This indoor playground is our family's absolute favorite! The staff are always so welcoming and friendly, and they keep the place so clean all the time. You just know the area is very well taken care of and sanitized regularly--they definitely know their priorities here. The space is HUGE. They have everything you can imagine a great indoor playground could have--a jungle gym with slides, an inflatable bouncy house, a colorful net structure that kids can climb into, a toddler area with structures for all sorts of imaginative play, a ball pit, and even an infant area. One thing of note that I really like about this place as well is that their restrooms are always pristine, stocked up with supplies, and smelled good! This place just checks all the boxes for us and we'll always keep coming back here. Plus, my little one loves it! read more

A great spot to take the little ones for indoor fun. It's clean, safe and secure. Tons of staff wiping down sections and keeping the place tidy. Attended a party, food and drink can be brought in which is a plus. Tons of space and dedicated sections for parties. Kids will definitely enjoy it here. Give them a try and thank me later. Play City - Birthday time! - Indoor Playcenter Near Me - Vista, California

LOVE PLAY CITY!!!!!! First time going to Play City and it was amazing! My little one had so much fun! We have been waiting for the Rancho Cucamonga location to open for a little bit. Jeff checked us in and he was so nice and friendly. He seems like a partner for Play City and he mentioned that the Rancho Cucamonga location would be opening this weekend!! Woohooo Price: Admission is nicely priced which is appreciated haha We chose the full day admission which is $30 that includes 1 adult. Compared to the 2 hour time limit option that is $24 which also includes an adult. They allowed unlimited in and outs so you can go grab lunch and go back in to play. Additional adult is only $15/each. Your little one gets a wristband that lets the staff know which admission option was chosen. Play Area: HUGE with super high ceilings that didn't feel tight and enclosed.it was nice that they had section for different age groups so the bigger kids and little kids won't run into each other. They have a jumper in the back with rock climbing and slide within the jumper. Also a HUGE obstacle course like play area with 4 slides (2 long straight slides and 2 swirling ones) there was a basketball court, interaction ball launchers within the obstacle course maze. There was also an interactive touch screen area inside the obstacle course too Seating: seating is huge for me since some play location only have a few and those table are always taken. At Play City, sooooo many tables and chairs that we didn't have a hard time trying to find a place to put out things. I wanted to add that we came here on a long weekend that was raining so there was a lot of people. Food: A cafe section that offers kids friendly snacks and drinks for kiddos and adults. Then also had a sold popsicles and everything in the cafe section was very reasonable priced. Socks: OMG the grippy socks are sooooooo cute! Priced at $3.99 each for any side from infants to adults XXL sizes. I got the red ones but when I got in I saw pink ones that were adorable. Cleaniness: the areas were always being vacuumed and clean through out the whole time I was there. There was not any trash or dust that I could see especially the toddler section had white floors. Trash cans were placed throughout the play areas. The lady that was in charge of the cafe was always cleaning the floors or wiping down tables when there was not any customers. Plus they had 3 restrooms that were super clean and baby changing stations inside each one. Definitely going to get their membership once the Rancho Cucamonga location opens. Now I'm thinking of having a party there since the play areas are so nicely taken care of. read more

I wish this place had more foot traffic but then again I don't because I love not having to chase my daughter everywhere and weave in and out cause it's so crowded it's packed. We've been here a few times now and we love it. Took my granddaughter for the first time as she had a blast too. Super clean like everything was super clean, staff was cleaning every few minutes, the bathroom was clean. I do wish they sold hot food but I'm still a super fan. Greet for under 2 but better for over 2. We will be back read more

