Took 2 of my grandchildren there to have some fun. Everything was well kept and clean, employees were kind and helpful. The only issue is that they seemed a little short-staffed because they didn't have enough employees to be able to keep the Sky Tower open. Several kids, including mine were waiting to play on it. One woman mentioned that it wasn't opened the whole time they were there and now their time was up. That's pretty disappointing. The employee at the snack bar was friendly and efficient, too. By the time our monthly pass ended, we noticed all sections being opened and a new area that my children thoroughly enjoyed. Bumping uo to 4 stars due to the changes. I had my son's birthday party here, our host was incredible; she did a fantastic job making the event fun for everyone! I was planning to leave a 5-star review based on that experience. My opinion changed a few days later after interacting with the manager in San Marcos. We have a membership here, and during the party my two kids never received the socks that were supposed to be included. When I visited a few days later (October 13th) to ask for them, the manager refused, saying she could "get in trouble" for giving them out. She insisted on charging me for the socks even though I just spent $400 a few days prior. I was shocked that she was willing to ruin a good experience over just socks. read more

We normally goto the Carlsbad location but since each is different we drove a little further to check out the differences. There's a free arcade, the usual jump zones and exclusive 5 & under along with 10 & under zones. Good for all ages. They have one of those ladders you normally see as a carnival game where you try to traverse it but the ladder may flip upside down. Great challenge. There is a space for parents but nothing like the parent lounge at Skyzone Carlsbad. The overall square footage seems smaller but a nice change of pace to mix things up. This place is great for families with children of all ages. You get the best of both worlds with an arcade and the jump areas. Prices are reasonable even for their snacks and drinks. Perfect for parties, there are a few designated rooms which allow you to have a pizza party if desired. The play areas are clean and maintained. Staff are constantly vacuuming and walking around making sure people are safe and wearing their designated orange socks. I knocked off a star due to the fact that the available arcade games were not working properly. One had only one shotgun and another had a steering wheel that didn't work. Aside from that, price, value and selection- it's an ideal spot to let your kids run around to get them tired enough to nap. I'd be back for sure. I will not be bringing my son back to any Sky Zone. This is not the first time we've had an issue here with older kids hurting little ones., but this time was by far the worst -- and the response from management made it even more concerning. During our recent visit, all staff were gathered at the front, and there was zero supervision in the trampoline areas. A teenager took a dodgeball into a restricted area and repeatedly pelted my 10-year-old son, including directly in the face, knocking his glasses off. My son eventually lay down crying and messaged me to come get him -- he was too afraid to walk past the teenager again. By the time I reached him, he was crying and had a red bump forming on his forehead. I took him to the front and spoke with staff, but was met with a very dismissive response. They spoke briefly to the teenager but took no meaningful action, so we left- just, "he said he didnt do anything." OK so he's free to do it again. Before leaving the parking lot, I noticed my son had developed a serious goose egg on his forehead, an additional bump on the back of his head, a bruise firming on his arm, and large red welt across his back. As someone with a medical background, I know just how dangerous this could have been -- especially being hit in the face with glasses on and in the back of the head. I went back inside and asked to speak with the manager again, only to be told, "We'll call you if we need anything." There was no real concern shown for my son's physical or emotional safety. I showed them the developing bruises, and they reviewed the video but downplayed the severity as "just kids playing." This was not harmless play -- my son was targeted and injured. I politely requested multiple times for the regional manager to contact me so I could simply discuss the situation and ensure this wouldn't happen to another child. No one ever called. I am not an overreactive parent -- I fully understand that kids can get rowdy and accidents happen. But this was not an accident. And the complete lack of supervision, accountability, and follow-up from management here is appalling. Parents: if you visit SkyZone, please keep a very close eye on your child. The staff are not monitoring the play areas, and if your child is injured, you may find that the management simply does not care. To the one staff member who initially showed us empathy -- thank you. To the management: your lack of responsibility is unacceptable. You owe it to your customers to take children's safety seriously and train your staff accordingly. read more

