First time coming to Play City with my 17 month old son and I'll update the review when I leave near the end of the month so since I got a 30 day pass. I called for information and the woman who answered was very nice and informative. My son and I went, I had to scan a QR code to sign a waiver, and I purchased a weekday pass for $25 (no time limit). I was told to try it out with my son and if we enjoyed it we could upgrade to a 30 day pass for an additional $75. Prices: 0-11 Months $10 weekday, no time limit 1-12 Years $25 weekday, no time limit Weekends are same prices, but with a 2 hour time limit. $30 for all day. Food & Drinks: Can't be brought into the play area. You can bring food and drinks in, but have to eat in a certain area which are the tables in the middle of everything. Snack bar available inside. Play Area: It's a good sized area to watch your little ones. There's a section for toddlers and within that is a section for the ones who aren't quite walking around yet. Love the couches they put in there for the adults because they are so comfy! Lots of different play rooms with different items for the kids to play with. A few things to climb on/in and slide down. My son has a blast. We were only there for 40minutes when he started to get fussy and needed a nap! I think he can't wait to go back honestly. He loved being around other kids. My first impression was really good, hopefully it stays that way! Lowkey a good way to test out toys for your kids too.

Coming from out of town for the weekend and wanted to take my daughter to a indoor playground. Saw this place had high ratings and it was 15mins from my cousins house. I had originally planned on going when they first open but ended up getting there just after we ate lunch. It was noon and there were people there already, thankfully not packed. They had a QR code at the entrance so that you can sign waivers for the adults/minors. Grip sock required for children and regular for adults. You can bring your own for your kids or you can purchase there for $3.99. It's our first time going to an indoor play place out of town we have a few back home but not as big as this with multiple bounce houses/ obstacles courses and other activities! Fill out the wavier form to make checking in a breeze. They priced a Friday deal as part of their weekend for 2hrs it's $25 and for $5 there's no time limit. They also offer memberships. The lady at the front gave us a rundown of the rules. They have an area of ages 1-5 adults can go inside but not in the bounces or any of the structures, have to be wearing socks. If your child gets stuck anywhere they ask that you inform an employee and they will get them down. They provide cubbies to put your shoes in. There's many tables with chairs and sofa. They sell coffee, snacks, drinks and popsicles but you can also bring in your own drinks or food. The restrooms are clean. The play area was clean. My 3yo had the best time! Will definitely revisit when we're in-town.

My 9 and 5 year old always love coming to Play City. Typically I bring them on weekdays before 5pm and we have a good time. There's plenty of tables and everything is kept clean and neat. The staff is usually friendly. On evenings and weekends it's a whole other story. If you are a parent who is overstimulated by loud noises and crowds of people, I would not recommend it. Other than that, super fun time!

This place is great. I love how spacious it is. There's a section for each age group. My toddler loved playing grocery store and going down the slides. There's bounce houses, a ball pit, several play structures and more. The prices aren't too bad, $22* per child for an unlimited time. I'd check their instagram or website ahead of time because they do special events as well. Theres coffee in the morning for parents provided by casa de otay (really good coffee), a snack bar and plenty of picnic tables and couches. WiFi is also available. It's the perfect place for your kid to burn some energy while mom and dad relax/work.

UPDATE; we've come again twice since reviewing, and both times staff weren't doing anything about enforcing rules. This Sunday there were kids throwing toys at each other in the little kid area, running around with food and candy, and twice my baby got hurt in the baby area because there were older kids in there jumping around, climbing on things, and being reckless with toys. Both of my kiddos got hurt in one visit because older kids weren't being kept in check. That's not okay. Now I have no positives to make me want to come back, except it's the closest thing to where we live that I can take both my babies. Summary; Terrible music that's too loud, no safety in the baby area, unsupervised kids, no real food for purchase, "fire station" is STILL under construction, imaginative play area is lacking decent toys, staff that don't do much of anything, overpriced, adults cannot play with the kids... I don't think we'll be returning or recommending this to anyone.

I like how they have age limits in certain areas, although the staff doesn't uphold it well when littles are with big kids and my big kid wants to play in the little and we have to say no. It's very colorful and the little area is cute, while I think there could be more for the bigger kids. 2hrs is $25 and for the full day is $5 more, which they let you upgrade anytime which is nice. Staff is nice, good place for bday parties, a lot here now.

This place is amazing! My kids can spend HOURS here and it's as if no time has gone by for them with how much fun they have. The jumpers are it great shape! The play structure is wonderful and they love going down the slide. The snack bar is fantastic and I can't get the kids away wanting more. The popcicles are a a hit! Bathrooms are clean and the staff is super nice and helpful. We've had parties here before in the reserved sections and they have great prices and fabulous options.

My son absolutely loves this place. He loves to get lost and go on his own adventure. They made so many upgrades since the last time we came. They added more jumpers, the ball pit area now has an upstairs with a little maze and slide. The renovations are outstanding for little wanderers. Pricing is a bit high but I think it's worth it for my little one. He gets so excited and happy. I highly recommend getting the 5 visit pass for $90 if you don't live close by, ($25 per visit) or if you live in the area they have a membership you should invest in. This place is mom and dad friendly, you can bring your own food, they have ample seating to keep an eye on your little one with table's and chairs or lounging with multiple spots with comfy couches. Caters to most ages, I would say under 12. Toddler friendly for sure. Wi-Fi is available, they also upgraded their snack bar. My only thing I would change is the entrance and exit. There's no lock on the entrance or exit and no one patrolling, so if you're not paying attention, your little one can run out and run into the street. I wish they did what they do at Chuck E. Cheese, with the numbers, matching family members and a person watching the exit. It would be a lot safer I feel. I recommend coming on a weekday when it's less hectic and crowded. It can get overwhelming with a bunch of kids and families running around. Overall, the best place to take your little ones. Highly recommend!