I like play city but it's quite expensive for the experience. It's $28.99 for 2 hour or $24.99 for 1 hour, then if you want to like guide your kid, like go down the slide with them or go through the tunnels with them, it's an extra $15 for adults. This is needed if your kid is a toddler or younger. Older kids they can play on their own. They also want adults to have grippy socks. Which no other soft play place requires. It's good for older kids that can play on their own. The place is huge. Bigger than Kids and Coffee. They have a huge eating/dining area. The toddlers only park wasn't that great. It's small and boring. My toddler got bored real fast. He ventured off to the big kids area. Some things were too high and big so he wasn't able to enjoy it since I wasn't allowed to go up and guide him. He jumped a little in the bounce house and he liked the basketball court. He was amused by the slide but was too scared to go up alone. The staff were really strict about older kids playing in the toddlers only park, which I appreciated. Some older kids were rowdy and took over by merry go round and the staff was able to stop them. They were a group of 10 year old girls. I wish the staff were more cognizant of adults going into the toddlers area wearing shoes! Some adults didn't have grippy socks and just stomped around with shoes. They stopped some adults, but were more into preventing older kids from entering. It's good if there are grandparents and other adults who aren't participating. Also a cool place to have birthday parties for kids. read more

My kiddo was invited here for his best friend's birthday party and it's an indoor play park dream come true for these kids. It is big, spacious, clean and organized. Everything was so much fun for them, albeit a little chaotic with all the kids running around. You're able to bring in your own food and desserts which I loved. We definitely recommend and would be back for another visit the next time we are in the area as it's a bit far from us. Despite the distance, I'm glad my kid was able to experience this! read more

Wow what a wonderful experience! Their facility is HUGE Designated carpeted infant/baby area, designated toddler area, a super fun bounce house style floor with basket ball hoops (so fun) our favorite is their absolutely incredible multiple story climbing adventure area. 4 stars because it is a bit pricey (you have to pay $15 for adults to play like go down the slides, which I think is kinda ridiculous honestly) but still highly recommend my 2 year old had a BLAST! Really an amazing play facility! read more

Wow what a cool new play space! As some of the Google reviews mentioned when I checked the map over here, this place is VERY clean. There is no sticky floor or surfaces, the tables were clean, crops orderly and I saw the staff cleaning in the downtime. Everyone was really polite and well mannered. Sometimes the people working in kid spaces are disengaged and not putting in an effort, but they worked through a hiccup with the Groupon I used, and had a yelp coupon for a free palette. Everyone was nice and attentive. There were no sick kids coughing everywhere, the music was a good volume instead of blasting and the different play areas were really fun. I love the rope thingie and of course my kid loves the bounce house. I liked the Groupon but I think the pricing was good and it's a large space. Right next to ninja factory also. In case you want to play space hop?! read more

We come here regularly and even have a VIP membership because my child genuinely loves this place, especially the Infant Play Area. Unfortunately, one thing has become increasingly frustrating: the Infant Play Area seems to close much earlier than the facility's posted closing time. For example, on Saturdays the facility is open until 9 PM, but this area has been closed around 7:30 PM. On weekdays, it often seems to close even earlier. This is especially disappointing because the Infant Play Area is one of the main reasons we come here. My child absolutely loves the toys in this section, and as paying VIP members, we reasonably expect the advertised play areas to remain available for most of the facility's operating hours--or at the very least, for the early closing time to be clearly posted somewhere. What bothered me even more was the staff's attitude. My child was visibly upset and crying at the gate because he wanted to go inside, and the staff simply watched with what felt like complete indifference. I understand that employees may have closing procedures to follow, but a little kindness, explanation, or empathy toward a young child and family would have made a big difference. We otherwise enjoy coming here, which is why this is so disappointing. I really hope management can either keep the Infant Play Area open closer to the facility's actual closing time, clearly communicate its separate hours, and provide better customer service to families--especially those who pay for memberships and come here frequently. read more

We had an absolute blast at the new Play City in Vista! My son had the time of his life--the place is packed with fun from wall to wall. Super clean, well-organized, and loaded with activities. There were tons of slides, an awesome ball pit, interactive games, and even a dance pad (which I didn't get to photograph but it was a hit!). The basketball/soccer court was nonstop action, and the music kept the energy up the whole time. What really stood out was how friendly and attentive the staff were--genuinely great with kids and keeping everything running smoothly. Pricing is very fair for what you get, and they even offer a military discount which is a huge plus. Highly recommend this spot to any parents in the area looking for a fun, safe, and well-run play space. We'll definitely be coming back. read more

