We had our son's birthday party here, we won't do that again. We were told we had our canopy for 1.5 hours....which is pretty tight timing for a birthday party. Staff came our tables 10 min before our use time was up and asked us to start relocating our cake, gifts and party supplies because another party was booked to start immediately after our reservation.... there was no time between reservations for clean up, so our birthday party was limited to just over an hour! They literally were having us move before our time was even up. Ridiculous. Total rip off. The place was also pretty dirty. Prior birthday party decorations were left up from day before. Tables weren't wiped down. Outdoor seating had a bunch of stains on the cushions. They don't allow you to bring in your own cooler....the cooler the have for you is not clean. read more

A fun place to bring the kiddos to get out their energy! They also host birthday parties if you make a reservation! They sell snacks and drinks but you can bring in your own food, too (this is what we do). The kids always have fun here exploring and jumping away. A lot of teens work here and at times they leave the tall slide station unattended (I noticed when I was standing at the bottom waiting for my son to go up this happened a couple of times yesterday). But overall, it's a neat place. With plenty of adventure and my son enjoys it a lot with his best buddy! Oh and they have music playing at the front of the place near the jungle area which is fun! They do have porta potties...I haven't ventured there, but you know, they're porta potties!! I'd recommend and I'll be back! We booked a birthday party here (classic package for up to 17 kids), and everyone had a great time! We appreciated being under a tent and having seating for the parents while the kids ran around. With the party package water and juices for the kids are included in a cooler they provide, as well as plates, napkins, and utensils. They also had disposable tablecloths on the tables when we arrived. We just had to bring ice, cake and whatever we wanted to munch on. The birthday kid gets a free return pass, too! The kids got to go on all the inflatables over and over, and one kid said it was the best birthday party ever. We'll definitely be back. Their 5-visit punchcard is very reasonable at $15/visit. read more

Came here a few weeks ago and had a fantastic time. It wasn't busy, the price was fair and the attendants were extremely friendly. They also have really good music that plays the entire time. Here is my only gripe: when my daughter went down the large slide, another child went after her without allowing my daughter to complete the ride. This other child crashed into my daughter and injured her face. We went to the attendants to see if they had any ice and they didn't. So just keep all of that in mind when you come. The inflatables are a bit dirty, but that didn't bother me. It's probably very difficult to keep them clean, but perhaps there's a way to do it that they're choosing not to do. Either way, I still think this is a fantastic way to get your child's energy out for the day. read more

Came by with my son and his 1 year old nephew. My son was 5 at the time and so his entrance fee was $20. The 1 year old nephew was free, but required an adult supervision so we paid $25 for an adult. Inflatables are set outside in the mall and so it can be dusty if not cleaned routinely. I thought the inflatables were rather dirty. There were a few inflatables that had sprinklers so that you can get wet while sliding down. But I didn't want my son getting wet and then absorbing all the dirt on the other inflatables. There are portable bathrooms outside but I didn't care to check them out. Overall, I thought the place was OK. I don't think I'd return but my kid did enjoy himself. If he ever requested an inflatable place to go, I'd take him to Party City. The inflatables are cleaner there. read more

We went a couple of years ago and it was okay. Got passes this year and my 5 & 7 year old boys love it. The set up is different, too. Like how it's wide open and easy to watch our kids. Clean, too. I always see someone wiping down areas. Kim, the manager, is super nice. We went on Mother's Day and they gave my mom and I a cute paper flower and lotion. It was a sweet touch. The only issue is that they open at 12 on week days. School ends next week. I wanted to gather a bunch of kids for a playdate there on Friday, but 12 is so late. 10 would be much more ideal, especially since school is out and 12 is peak heat. read more

