genuinely look forward to and depend on. As a parent of a child with special needs, consistency and predictability are extremely important. Sensory Hour has been a valuable opportunity for our child to safely enjoy the facility in an environment designed to meet their needs. Receiving such short notice left families scrambling after already planning their day around the event. What is most frustrating is not just the cancellation itself, but the lack of consideration shown to the families who rely on this program. A little advance notice and communication would have gone a long way. Because of this experience, we have decided to cancel our family's memberships. We hope Sky Zone will reconsider how they communicate changes to programs that are so important to the special needs community and make a greater effort to support the families who have faithfully attended Sensory Hour every week. read more

This sky zone just keeps getting better and better. The vibes at glow zone are so fun . It's a great trampoline park I think it is reasonably price. The only thing I wish they had way a sky jump but that's ok I could do without read more

So as of June 18th they have changed the rules. Toddler time is now only 9am-10am, you now have to purchase a minimal of two hours in order to jump. We did not buy new socks this trip and just wore grip socks and a worker pulled my child off the floor and when I walked up to the worker they told me I have to buy Sky Zone socks yet they are just not the orange ones. Meanwhile other older children are on the floor without even grip socks and even a family with shoes on the trampoline but yes my three year old is the problem. Side note the little game zone is now pay to play, I know that sounds stupid to complain about but now you have to buy and preload a card and yen eight credits a game. For games that are normally half working. read more

This place used to be our go to place but now its got new ownership and no longer offer 1 hour of jumping. It's a minimum of 2 hours for $30. We went to Altitude instead and wont be back to SkyZone. If the other reviews are true too, this place will be closed in no time. read more

They recently changed ownership, and now young children's safety is being monetized. I have two toddlers who I stay close to so they are not injured by another child- which has happened in the past and can easily occur in everyday if you don't keep a close eye on them ! I can't believe I need to pay just to stand there and make sure my children aren't hurt or accidentally hurt other children. It's also hilarious considering most parents are not attentive, so they want to punish the few good parents who do want to stay off their phones and watch their children closely. If anything, they should thank us helping them avoiding any lawsuits due to injuries. They have some nerve asking for more money considering that they only have one young employee "watching" this many children. I guess the money will go towards the ridiculous amount of TVs and arcade games. read more

Run! What is going on with this place. I've been coming here for a very long time and apparently they're under new management Terrible terrible terrible!! huge money grabs everywhere. You basically have to lock yourself into a membership other ways you're paying ridiculous. I've come here with different jump socks before with no issue and now they tell me I have to have sky zone socks. Or it's a liability please sky zone explain to me how it's a liability.. Run for the hills mamas . Find another park! Ninja factory is very close and it's right down the road! read more

New management does not care about local families. This used to be a staple for the community and welcoming for all ages, including toddlers. Not anymore. So funny how the email they sent out about their new hours - they say that it's "better for their community." How ridiculous and completely oblivious new management is. So disappointed as a previously regular customer. Raising prices and charging for the games is understandable, but you are completely alienating a whole demographic of san marcos. I hope something more family friendly takes over this space. read more

Shame on you Skyzone for cancelling your sensory time-the day of, with absolutely no warning. Zero compassion or regard for our kids who rely on routine and looked forward to sensory time each week. This place felt like a second home to a lot of our neurodivergent kiddos in the community. A space where they felt safe and free to be themselves. One hour a week just for them. All gone in a poorly crafted email to your loyal customers. I really hope that you bring this sensory time back at least once(?) a month, or after your "exciting changes and improvements coming to the park"...which apparently includes getting rid of this special time for our kids. I'm sure this was cancelled because it wasn't making you guys any money. So sad, and super disappointed. We will absolutely be spreading the word about this and will likely be cancelling our membership. read more

Great place just leaving here, it used to be a little bit better maintained and some of the stuff getting a little bit worn out but since get air envious to close this is definitely the closest place in a great place to give your kids a lot of exercise read more

Owners changed and its terrible now. They no longer offer 1hr passes, its dirty, all the games are blasting so loud u can't even hear the music, no where to sit, the prices went up AND i heard a lot of people saying the same thing. There are much better trampoline parks not far from SkyZone. We walked out and got a full refund. After 10 minutes the kids were grossed out and bothered by it all. When 11 year old boys are disgusted by a place, you know its bad. read more

