It definitely looks bigger (as far as things to do) online than it does in person. There could've been more done with the space. It's a newer indoor trampoline park in the Clairemont area. Smaller than expected. Huge private lot which is always a plus. They have party rooms upstairs that overlook the play place. Prices are reasonable. There's a few limited sections in which the kiddos can play at. This indoor playground is definitely geared more towards bigger children rather than toddlers. They also have a small snack bar with reasonable prices snacks - chips, drinks, ice cream, etc. We purchased the 2hr wristband & felt "over it" within an hour due to limited play options.

This place was pretty cool I can't lie! But that being said, if you're looking for more trampolines than anything else... Air Track Park mite not be the best place. There is so many things to do though dodgeball court, GIANT play place, smaller play place with a bunch of balls and slides for the littles play, almost full size bouncy cushion basketball court and two obstacle courses in the middle of the place. Also it is well ventilated so it doesn't get hot . As for the parents looking to sit while the kids play I feel like there could have been more seating but with that being said there was still always a spot open when I looked. The service was good, the crew was definitely watching everything and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Very friendly with the kids. I think ill see you again Air Track Park

Vastly superior to Sky Zone on every measurable statistic. The parking lot is larger, it's cleaner, the population is less dense, there are more supervisors, you can see everything standing in any spot. The key to any kid-friendly spot is coming right when they open, which was 10am. We showed up at about 9:55am and we were the 2nd in line. Totally fine. If you reserve your spot the check in process takes maybe 4 minutes. Get your wristbands, get your socks, kids, GO GO GO. The population density was perfect for the first 30 minutes. Great mix of ages, affluence, ethnicity. There is no stigma, there is no iscolation, all of the kids were running, playing, and having fun with eachtoher. The adults? Well. We're all miserable but we were all smiling naturally. They aren't too strict with when you're supposed to leave times. We stayed for an extra 10-15 minutes and no one was kicking us out.

Came here on a Sunday for a birthday party. Check in was pretty smooth (have your waiver done in advance! I thought mine was done but it wasn't not and it made check in take longer). Party rooms are upstairs overlooking the play area. It felt cool up here and like there was air conditioning (as evidenced by the dripping water from the duct work). The place was clean and maybe due to it being a Sunday and on the earlier side was not super busy. They seemed to have a decent amount of things to keep the kids occupied. My child said it was "ok" yet they played the entire time of the party and were difficult to wrangle to eat and have cake. The interactive screen jumping was a favorite but they don't have staff in that area so it is up to the kids to share which it seemed some kids had issues doing. Overall a positive experience and I would return. It is located behind Food 4 Less and across the parking lot from Walmart. You would never know it was here. I didn't know it was there.

My kids love this place. Mostly ran by young kids/adults who can be inconsistent with their rule enforcement. I was instructed I was not allowed to drink my coffee on the couches while 6-7 other parents walked around with outside coffees. Overall the place has always been clean and the kids have had a great time burning out their energy. It may be worth noting as well you have to have their brand socks only and if you bring them from home you will have to trade them in for new ones.

A new air track park has opened up in San Diego! Reasonably priced and packed with tons of new courses for all ages. Lots of parking. Ice cold AC and perfect for two hours of fun for the kiddos. Huge fans! Endless amount of neon colors. Obstacle courses interactive activities. Comfy lounge sofas are available too! So much to do in one large open space. Friendly and welcoming staff. Be back soon when they have pizza and popcorn available lol.

I've been coming to this place for a long time and have always recommended it to others, but after my last experience, I can't in good conscience continue to do so. Not only have they raised their prices, but now it feels like they are charging for everything, even the smallest things like socks -- and they insist you buy theirs, refusing any other brand. The last time I visited, they asked me to pay for the entrance for my 9-month-old baby who doesn't walk or play in any of the attractions. The manager said, 'It's the rules.' On top of that, the place is no longer as clean as it used to be, and the ball pit was in terrible condition -- many of the balls were broken, which could be dangerous for babies. Honestly, it's frustrating to deal with a place where the manager clearly knows nothing about customer relations. I will not be returning, and I certainly do not recommend it anymore.

Clean, family-friendly facility with play options for all ages! For a fast check-in process, complete the waiver online prior to visiting. They require that you wear their socks, but will charge you a discounted rate if you bring socks from another play facility. So instead of $5 for new socks, they will charge you $3 instead. They have an interactive game screen area for littles, trampolines, obstacle course, a baby/toddler play area, basketball court, dodgeball course, and playground area. Our kids always have a great time.

Cool spot for the kids to release some energy. Prices are fair and the place seems quite clean. Staff is friendly.

(We've been to Nationwide locations with Skyzone.) This location still wows us. It wows us with it's kindness. Both the employees and management are kind, smiling, happy and it's just a wonderful atmosphere to be a part of. The Fuelzone is affordable and delicious if you want a snack or icee or a Pepsi. Especially with a member discount! It's a place where a parent can relax on a laptop or play with their kid equally and it's the closest thing to judgement free parenting I've found. I always say I feel as if this should be the training Skyzone for all of the other ones. The Skyzone atmosphere is second to none. Kindness is literally in the air here, I'm here for all of it.

Unfortunately, if you buy online, there is no kiosk or separate check-in line; you still need to wait in line for an employee to check you in. Tough to do, though, while we were there, as the kids and parents buying tickets were all congregating in the lobby, where even the employee had to shout to be heard. Once we entered the facility, we found the area clean and well-lit. However, the clients--primarily pre-teens and young teens--were specifically targeting our kids, who are all 12 years old girls. The one staff member our kids approached for help did her best, but she was alone on the trampoline floor and appeared thoroughly overwhelmed less than 30 minutes into the GLOW night. Most of the other guests were dressed to impress, but they weren't jumping; they were simply walking around, trying to see others. Our kids came to jump, and each time the bullies approached them, they would turn and leave that area, only to be pursued by kids pulling on their clothing, laughing in their faces, and making animal noises. The situation felt like mob mentality, and it was concerning that there were no adults present to intervene or correct the behavior of their kids. My husband and I were up in the parent lounge, and we were the only adults present for the hour and 45 minutes we were onsite. Ten minutes into our visit, we did intervene on the jump floor and stayed there for a time and were able to eventually get the bullies to leave our kids alone. However, we kept a close eye on them as it became apparent that most parents drop their kids off and leave.

I really appreciate all the new additions and renovations. We were out of town for about a month and when we came back, so many of the play stations had been updated. It definitely did not go unnoticed and shows they are investing in the space. One thing I love about this place is how often the staff cleans and reorganizes. No matter how busy it gets, it never feels messy. It also never smells like feet in there, which is honestly a big problem at other indoor playgrounds. The staff does a great job maintaining a clean and pleasant environment. The only downside for us is that our daughter is growing out of it a little too fast. She can get bored if there are not other kids her age to play with. This is truly a great spot for younger children. I do wish they offered an hourly rate instead of requiring a full day pass, because sometimes you just need a quick hour or two to let the kids get their wiggles out. Overall, it is a wonderful, well maintained playground and we will continue recommending it to families with younger kids.