We attended a birthday party here for my son's friend who was turning 5. The party had a room (the room was small considering all of the adults and kids that had to fit there, but we weren't in there too long. The kids had a blast jumping on various platforms and trampolines. My son liked to get his energy out here. The one area I wish they would watch a bit more is where they jump from a platform into a flat area. The kids often jump recklessly and if there is not a staff member there being sure that other children are out of the way they can get hurt. We had a great experience at this location earlier this month for our daughter's birthday party. Scheduling was easy and the location was responsive to any of our questions. On the day of everything worked out nicely. We arrived 1 hour early and they were able to place our cake and ice cream in the cooler so it didn't melt while we waited. Awesome! Once our time arrived we had a clean set-up space with table covers and plates/ napkins/ cups set out. There was adequate space for food/ cake/ drinks, seating etc. Trevor was our host and he was GREAT!!!! I mean he was attentive, checked in often and had everything rolling on cue without making us feel rushed. We requested a few things and he was so pleasant and helpful, he definitely made the experience! I want to express my concern regarding an incident at Sky Zone San Marcos. My child was hit by another child, and after reporting it to a staff member, I waited over 30 minutes with no follow-up. During that time, the same child also hit a girl, and still, no action was taken. When the manager arrived--a young man around 16-18 years old--he said he had just gotten there and could not do anything. I was also told the general manager was present all day but sent this young man instead. I am not comfortable with how this situation was handled and feel the safety of the children was not properly ensured. The obstacles were another highlight for me as they were challenging but so much fun! My grandkids had their birthday party at Skyzone San Marcos. I had my doubts how it would go as my kids grew up with Chuck E Cheese. What a wonderful surprise. The facility was clean and smelled nice especially since there were tons of shoeless kids running and jumping around. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. We checked in and we're escorted to the party room and our hostess, Ashley, greeted us and let a know how everything goes. We had 2 hours and that was enough time for pizza, jumping and cake. Before you knew it the party was over. I'd recommend getting 3 pizzas, they weren't very big and some of the adults might have wanted a slice. The do have a well stocked snack bar. Been going here once in awhile for a few years. Used to have a dodgeball court a few years back. Mostly for kids, but still fun if you're pretty active and acrobatic. Theres a covered foam pit section, Basketball court and jump net sections. The do gave a small section for kids and an interesting obstacle course section for you to rest your ninja warrior skills. The big section is there for everyone to jump around and bounce of the side sections. There was a 5 year old turning 6 year old wearing Art the clown from Terrifier costume (Rated R movie) in the toddler area around 5pm on Sunday. My kids (3 and 8yrs) were really scared and they didn't want to stay there. There were a few other young kids who were crying and running away from the toddler zone. I talked to the manager that his costume was too mature for the age group who were playing there, but she said there was no costume policy and she allowed the kid with the costime to play for the rest of the jumping time since it was 10min left (tho they were there for another 30min). I told the boy's dad that he should move to the older kids area and not 0-5yr old area, but he said his son was 5 and had a right to stay in the toddler area. It's dissapointing that the business cannot stand up and make a better environment for everyone. Skyzone should have some rules about type of costumes, type of areas, and/or time of the day, etc so that kids in all ages are happy to play. read more

Took my nephew on a Sunday 12pm for 2hrs. The process to purchase your ticket online saved a lot of time. When we arrived we had to fill out a waiver and that was it. 2hrs for only $22. We live 35 mins away and it was worth it. This location is one of the cleaner facilities. Each section has a staff member properly monitoring each section. They have a warrior course which adds great entertainment and something different than just jumping. There are plenty of treats to buy if you stay long. Extra bonus is they have a handful of video games FREE to play. Only suggestion is a sign on each bathroom door that says "PLEASE WEAR SHOES." I think it's kind of gross for kids to go to the bathroom in their socks then go jump & roll on everything. read more

