Just a heads-up--you'll need to purchase grip socks if your kids don't already have them. There are designated areas where shoes aren't allowed, which helps keep things clean. The facility has plenty of play structures for kids to explore and enjoy, along with a couple of bounce houses. The bathrooms were very clean and had four stalls, which made things convenient. While they don't offer a large variety of food, it's understandable since this isn't really a restaurant. It didn't take away from the experience at all. My kids absolutely loved it--they played for a full two hours and definitely could have stayed longer! I also really liked their system of giving kids a sticker with their playtime. Been coming here since it opened and had had no issues until my daughter got into a mechanical rotating game that had recently been added when we went and she was excited to try it because it looked fun and the employee manually handling the movement and speed and he purposely reversed it hitting her in the face and sending her flying down and when I looked at him I could see him trying to hold his laughter. I don't think I took her back there for a couple of months until she asked me but now she stays away from that game because it traumatized her. Came here on a weekend evening for a party. Our group was the only people there. The party was mostly kids between 4-6yo and they all loved it.. The facility was very clean with plenty of staff roaming around keeping an eye on things. Honestly, I don't think I saw any of the employees smile the entire time lol. But anyways, all of the structures are inflated, cushioned, and structured like obstacle courses. Lots of tables for parents to post up at.. and a few designated party areas. Every other trampoline park in San Diego allows kids and adults. I have a chunky and Down syndrome girl I brought, sadly she was struggling with everything here because I couldn't be on anything, I understand maybe it wasn't a good place to try for us but we just wanted to try it because we go to a lot of trampoline parks. But just so people know that if your kid has special needs or gets scared adults aren't allowed on it, so it is disappointing and I rather go somewhere family Friendly. I was hesitant on coming since looking a that the reviews, but I'm glad that didn't deter me. Most of the reviews are complaints due to impatience and lack of prep coming. They DO allow you to bring in food, but prepackaged, which I feel is fair. They do have a very limited snack bar. The staff has been nothing but kind, and as long as you follow the rules and guidelines, which are in place for everyone's safety, you will have a good time. My family went to visit this establishment this morning, because of a deal that was found online (on the company's OWN WEBSITE). "Buy 1 Hour get 1 Hour FREE, before 11 am". When we arrived too the facility the clerk at the desk was not very friendly. She proceeded to deny that they had any special like that going on, and we tried to show her THEIR OWN website online and she declined to look at it. We proceeded to ask for a manager, and we spoke with a lady by the name of Liz. Liz was extremely rude from the beginning of our interaction. We tried to explain the special they had online and she wouldn't even look at their website to confirm. Overall, a very bad experience, we did end up leaving and taking our business elsewhere. The manager is extremely unprofessional; I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Came here for my nephew's birthday party. We liked how the space is not too large, and we can keep an eye on our kids more easily while seated at the sidelines. I also like being able to slip off my shoes and capture a few pics and videos. The party area was located in the rear. Nice spacious tables. I was very impressed with how clean the space is, I saw someone regularly walk through with a vacuum, followed by someone with a mop/Swiffer. The bathroom was very clean, no overflowing trashcans or wet counters. I have one concern, and it was that the locks for the ladies restroom don't seem to align well. Dear Owner, Manager, and Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent visit to Ninja Factory on March 8, 2024 between 3-4pm. What was supposed to be an enjoyable experience for my children turned out to be frustrating due to the behavior of some staff members and unclear policies. 1. Unnecessary Harassment Over Wristband - A female employee aggressively insisted that our 2-year-old daughter leave the playset because she did not have a wristband, despite the fact that my husband was already at the counter paying for it. Instead of allowing a simple resolution, she insisted that I take my daughter to the front, causing unnecessary stress. Because of this, my daughter busted her lip on the front counter. 