We had our daughter's third birthday here recently, and were incredibly impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and overall service. Hannah was our main point of contact, and was on time with everything (eg. set-up, serving cake, etc.), and very friendly and accessible. She and another staff member walked us out when done with our party; and her colleague even helped place my mother (elderly, disabled) into the car. Tiny Tiger itself was clean, and ideal for any toddler. There is enough space for parents to accompany their kids and have fun too. Went here for a bday party. Very clean and lots to do. My 4.5 year old enjoyed himself a lot. The bday party theme was also really cute and it's nice they set up and clean up for you as part of it. Such a neat place, my kiddo really loved it!! we were fortunate enough to visit during soft opening. There is a ton of things for the kids to do my son really enjoyed the chicken game, which is basically chickens, laying eggs the only down part with that is that it always gets stuck and you have to call an attendant to get the eggs out, but he spent a lot of time there the ball pit and slides were super fun so was the supermarket. Overall, we spent a great two hours there. My only complaint is that I do feel like there is way too many toys, which not only makes it overstimulating, but creates a really disastrous mess. I found myself picking up at the kitchen market area because my son could literally trip or hurt himself as there were so many items on the floor and just scattered. I had to pick up to make it more inviting, only thing I can think of is maybe not have as many toys Parents are not picking up after their children. Kids are excited and make a mess, it's what is expected And this was the same thing in the car area with all the mechanics stuff. I don't know if it was just an off day or something, but the amount of toys scattered were just ridiculous. I know it's not their fault and it's a hard one to control.. Oh and one more thing I do highly recommend to sign up before hand and or sign the waiver online makes things faster and easier. My 1 and 3 year olds had a blast. We got tickets ahead of time for an event they had today. Even at max capacity it wasn't overly crowded. There were just enough people for the event to be full with no one tripping over each other. The pricing was a fair deal for both quality and time. The workers are always cleaning and everything is well kept. Overall, everything is thoughtfully coordinated and planned here. Not too over crowded, a fair price for quality, and CLEAN!! Went during the soft opening of Tiny Tiger and honestly they exceeded my expectations. My niece had so much fun she did not want to leave. This indoor playground has lots of activities and outgoing activities to engage with the young one with a hyper-interactive bingo and with a reward program to gain stickers and prizes. Inside the playground has multiple rooms with different decor ranging from, the super market to colouring room, to a ball pit with multiple slides or even a photobooth. Each person cost around $30 for access to all the rooms and there is also a personal party room as well if you wanted to book a private party setting. Keep in mind there are no food, and they do only sell snacks and drinks. Please bring grip socks for you and your young ones as well. There are storage lockers to place your personal belongings. We've been coming to Tiny Tigers since our little was 9m, she is now 15mins. We love the entire place. The theme is very cute and it's well embedded in all areas. The biggest thing is the cleanliness. With a space like this, it's a hot bed for germs but there is always a staff member cleaning all surfaces, taking out broken balls from the pit, rearranging items. The staff is always friendly and super patient with our kid. A pleasant surprise is the complimentary locker, something so simple that honestly really make a difference. We were very disappointed with our experience. One female employee (short hair, glasses) singled us out unfairly. She repeatedly told us what not to do, even though other guests were doing the same things without being corrected. For example, all the kids were walking up to the slides instead of using the entrance, but she only yelled at us, in front of everyone. This treatment was embarrassing and uncalled for. At $35 for a one-day pass, we expected better service and a friendlier staff. This employee would benefit from retraining on customer service and how to speak respectfully to guests. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we will not be returning. We'll stick with Chuck E. Cheese, where the employees are consistently kind and welcoming. Sign yours and your child's waivers online ahead of time to save time. I wasn't sure how much he could use at his age since he's crawling & standing (and not walking yet) but there was plenty he could play with. Lots of different rooms so it didn't feel too crowded. Kids must be supervised at all times by parents. Grip socks are required & they check before you go in. Adult ticket must be purchased in addition to the kid ticket. Tickets were for 2 hour time slots which was plenty of time. It would be great to have 1 hour time slots as well though. Me and my daughter came on the day that Rapunzel was coming in to meet the kids and story time and it was so cute! This is a fun place for little ones, but the "No Jumping" rule in the ball pit is never enforced, leading to parents having to correct other parent's kids when they jump too close to smaller kids. This will undoubtedly eventual lead to altercations between parents. Tiny Tiger, enforce your own rules. Most parents here have their eyes glued to their phones and treat the place like a daycare instead of watching over their own kids. read more

This is a great play place for small children -- I'd say five and under. There is a ton to do. There is a ball pit and obstacle area, and so many interactive spaces, like a grocery store, kitchen, auto shop, veterinarian, farm, and books corner. My kids (four and two) didn't run out of things to do in the two hours we were there. We arrived for the 11 am playtime and the first thing I noticed was how trashed things were. There was stuff everywhere. I did see the same person cleaning the floors -- which were nearly immaculate -- and picking stuff up, but not really organizing anything. It was more getting stuff off the ground, but not putting it where it belongs. Also, no one area had all of the things you'd think it would. My guess is things have been stolen or broken, so a lot is missing and stuff feels tired. Some additional things to note: they require grip socks for kids AND adults. They don't seem to be enforcing this at all as I saw a lot of adults not wearing grip socks, but they do ask when you check in if you have them. There is a place to put your shoes and bags, free of charge. It is a small space, so I found it really crowded and challenging to get my kids' shoes and jackets on and off while other people are doing the same or having a snack where they shouldn't be. The parking lot is a nightmare. The spaces are tiny and the aisles between cars on opposing sides is really tight. We parked a ways away simply to avoid getting in an accident. read more
