I thought that was very cool. The playground equipment is closed for repair, as of this review, and they offer a small fenced off dog park area. Their plenty of parking and good restroom facilities on sight. The best part of this park is definitely the open space and hills and such. They still offer swimming lessons during the summer. The dogs that were there that day were quite friendly and no one seemed to mind. There were two pavilion areas towards the left of the park which were well shaded where parties can be hosted. The park is small but has what is needed. There are BBQ areas and picnic tables as well as some grass and a small playground. There is also some parking available in a lot but you can also park on the street. The playground is fenced in which I really liked but it also has to be fenced in because this park is right on the street, and it's a busy one with a lot of speeders. I was very aware of the closure to the playground ensuring everyone who came and went closed it behind them and if not going to it immediately to make sure it got closed. The playground equipment is small but had some slides the kids liked and a few swings. There are also 2 stationary play cars my boys loved so much. Although the boys had fun here we won't come back because of how close this is to the road. If we aren't in the playground area and we wanted to have a picnic it would be a constant worry and I wouldn't be able to let me kids get more than an arms reach away from me.