2. Over-Policing Playtime & Safety Concern - Another employee continuously reprimanded my son for going in the "wrong direction" in the play area and for playing in the ball pit. In addition, my 2 year old daughter was not allowed to have her handheld toy in any of the structures. 3. Unclear Signage & Harassment Over Shoes - I was also confronted for wearing shoes while watching my 2-year-old daughter in the play area. The signage regarding this rule was not clearly posted, making the enforcement feel arbitrary and frustrating. 4. Unfair Height Restriction for Older Kids - My 10-year-old daughter was not allowed to play simply because of her height. Nowhere on the signs did it specify that children must be BOTH between the ages of 2-12 AND under 5 feet tall. This was misleading and unfair, especially when the posted rule only referenced age. Overall, our experience at your facility was far from kid-friendly. Employees were hovering over children and parents, ready to enforce rules in a rigid and aggressive manner. Instead of fostering a fun and welcoming environment, it felt like we were being policed the entire time. Had staff been more understanding and policies clearer, this experience would have been much more pleasant. Unfortunately, due to this negative experience, we will not be returning, nor will we recommend Ninja Factory to others--especially for events or parties. Other nearby options, such as K1 Speed or Jump Around, provide a much more enjoyable and stress-free experience for families. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to staff training, rule enforcement, and signage clarity. This is a lengthy review but if you're thinking of having an event at the Ninja Factory, I would read this first. I'm giving Ninja Factory 1 star due to the fact that all the kids had a blast in the play area during my child's party. Other than that, the staff and manager made hosting this party EXTREMELY DIFFICULT! There was so much miscommunication from the staff about the event/ party rules. It's obvious that this place is not managed well at all and they don't care about customer service. When I booked the party, I was told that since we booked the two areas in the front, there was a max capacity of 48 people between both areas and that if we went a little over 25 kids it would be OK. I knew with kids and parents, I would not go over the 48 person limit and I was under the assumption that if I ended having a little more than 25 kids attend it would be OK based off of what the staff member told me over the phone. Fast forward to party day, we were met with nothing but rudeness and difficulty by the staff member opening up the facility. We showed up at 9:30am to set up for a 10am party. I was told over the phone a week prior that the staff member opening that day would let us in at 9:30 to setup. Instead, as soon as she saw us waiting at the front door, she abruptly told us that we could not come in until 9:45 to setup. What a way to greet your paying customers!! Once all of our guests arrived, we ended up with 27 kids and they would not let my last two guests in the facility! Again, It was incredibly RUDE! The same staff member said our party was at max capacity of 48! Honestly, we had no more than 40 people in our area so there was no reason to stop our last two guests from coming in. Apparently, the manager (who was not present) could see the live video and said from what she saw it looked like we had too many people in our party area. The staff who were present were too lazy to take an actual count of our guests. This begs the question...,why did they tell me that 48 was the max capacity???!!! This was incredibly frustrating. I ended up having to relocate my two teenagers to the main area out of the party zone so my final two guests could join our party and play. I would not recommend Ninja Factory for events because the staff are not clear about the rules and there is a lot of miscommunication. There are better options for birthday parties and events where the customer service is better and you're treated with respect. Hopefully the management at the Ninja Factory will improve. Let me preface by saying I have been a regular customer at the Ninja Factory for years. I have done parent meet ups on hot/rainy days, I hosted my son's party this fall and paid for numerous one off visits, bought gift cards and I bought (2) of their $150+ punch cards. I have easily spent $1000 here. And after yesterday's incident, I won't be supporting this business. I came on Friday, January 24 because the Border 2 fire is burning-creating poor air quality and thus the closure of many nearby schools. Because I work in healthcare I could not take off, so I made arrangements to work from home. My kids were cooped up without a way to burn off energy outside, so we went to the Ninja Factory with our punch card. I brought the kids packed lunch boxes and I picked up 3 rolled tacos for myself at Lolitas because like many working moms, we rarely fuel ourselves. We live nearby and