Aww. Skyzone did what? Removed all the obstacles, doubled the price on everything, and made the games pay to play? Not to mention they don't even open all the attractions at these prices? Aww man. To add insult to injury, you can't go with your little ones on the trampoline with the observer band. Wrong direction all around. Welp, time to try somewhere else. read more

We've been coming to SkyZone for 5 years and just cancelled our memberships. For years, the arcade games were free. Now, each game is 8 credits and it's $10 for only 5 games. Also, parents were ALWAYS allowed to be "observers" and with little kids (about 5-6 and younger), adults could jump/play with them. My husband was literally asked to leave the toddler area (as well as another adult with the "observer" wristband) instead of supporting our 3 year old. What a joke. This is not worth our money; what a cash grab now. read more

Wow, shocked at the complete change in what is offered now that there is new ownership. We relied on the toddler time and the included games when going. There was a small 5 and under area to keep littles safe. Well now these items are no longer offered. It was complete chaos with the amount of kids that were all jumping, no rules were being followed, the staff could barely keep control of areas. I asked for a refund because we didn't even make it 30 minutes before realizing it was not safe nor fun for my 5 and 4 year old. Done with this place. read more

I had my son's birthday party here, our host was incredible; she did a fantastic job making the event fun for everyone! I was planning to leave a 5-star review based on that experience. My opinion changed a few days later after interacting with the manager in San Marcos. We have a membership here, and during the party my two kids never received the socks that were supposed to be included. When I visited a few days later (October 13th) to ask for them, the manager refused, saying she could "get in trouble" for giving them out. She insisted on charging me for the socks even though I just spent $400 a few days prior. I was shocked that she was willing to ruin a good experience over just socks. read more

if you have ever been here before and thought it was great .. it's not anymore .. new owner is a cash grab .. arcade games cost now .. no toddler time .. no 5 and under area .. at all.. snack bar went up in price .. and they do a minimum of 2 hours now instead of an hour .. don't bring your child !! read more

New ownership has implemented changes which include increased prices, reduced toddler time from 2hrs to 1hr, kids over 5 are no longer able to jump during this time, as well as parents must pay now to jump with their toddlers during this time. Toddler area has been replaced with dodgeball arena. We have been coming here for years but will not be coming back. I would recommend Get Air in Poway if you're looking for an alternative. read more

This place is great for families with children of all ages. You get the best of both worlds with an arcade and the jump areas. Prices are reasonable even for their snacks and drinks. Perfect for parties, there are a few designated rooms which allow you to have a pizza party if desired. The play areas are clean and maintained. Staff are constantly vacuuming and walking around making sure people are safe and wearing their designated orange socks. I knocked off a star due to the fact that the available arcade games were not working properly. One had only one shotgun and another had a steering wheel that didn't work. Aside from that, price, value and selection- it's an ideal spot to let your kids run around to get them tired enough to nap. I'd be back for sure. Maybe to take advantage of the Adults night out! read more

We normally goto the Carlsbad location but since each is different we drove a little further to check out the differences. There's a free arcade, the usual jump zones and exclusive 5 & under along with 10 & under zones. Good for all ages. They have one of those ladders you normally see as a carnival game where you try to traverse it but the ladder may flip upside down. Great challenge. There is a space for parents but nothing like the parent lounge at Skyzone Carlsbad. The overall square footage seems smaller but a nice change of pace to mix things up. I recommend giving it a look! read more

Recently new ownership, you need to pay a minimum of $30/kid for a minimum of 2 hours. Way overpriced. Not coming back.

I have been taking my kids here constantly for the past 6 years and I can say I will never be back again. The last time I went they took away the option to jump for 1 hour- now you are forced to pay for 2 hours minimum which is 30$- so 60$ for my 2 kids- who typically only want to jump for 45 mins because there's not a ton to do there for 2 hours. Then on top of that, the girl working would NOT let my 7 year old go inside the play structure because he's an inch over the line- he's 7 years old and you expect a kid that young to see a big play structure and they can't go in? That does not look like a toddler play structure. And on top of that, the big trampoline for bigger kids was CLOSED. The time before- the inflatable that you jump off was closed. So he had literally nothing to do there- for 30 dollars we stayed 10 minutes. Then come to find out all the games that were free play for YEARS are now pay to play. Claw machines added everywhere. Disgusting how greedy this place has gotten. If you are going to charge that much and make a 2 hour minimum jump time you better get more stuff to DO for kids. If there is going to be a cool play structure for little kids then you should have a separate one for big kids too to be inclusive or do it by age like many other places do- a 7 year old first grader is still young enough to where they want to play on that stuff. So ridiculous but I'm sure the business won't last much longer with these changes thanks to new management- it doesn't match up to other places and will likely go out of business. Places like play city, slick city, and candeeland exist, where kids a little older can play too and for how much money you spend there's at least more to do so it's worth it. Do better! read more