The place is new so it's nice and clean (except for the bathrooms). There's a lot of stuff for kids to do, plus there was food. However, there's a decent sized toddler area that kids over 3 need to stay out of. During the soft opening, my kids were able to go in there as I didn't see a sign and staff wasn't there to advise us otherwise. I only found out after a neighbor who later went said staff told her daughter to leave due to her age. So when I consider this, I would say the price is not really worth it. I already thought the price was high, but knowing you only get part of the place depending on your age really puts things into perspective. Now obviously, my children loved it here and didn't want to leave, but as a parent I wouldn't pay $150 for my children to come for a day. I can see the membership option being worth it if you have one or two kids, but I highly recommend you try it out first to see if they like it. read more

Disappointed - all the babies toys in the baby area that had batteries none of them turned on/worked. Not one. The water dispenser for filtered water and neither of the two other water fountains worked. Lastly the men's bathroom had no soap for my husband and son to wash their hands. Disappointed for our first visit here for sure. read more

We had the best time celebrating my son's birthday party here! The venue is super clean, the employees are patient and kind, and there is so much to do for all ages! The only thing is if you've had a party at other kid venues like Skyzone, you might be accustomed to having employees help host the party and setup. At Play City, you setup on your own and you won't have help gathering the kids together to eat pizza or sing happy birthday. I would have totally paid extra to have this help! Other than that, if you are looking for a clean venue to host a birthday party with employees who are great with kids - this is the place! read more

Impressed, giving a 4.5/ 5 because room for improvement. This place is very clean, spacious and thought of children's safety. In the back there could be more things to do. This is a great way for kids to play for a few hours. This is the best indoor play place I think over the ninja place next door. Con's 1) this place needs hot food options and boba 2) 2-3 more attractions in the back 3) monthly membership is 54$ it's too expensive. Overall it's still the best north county. read more

This place is great. Super clean, lots to do. They have a toddler section and a big kid section. My daughter who is almost 3 enjoyed both. Tons of tables and free WiFi. overall - super fun once! but not sure we will back my daughter is 5 and we came with a few neighbors for the first time. the space itself is huge and very clean. i saw a staff member wiping down the slides at least once in the 2 hour period we were there. positives - clean, a cafe with drinks/snacks for the parents, fun lights, slides, a big jumpy area, nets to climb, balls to shoot at other kids (can also a negative lol), a virtual scene area, and more. the colors and lights made it look exciting! the downsides - half of the play area / building is closed off to any kids over 4. the entire place seems to be targeted towards kids under 10, so it felt strange to limit the play area to half. my daughter was extremely disappointed that she (5) could not be with her 4 year old friends. they are not allowed access to the ball pit, any of the play houses, or the jumpy/carousel type thing. with that said, my daughter was bored and ready to leave before our 2 hours were up - overall super clean and would be GREAT for young kids 3/4. for the price and lack of things to do however, we would opt for another activity! read more

Clean, spacious, and fun. We went on a Sunday afternoon and although there were quite a few kids, it didn't feel crowded. Went for a birthday party, didn't even know about this place. Apparently they've been open for about a year. I've taken my kids to a lot of indoor play places, this is hands-down the best one I've been to. There was so much space and different structures with activities and it is very clean and spread out. There is plenty of seating for the parents and they have a nice snack bar although I don't think there's any hot food. The only con I see is that some of the structures are so sophisticated and deep that it was a bit hard keeping an eye on my five year-old as he would disappear but then pop-up somewhere. That said, this place is awesome and I will be going back! read more

I'm not sure if this place has a requirement for their employees but when a child says "Hi" to the staff, the staff should interact in a positive way. This place has a ghetto staff and the female at the register, tell her to vape on her break or outside because Kids are easily influenced. This place needs to work on greeting, interacting and professionalism. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I'm Cancelling my VIP membership read more