    Play structure for kids

We (wifey and I) were invited here for a family member's child's birthday party. Play City is a great place for kids to have fun. They have a large place structure, bouncy houses, inflatable slide, plastic ball pits, and a play area for babies/toddlers. It looks like there is an area that can be reserved for birthday parties as well. I wanted to take more pictures of the play areas, but with so many kids running around, I wanted to be respectful of their privacy. It's an alternative to Chuck E. Cheese (CEC). However, it appears that this place does not serve hot food, just snacks and drinks. This place also does not have the video games and other games you find at CEC, but I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. Kids have a chance to be more active at Play City, instead of just sitting in front of a screen. It seems like kids get plenty of that on their game consoles, computers, tablets, televisions, phones, and so forth. There are a lot of tables and seating, but when it's crowded, seating is scarce. The staff appears busy, but they clean tables when they can. Otherwise, they have paper towels you can grab to wipe the tables yourself. I figured it would be faster than looking for someone, flagging them down, and asking if they could wipe the table. I'm not sure what their policy is on outside food. I did notice that some people brought in small cooler bags with drinks. I also noticed a couple of different parties that brought in pizza (from Little Caesars), and some people that brought in some Starbucks coffee. Looks like some of the regular parents brought in their personal laptop. Looks like they offer WiFi, they have "Play City Guest" but there is a password. I didn't bother asking an employee or looking to see if the password is posted somewhere, but I'm assuming it is free. Looks like they have daily pricing for kids that is limited or unlimited. Parents / adults do not get charged. They also have memberships which would be good for parents that bring their kids here regularly. They have AC, clean restrooms, and from what I can see, the play areas look relatively clean. Good place for kids to play when it is too hot outside, too cold, or if it's raining. Overall, it's a fun place for kids. 4 / 5: Facility / Play Areas 4 / 5: Cleanliness 3 / 5: Service 4 / 5: Overall

Sooo many kids going at the same time with other kids slamming into them. No staff anywhere at anytime just up front to grab the money
    Zoe B.

Disorganized long check in process. Way overcrowded which it would be great if they limited the number of people because the entire time we were here I could not sit at a table. The packed Birthday parties and hundreds of kids running around was insane. Posted occupancy on the walls is way more than allowed. Not once did I see staff cleaning anything which is a huge red flag. The do have frozen popsicles at the front for $5 each and when the lady handed me it the stick was falling out so I asked for a different one and she said she can't when they had a ton more in the case. Kids screaming non stop- lord this place is not for the faint at heart! So many kids were coming out in pain from getting hurt-Cheers to chaos! We will never be back!!!

First time here and won't be the last. I love this place for my two year old daughter. There is something for all ages but I'm truly impressed with the toddler area. The amount of imaginative play areas in one space is awesome. -kitchen play -market/shopping -vet clinic -tummy time for the babies -lots of bounce houses -slides -ball pit -plenty of areas to climb ... which my daughter loves to do. She had a great time and I enjoyed seeing her interact with other children. I'm glad we drove the 20 minutes to play. I will purchase a pass because it's worth it in this summer heat.

I loved having my girls' bday party at Playcity! The place was always clean, with friendly staff always monitoring the kids! My kids always have so much fun at this place! 100% recommended

Above and beyond customer service by Gabriela and Giselle. I have been coming to this location for 5 years and just gets better. My 2 little kids 5 years old and 2 years old girl get exhausted and have a blast . By the time I go home they are crashed out from all the fun. They are building new activities can't wait to see the next project they do

Is there a specific section for older kids, 12 year old? is this something they'd actually enjoy or more younger kids?

I want to start by saying the front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming. However, the rest of the staff completely changed the tone of our visit. They were consistently rude and made us feel not welcomed there. I've been there before and had a very different experience, so this was surprising. This time, I was not allowed to sit at the tables with my coffee and reusable water bottle, even though they sell drinks and snacks on-site and I've done this on previous visits. The play area was exceptionally crowded, and my toddler who had just turned 2 at the time had a hard time navigating around the older, bigger kids. The age range felt a little questionable to me. At other play places we frequent, the kids tend to be closer in age, but that wasn't the case here. My son was knocked around a few times by bigger children, and the environment became very overstimulating. We ended up leaving early because of the chaos and my son not able to properly use anything... nearly all of the fruit and vegetable toys from the market area had been scattered throughout the play space, leaving the market and kitchen section where many of the younger kids were gathered mostly empty. Overall, it just didn't feel like the right fit for us. We decided to give Kids and Coffee another try this past Wednesday, thinking it might be a better experience without a birthday party happening... and it was! We paid for two hours, stayed about an hour and a half, and my son had a great time. One thing I really appreciate about Kids and Coffee is that their café is nut and peanut free, which is especially important for families like ours dealing with multiple food allergies. That peace of mind was honestly the main reason I wanted to give the space another chance. We were even considering adding Kids and Coffee into our regular rotation since it's closer to us than some of the other play places we enjoy. Unfortunately, after our visit, my son became extremely sick most likely with norovirus. I completely understand that illnesses can happen anywhere kids gather, and I don't blame the business for that. However, during our entire visit, I didn't see any employees actively present in the play area. Parents, myself included, were gathering and returning the pretend produce to the market area, but none of the toys appeared to be wiped down or sanitized. At other play places, such as Tiny Tiger, there always seems to be staff actively cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day. Because we have been to so many play places now with great experiences and have not come home with an illness from any other we will just be sticking to our regular spots moving forward. I think sanitation still needs a little work at this location or perhaps even someone checking temperatures at the door like other places All in all, we unfortunately won't be returning.