I will not be bringing my son back to any Sky Zone. This is not the first time we've had an issue here with older kids hurting little ones., but this time was by far the worst -- and the response from management made it even more concerning. During our recent visit, all staff were gathered at the front, and there was zero supervision in the trampoline areas. A teenager took a dodgeball into a restricted area and repeatedly pelted my 10-year-old son, including directly in the face, knocking his glasses off. My son eventually lay down crying and messaged me to come get him -- he was too afraid to walk past the teenager again. By the time I reached him, he was crying and had a red bump forming on his forehead. I took him to the front and spoke with staff, but was met with a very dismissive response. They spoke briefly to the teenager but took no meaningful action, so we left- just, "he said he didnt do anything." OK so he's free to do it again. Before leaving the parking lot, I noticed my son had developed a serious goose egg on his forehead, an additional bump on the back of his head, a bruise firming on his arm, and large red welt across his back. As someone with a medical background, I know just how dangerous this could have been -- especially being hit in the face with glasses on and in the back of the head. I went back inside and asked to speak with the manager again, only to be told, "We'll call you if we need anything." There was no real concern shown for my son's physical or emotional safety. I showed them the developing bruises, and they reviewed the video but downplayed the severity as "just kids playing." This was not harmless play -- my son was targeted and injured. I politely requested multiple times for the regional manager to contact me so I could simply discuss the situation and ensure this wouldn't happen to another child. No one ever called. I am not an overreactive parent -- I fully understand that kids can get rowdy and accidents happen. But this was not an accident. And the complete lack of supervision, accountability, and follow-up from management here is appalling. Parents: if you visit SkyZone, please keep a very close eye on your child. The staff are not monitoring the play areas, and if your child is injured, you may find that the management simply does not care. To the one staff member who initially showed us empathy -- thank you. To the management: your lack of responsibility is unacceptable. You owe it to your customers to take children's safety seriously and train your staff accordingly. read more

We attended a birthday party here for my son's friend who was turning 5. The party had a room (the room was small considering all of the adults and kids that had to fit there, but we weren't in there too long. The kids had a blast jumping on various platforms and trampolines. My son liked to get his energy out here. The one area I wish they would watch a bit more is where they jump from a platform into a flat area. The kids often jump recklessly and if there is not a staff member there being sure that other children are out of the way they can get hurt. The party had pizza which was decent and overall it was a good experience. I'd come back here again. read more

We had a great experience at this location earlier this month for our daughter's birthday party. Scheduling was easy and the location was responsive to any of our questions. On the day of everything worked out nicely. We arrived 1 hour early and they were able to place our cake and ice cream in the cooler so it didn't melt while we waited. Awesome! Once our time arrived we had a clean set-up space with table covers and plates/ napkins/ cups set out. There was adequate space for food/ cake/ drinks, seating etc. Trevor was our host and he was GREAT!!!! I mean he was attentive, checked in often and had everything rolling on cue without making us feel rushed. We requested a few things and he was so pleasant and helpful, he definitely made the experience! This was my daughter's first birthday party and as any parent...having a flawless process can make or break the day, and Trevor killed it! Thanks Trevor! Checked in and signed our waivers, received our socks. All the kids had a great time jumping and enjoying the trampoline space we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you SM Skyzone! read more

I want to express my concern regarding an incident at Sky Zone San Marcos. My child was hit by another child, and after reporting it to a staff member, I waited over 30 minutes with no follow-up. During that time, the same child also hit a girl, and still, no action was taken. When the manager arrived--a young man around 16-18 years old--he said he had just gotten there and could not do anything. I was also told the general manager was present all day but sent this young man instead. I am not comfortable with how this situation was handled and feel the safety of the children was not properly ensured. I hope this matter is taken seriously to prevent it from happening again. read more