As an almost 29-year-old girl I would like to say this was such a fun experience!! The park was kept very clean and I had so much fun. I would like to note that Elise at the check-in was so kind had a welcoming smile on her face and really made us feel excited to go in and play. Sometimes all it takes is great customer service to make sure we recommend these activities to other friends! I bought a pass at the end of the season in 2021 for 5 passes for $50. It closed 1 month later for the fall season (which I didn't know at the time). I brought my pass to go there today and they told me they will let me in today but they aren't honoring it and it expires. There is NO expiration date on the card. When I spoke with the manager he offered an "I'm sorry we are under a different management team now so they have an expiration now." This was the second jump he used and I paid for 5. We will never come back. I am so disappointed in the customer service and lack of professionalism within this company. The response back is also untrue. I went back to find when I paid for the pass on my credit card and it was the season on 2021 not 3 years ago like the girls at the front stated and there is ABSOLUTELY nowhere that says this pass has an expiration. I was unable to post a picture of the pass because they refused to give it back but I have another $50 pass that clearly states 5 jumps that they won't allow me to use as well which was purchased at the end of June last year. It closes the end of august. None have been used yet. Also I tried to get a hold of someone about this but the number on the card rings and rings and when voicemail comes on it says the mailbox is full. Came here on a Saturday for a birthday party. Check in was easy to get the wrist band for the kidlet and stamps for the parents. Went inside and stashed the kidlet's shoes in the cubby. It says socks are required but very few kids were wearing socks. The whole area is fenced in and there is astro turf under all the inflatables. Since we were there for a party they had a big tent set up with tables and chairs. It was all shaded which was appreciated as it was a hot day. There are 2 water slide type inflatables so make sure to send the kids in a suit or clothes you don't mind if they get wet. I think my kid just kept doing the super large water slide by the freeway (they are 6 for reference). They had port a potties in the fenced in zone but the mall is super close if you prefer a toilet that flushes. They had snack bar with bags of chips, candy etc. They also sold water balloons that were 10 for $5. To be honest I forgot we were in a mall parking lot next to the freeway. Depending on what inflatables your kid does it is easy to supervise from one area. They also have a fenced off area for kids 5 and under. For a non birthday event it is $20 to get in but they had a 5 visits for $75 or you can get a season pass for $150 (the season is March-September). This was such a fun birthday party and we would totally come here for a visit again. read more

Inflatable World is located in Mission Valley right off the 8 freeway in the Mission Valley mall with ample parking and offers a good experience for the kids to let loose and bounce in a outside environment. We decided to drop through to see what its about since we pass this place every time were on the the interstate and overlook the huge slide in Mission Valley Parking lot. I ended up going on to their website and see they have a special on Thursday where you can bounce 2 kids for $20 and it seemed like I scored a deal so we waited until Thursday to head onto Inflatable world. After parking and walking in and signing the waiver I ended up not paying the price that was offered but paid more and didnt even bother bringing it up about the special price. The place has about 15 inflatable jumping inflatables but all end with a slide. So basically this is a inflatable slide park because in all the object was to either go through a course and end with a slide or just go up all the way and end up sliding down. There was one inflatable that wasn't blown up so I couldn't tell what it was either to being down and and non operational. The place has chairs and pavilions where parents can lounge on the spot while watching the little ones jump and have fun and they also have clean porter potty's to use. They sell food and drinks as well and also you can reserve a spot for birthday party's. This place was A-Okay to me considering everything had a slide with it and there wasn't much to do other than sliding on a inflatable and it seemed the kids got bored pretty quick but still had a great time. Highlight of the day was the huge slide where I can guarantee every child and parent will have a time of there life's while going down it! read more

What a GREAT discovery! I took my 6 and 8 y.o. niece and nephew here today to burn off some energy, and they had a a BLAST! It was inly $20 for an all day wristband (and we could have in and out privileges), and I didn't have to pay anything since I was just watching. The biggest slide (HUGE!) and a couple others had water (summer only I think) which made them super fast! There are lots of places for parents to sir in the shade. You can't bring outside food, butvthey sell snacks and drinks, and with in-and-out privileges, there is an In-N-Out right next door, and lots of other places to eat nearby. The staff was friendly and the place was clean and not crowded. GREAT DEAL! So glad we discovered this place! Do call to double check the hours - the website may not be up to date. read more