as I entered Eastlake, air quality jumped from 90 AQI to 160. Leaves and ash were blowing around- just walking from the car to the business my eyes were burning. The Ninja Factory doors were propped open when we arrived, so as I was checking in, I asked the employee if I could shut the doors. She said "sure". As I was closing them, a woman who I suspect to be the owner (maybe Elizabeth?) stopped me and said the doors have to remain open because they are unloading food from Costco. There was no unloading at this time and doors could have been shut in meantime, but I let it go. She then honed in as I set my Lolita's drink on the counter and she says "do you have outside food?" I said I have Lolitas for myself. "No outside food". I said really? On a day like today with the fires and challenging circumstances? "No food allowed. See our signs?" I said nobody is here and I will eat and be done..."if I let you I have to let everyone" ((but nobody is here)) ... mind you on a normal day I would not even be here supporting her business- I'd be at work. Kids in school. And on a normal day, I'd go outside and eat for 5 mins and go back in-but this was not a normal day- this was an extremely nerve-wracking last few days for parents and our community, but please go on with your non-empathetic self and your no outside food policies... It's not WHAT was said, it was HOW she said it. I said I'm done. I have been a long-time customer and I see no need to return and I walked out. She followed me to the car offering to omit the two card punches. Why bother? Here's my take: "Owner" has been mentioned 8 times in negative reviews on this platform. "Manager" has been mentioned 12 times. Every 2-3 reviews are negative- specifically the last three reviews (including mine). It's clear the owners of this "family run business" are in the business of taking our money, but not human enough to recognize policy over situation-based scenarios. It's also clear they lack kindness and customer service skills. But they don't lack a business savvy model that clears thousands ($$$$$) of dollars in monthly revenue with three parties every two hours (which is back-to-back on weekends) and monthly memberships fees. They do their Costco run and upcharge you for unhealthy snacks like Chips Ahoy and Cheetos. And then enforce their no outside food policy when most people can't eat that food or choose not to eat that kind of food. But they'll keep dragging themselves to the business everyday treating parents like crap because its good money. And money talks. read more

Definitely a fun place for kids. You can reserve areas for private birthday parties. Socks must be worn in the climbing areas. This place is great for kids to run, jump and climb to get all of their energy out! They have a small snack area that sells your typical yummy junk food and ice cream. Though my child had a blast, PLEASE NOTE IT WAS DANGEROUS. I went with a 5 year old. 1. The teens working there are TEENS. which means if your child is on the younger side you will have to monitor them pretty much the whole time. They were very friendly, kind but completely unaware of the danger/chaos happening. 2. The two hours I was there there was only one worker trying to keep control of the entire back section. Most of the employees were in the front chit chatting with each other. 3. At one point all of the foam was removed from one of the pits by children. There was visible metal pipes and a concrete floor which was right beneath the balance beam. Again no employe seemed aware or cared when it was pointed out. Things have changed here and it's very much for slightly older kids. There use to be a small area for the younger kids 1-5 year olds that was small but it was there. Now I feel it's more for 8+? I have a 3 and 5 year old who had been when the old play structure play area for the younger end was there. At that point parents could also go with their kids (paid adults.) I don't remember ever seeing parents in there actually going crazy but more so with the younger kids to help. I asked about parents since i didn't see the pricing for them on the board. The girl told me, parents are no longer allowed on the equipment to help their kids etc. this obviously doesn't work for us. My 5 year old still wanted to play there but we also don't feel comfortable with him doing it completely alone with kids significantly bigger then him. There was no way the 3 year old could do it alone. Even the girl said, it may be too much since it was so busy, maybe better when it's slower for the littler one. We ended up going next door to the Play City which does have more of a mix for ages 0-2/3 section, 0-5 area and then the rest of the area where older kids can jump, climb and slide. Ninja place would be great for kids older and able to jump, climb and get through/over large obstacles. It use to cater to both that age and a younger age, unfortunately not anymore.