What a fun morning at Play City in Vista! The space is very clean, and the staff was constantly walking around and cleaning up to make sure that everything was in pristine condition. My 3+4 year olds enjoyed the jungle gym, toddler play area, basketball/soccer area inflatable section and the climbing net. As grownups, we enjoyed the climbing net and playing soccer/basketball. We all had a great time. Shout out to Yuli, Natalia, Matilda and Taylor. They were welcoming and attentive, and made our first experience a great one. One catch - and it's a big catch - It is pricey - 35/kid for 2 hours on the weekend so after fees about $77 for my 2 humans. We brought our own water and snacks so did not try have to spend money on concessions. Not sure what the price point was for that. It's a great place to have on our indoor playground rotation list but given the steep price, I envision it's a place we visit a couple times a year in between our other outings. Overall a great time! read more

Brand new (Mar 2025) indoor playground for toddlers & young people with some unique play structures. We took our 2.5yr old grandson & he played for 2hrs in both the toddler section & bigger kid area because it wasn't crowded Wed morning. Their monthly membership ($55) is the best deal since a single visit, 2 hours of play is $35 (Mar2025). May seem a bit pricey since $55/mo is more than a Disneyland annual SoCal membership but we'll be visiting more often. The monthly membership auto-renews so you have to cancel if you're only joining for a short time. It is pretty awesome compared to other indoor playgrounds we've been to, especially being brand new & pristine. read more

We attended Friday morning of the soft opening. The facility is beautiful. Very clean. We arrived a little early, so my kids got the full 45 min of play. My only issue is the cost. My kids are 6 & 7, so they can only use half of the facility. $70 is a lot for a couple hours of playtime. They did really like the soccer/basketball area. Although they're really great, it's rather expensive for what they have access to. I'd say if you have a 4 and under kiddo it would be worth the pass though. I'm interested to see what the neighboring Ninja area will be like and if there will be a combo pass available in the future. Thanks for having us! read more

At the time of these photos my son was 20months running around putting balls in the tubes and running around everywhere. I was wearing an infant in a carrier and ran around with them both. Definitely a fun place I plan to get a membership soon so i can do work online for a bit and let them have fun, they have an infant area is looking forward to trying and also they do have employees constantly picking up balls and cycling them to get cleaned, I love that because we all know how kids can be with balls! Play City - So many play areas!! - Indoor Playcenter Near Me - Vista, California

The pricing is a bit high for pretty much every option except the M-Th membership, and even that one only makes sense to get occasionally as a whole year would rack up $660 for one child. The play areas are maintained decently but the staff really need to do more to police and enforce the age limits in the different play areas. It's simply unsafe and unpleasant to have 6-10 year olds flying around in the toddler area while the staff looks on doing nothing. If I want big kids hogging all the activities and intimidating my toddler I can get the same experience for free at any local playground. On the plus side, there are ample seating areas and the bathrooms are clean. read more

Brought my 3-year-old for the soft opening and was super impressed! The employees were really friendly and helpful. This place was huge and best of all, super CLEAN, which is a rarity for indoor play spaces. It was really easily accessible off of the freeway which was nice, so it didn't take long to get there from the 78. The area to the left when you walk in is definitely more for big kids-after my 3-year-old got a bit disoriented at the top of it an employee helped him down and said they'll be putting signs up to designate areas for big kids and little kids. There were so many slides, things to climb, and nooks and crannies to explore, my little guy was just so entertained. There was also an ample amount of cubbies and seating throughout. The prices for a day pass are steep so it definitely seems like they encourage membership more since a membership is only about $15 more than a 2 hour day pass. But I don't mind paying a bit more for such a clean, non-smelly play space for my kiddos, especially once summer comes along. I do hope they end up offering promotions for homeschoolers and other folks who can come on weekday mornings, just like the trampoline parks do. Then we'll definitely be regulars. read more

Absolutely incredible! I brought my two and four year olds here first thing on a Tuesday morning. We were the third group to enter. I didn't know what to expect in terms of how busy it would be with a no reservations format, but it was perfect. There were maybe twenty people there, kids and adults combined. The play space is huge. There is so much to do. My kids absolutely loved it. They've got an awesome setup with tons of seating and tables to watch your kids play, eat, and drink. The space is impeccably clean. From the seating area to the play areas -- everything was pristine. We have been to a few play centers in San Diego County and this one was by far our favorite.