I had a birthday party here on a Sunday afternoon and all had fun. Booking online was easy, they called me a week before to talk live and confirm details, and a checklist of what to do was provided upon booking. Pizza, nuggets, lemonade and fruit punch were liked, and they were fine with outside food coming in as long as they didn't offer a similar product on the premises. Our hostess was attentive, thoughtful, communicative, and proactive. She told me in advance when she was going on break, suggested we get some drinks in the room because inevitably some child will forget a water bottle (yep), and she was great about serving the food and the cake we brought. They had navy blue tablecloths already set on the tables and they do provide the cake serving knife. You do need to bring extra plates and napkins for adults. Everything was very clean and the staff was on top of monitoring safety hazards from the jumping. Some kids who got tired of jumping really enjoyed the video games, so there was something for everyone. One safety hazard was the slippery floor in the dining area, and that the dining area was raised by maybe 4-5 inches. This created tripping and slipping hazards, and one child fell pretty hard on his arm. Upon us reporting this, they put a caution sign in the area to prevent more accidents. This was not a good design; it is unclear what purpose the raised dining area serves. A few other hiccups we experienced- not all the waivers were recorded so that took more time to process. I actually saw waiver confirmations from parents and they weren't in the system. Additionally, I had to sign a receipt and when they handed me one they didn't ask for a signature. I had already left when they called to have me sign. They were super apologetic- really not a big deal. It also gave me an opportunity to notice that a couple of the food items I canceled were charged and they refunded me without any issue. Again, these were hiccups and overall this was a good experience. This was a very easy and straightforward party- full service. I would definitely recommend! read more

So many kids!!!! They love it here. This place is perfect to zap some energy out of your young ones. They've got an obstacle course (pictured), dodge ball area, basket ball dunking zone, foam pit, and a really large area for just jumping (pictured). We've been here for quite a few birthdays. This place has B-day parties down to a science and they're rolling parties in and out like clockwork. This location has three event rooms. There is a snack bar and an arcade. The snack bar has individual ice creams for sale in a cooler, sports drinks, sodas, energy drinks, the all important WATER, and icees. They also have some candy and nachos. The few times I've been here, the snack shack is usually not manned by a dedicated employee, but they'll eventually notice you there and come over. There is a decently sized sitting area just across from the snack bar (pictured). Then there is a long counter and stools to sit at across from the trampoline park. It's pure organized chaos! They have staff dedicated to each zone of the park watching for unsafe behavior. You really have to take a deep breath and let the kids go. You know, I like Sky Zone. There are a number of things wrong with this place, but none of it is too difficult to overlook. Let's just go down the list of pros and cons of the park. Pros: 1) It's Very Kid Friendly... Whether it's the main attraction of the trampoline, the dodge ball pit, the obstacle course, the mini-arcade (that's free-to-play), or the 7/11 style concession stand for snacks, there's going to be something to captivate the attention of any kid for a good 2+ hours. 2) It's Cheap... $16/hour may sound like a quite a bit, but $18/month for a pass is a great deal. Especially if you bring your kids a 2-3 times a week like I do. Just be sure to do it during the weekdays and avoid high volume Saturdays and Sundays. Even the food is within reason, if you're sticking to a basic snack or treat, instead of stocking up on bottled water. 3) It's (Surprisingly) Kinda Clean... Considering the level of physical activity and general kid-grossness, they do a pretty good job keeping the place clean. It's by no means pristine, but even what little dirt and sand I've seen is cleaned up in good time and the place doesn't smell like a used gym sock or kids' bathroom. Still, the standard kid rules apply, come here often and having a cold run through your house as a result is bound to happen. 4) It's Fairly Open... When you have multiple kids of different ages, it can be tough to keep an eye on the older ones while you try to tend to the youngest. Thankfully, Sky Zone has a great amount of open space making it easy to spot your bigger kids even if they're playing on the other side of the warehouse during peak busy hours. Cons: 1) The Staff... They're nice and easy to talk to, but they're also on the young side. This means they generally don't manage the crowds the way that they can sometimes need to be handled. This leads to the next issue. 2) The Rules... The rules themselves are fine, they're common sense and both listed everywhere for people to see and repeatedly quoted over the loudspeakers for people to hear. The problem is you can have multiple kids running around not heeding any of the more serious safety rules. This can mean more than one kid jumping on a single trampoline, kids climbing to the top of the soft walls, kids throwing high kicks and jump kicks, kids running at full speed without paying attention to where they're going, and older kids playing in the toddler area. Mix this with a staff usually not willing to enforce the rules and there's a high chance of injury. On more than one occasion, I've had to hip check a 10 year old that outweighed my 4 year old daughter by a good 100 lbs right before he barreled into her squealing as he trounced through with his friends playing tag in the Toddler Pit. This can usually be avoided by coming during those weekday off hours. But, you still might see the occasional, overly hyper kid and when their parents generally just plant themselves in one spot, far from everything, with a family sized bag of chips and just stare at their phones the entire time, you may be the one ending up having to knock down a too-rambunctious bouncing pumpkin before they have a chance to steam roll your kid over. 3) The Crowds... I can't stress enough how crazy this place can be, especially on the weekend. With parties, groups, and those older kids looking for their own place to play, even if it's in the places supposed to be just for younger jumpers, it can get pretty nuts. Right after school and before dinner is when I try to come by. Perfect time to enjoy the park and whet up an appetite. Which is about it. Sky Zone can't replace the Zoo or Disneyland. But, it's a great spot nearby to keep the kids occupied and happy. We've been here about a dozen times so far and they still want to keep coming back. That's fairly impressive and high praise coming from both a 10 and a 4 year old for something as simple as a trampoline park. read more