My daughter's one birthday wish was not just one bounce house but a BUNCH of bounce houses and low and behold we found inflatable world while googling "a bunch of bounce houses" ! xD It was a fairly decently priced package. We set up a Classic Birthday Package (up to 17 kids) for $450 (same price we paid for renting out just one jumper house in the past at a park!) and all kids and parents seemed to have a fun time! The package included 4 long tables (pre-set up with plastic table covers with preferred colors), some benches, patio couch for loungers, cubbies for kiddos shoes, and an ice chest. They offered a refrigerator for cakes and only thing we really took care of were snacks/food/drinks, ice, and minor decor. The birthday kid gets a free return pass anytime (even in the summer when the water slides are on!) and she even got a free blow up toy to play with (she ended up choosing a blow up sword!). The package technically rents out the overhead tent for only 2 hours but since there were no other bookings after us they let us stay the rest of the day. A nice touch they had was music and without us asking/prompting them, they played music aligning with our decor (we had an Encanto theme) and they played a bunch of Encanto music which we loved. As a recovering paranoid planner, I was calling this place constantly bombarding them with a bunch of questions and they so graciously did their best to get back to me every time in a timely manner ( no more an a business day later) . In the 17 kids limit, children under the age of 2 don't count and parents with socks can take children under 2 into the bounce houses if they so wanted to. Any additional kids that came would be able to be accommodated for an extra 20$ per kid that came up at the door. Lucky for us, we didn't have to worry about that but it was one of the many questions I wanted to clear up since some ppl bring their siblings and what not. I only left one star off because some miscommunication I had in the beginning before March 9th opening date where one person who replied back to me didn't have the table cover colors we wanted (pink) and told us balloons weren't allowed but after they opened they let me know they were able to procure the preferred table covers and balloons were always allowed which was nice but was confusing and a bit too close to our party date for me (Mar.17th). Also, we were supposed to receive Caprisuns for the kids, but didn't get any and I didn't even realize it until we got home. They probably assumed we didn't want it since we brought alternative refreshments for the kiddos, but If I only mentioned it, I'm pretty sure they had it on hand and only forgot to put it out. All minor tid bits but Over all, it was a lovely day at inflatable world and my daughter + her friends keep talking about how fun her birthday was. All I could ask for! read more

We booked my son's 5th birthday here a couple weeks ago and had such a great experience! The staff was so helpful with bringing things to the tent and to the car. They were very attentive and made sure we had all that we needed. They have a 5 and under section which we requested so the parents could keep a close eye on their kids while also staying close to the tent. Our package came with a large tent, admission for 17 kids, 4 tables, table covers, water, juice, a cooler (you'd need to bring ice), plates and utensils. We ordered pizza and pasta from a nearby place that delivered, Pesto Italian Kitchen. We ended up needing a 5th table for goodie bags and presents and the staff brought one over right away! The only complaint I have is that we were rushed to clean up. I had ordered an extra hour and was told we'd have time to clean up afterwards, but there was already another party waiting to get in, even though we still had contracted time. I took my kids(12 year old daughter and 5 year old son) and their friend here today. Our visit was AWESOME. My kids fell in love with a staff member - CeCe. She is amazing!! When we left all they could talk about was her. Oddly enough you don't normally find staff at kid friendly places ever being friendly to kids, but CeCe was so kind to my children. The kids spent nearly 5 hours here. They had a great time. I initially thought it was a bit pricey, but you can literally stay the whole day, talk about bang for your buck! This was our second time going to inflatable world. My son loved it both times. I'm willing to look pass the unknown wet spots on some of jumpers. I'm willing to look past the three scratches my son received on two different jumpers. I'm willing to look past the overall dirtiness of everything, alas, it's outside. But the very large inflatable slide almost fell into the street with my son on top. I had to pull in ropes to try to keep it from falling over. And for this reason we can never go back. read more

We were visiting San Diego and were staying near by and looking for something fun to do for our 3 year old when we noticed a whole bunch of bouncy houses while we were driving by the freeway, it looked like fun and we just had to exit off and go find what we just saw. Luckily when we came by they were about to open for a private event but the manager was kind enough to let us in. The staff and manager were very friendly and my 3 year old definitely had a blast! what a great way to spend the day with your family. Went there with my kids on a hot day and really enjoyed the activities. The blonde guy that was tall on top of the slide really took care of the kids and made them safe. My son who has CP and is in a wheelchair even had a great time. When this place was first open, my kids had lots of fun and great memories. The workers there was very attentive though there were a few of them working. I went here a couple of times when it first opened. As the few years goes by, their equipment became old and run down. I only saw 2 person working the front entrance and another one overseeing the place: We went there last Friday to celebrate the kid's last week of school. Most of the jumpers were old and run down. There was one particular jumper that was deflated. Instead of bringing it down all together to avoid possible accidents, they put 2 red chairs barricading the two entrance. Due to lack of supervision, I thought it was one of the kids messing around and place it there until I was approach by a little child stating that "the man says it is broken". We were in and out there in 30 mins. My boys was no longer interested in playing since they had a few varieties of slides. We were one of the first few people there who arrived when it was opened that day. One of my kids needed the bathroom therefore my choice was to run to the nearest store department or use their portal potty. I had to resort to the portal potty since they couldn't hold their bladder. Being the first few people there, I had assume it was clean. It was filthy as if it hasn't been cleaned for a while.
