I think what I liked the best about the experience for the party, was that our hostess walked the kids around to the rides and through the arcade so they could familiarize themselves with the layout of the Boardwalk. As I was talking with the adults, we were discussing competitors like Bowlero and Lucky Strike and how unreasonably priced it is for a family of four now a days. Just the arcades there are so expensive! Here, the kids were able to make their tokens last for hours and walked away with some fun prizes too. I hope the prices never get ridiculously high here. I grew up going to Parkway Bowl and the Boardwalk. I am so happy that the accessible pricing has remained. Additional shout outs to MC and Noelle (staff members who were very helpful and attentive). I lost a good 30 minutes of my day, and on top of that, I had to tell my 7 year old that we could not ride a go kart today and left extremely disappointed your location. Which by the way, is not easy to get to and it is definitely not in the friendliest part of town. A long drive, a long wait, indifferent customer service and no go kart riding made for a forgettable experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to ensure future visitors receive clear communication and better service. They crammed about 6 tables into the room, leaving barely enough room to pull out your chair, and it was easily 85 degrees inside the room. There's ZERO AC, so between the heat, kids, food, and everyone packed together, it gets chaotic fast. You do get a party attendant, but there wasn't much organization or timing. You only have the room for two hours, and another party starts the exact the minute yours ends. There's no buffer to gather your stuff, leave, or seemingly even properly clean and reset before the next group comes in. The bathrooms also need to be checked and cleaned much more frequently. And PLEASE maintain the slides more often. I know they use some type of wax/conditioner, but the last THREE times I've gone down, I've literally stopped halfway from the friction resulting in friction burns and the world's most aggressive wedgie. I watched kids suddenly stop mid-slide and fall forward too. Whatever they put on the slides needs to be reapplied throughout the day. It's still a fun place for the kids, but the party rooms, cleanliness, and slide maintenance definitely need improvement.

I called her back Tuesday afternoon and left a message. Same thing Wednesday, I called a few times to follow up and pay. No response. Today, Thursday, I called and got a hold of her. She apparently has booked someone in my spot since we spoke. I am sooo angry. When we hung up Monday, I would have paid if she'd told me how instead said she was driving and we'd handle later. So I assumed we had our spot. When I reminded her of this, she told me I needed to understand she speaks to a lot of people every day and she had car troubles which she had to fix and handle. Quite frankly, I do understand things happen BUT how do you confirm someone else when you already told someone else they had that spot. Im furious but it may be for the best as I can not imagine her type of personality entertaining a bunch of 4 year olds. Terrible way to run your business. Look for a different company!!! Today I just walked straight through and they were both out and active. The hippos were hilarious under the water swallowing the bubbles . The orangutans were funny. The baboon family with a red butt is really hilarious to watch. You could watch that for a long time. The skyFari was closed today, which was somewhat of a bummer but other than that, everything was fantastic. I didn't order any food because the prices are absolutely outrageous. I also really enjoy looking at the plants and reading about them and how they have adapted to the environment that they are from. The African plants are amazing at how they can store water in their trunks. I also got to see the lemurs with their cute little mask, faces and striped tails. I'm looking forward to attending in October, which is free kids at the zoo month so I can bring my grandchildren and enjoy the children's zoo.