My kid got flipped by older kids of the same family. I had to go talk to their parents about the rules this place posted on the side of the trampoline. I even had to ask the employee if I should say something or is she... and she decided to go say something because 6-8 parents saw what happened and nodded their heads staring at the employee. I had been to sky zone a couple times before and honestly it's great. So much to offer and different play areas for all ages. The snacks and food are good ! We had the opportunity to host my son's 5th birthday here tonight and it was AMAZING. Our host Kam went above and beyond. He took care of setup, drink refills, taking out the trash, handing out pizza and cake ! He helped so much and ultimately made our party so much easier and fun. I'm giving Sky Zone two stars and only because my granddaughter enjoys playing there but it actually deserves zero stars because of the Lack of cleanliness and condition of the place! To say it's Filthy and run down is an understatement. The employees do sweep up and clean the counters but the dirt and grime is quite honestly unsanitary. I don't understand why no one has done anything about the moldy insulation that is hanging from the ceiling or laundered the stained and grimy fabric blocks which look as though they have not ever been cleaned. I don't feel comfortable taking my granddaughter there again because it looks like the perfect place to get pinkeye or pick up some other diseases. I'm not sure if the health department visits here but they should. I truly hope they address these issues because it really is a fun place to play, it's just fun enough to get sick from. read more

I can't even begin to express my gratitude to the young man who was in charge of my daughter's birthday party. Jaddan I think was his name, went above and beyond and made everything special. I watched this young man hustling the whole time we were there with party after party. You have a great employee in this young man and I commend his parents for raising such a fine young man. Our party ran so smooth from booking online to our arriving and everything being explained and our guests checking in. The only thing I wish was a bit different was the cool air. I was presently surprised how clean it was. the staff were so friendly and kind! Was so busy though.

Improvements have been made. What used to be a gross, dangerous foam pit is now a great jumping area that is closely monitored. Everything looks clean and in great condition. Staff is on constant patrol of most areas. There's a cool new area with obstacle-course-like apparatuses to swing in and crawl through. I love that they have monthly memberships to cut down on cost so we come here often. I appreciate the water fountains and clean restrooms, too. read more
