We liked how big the indoor playground is with different themes but it gets crowded quick! It kinda felt overwhelming with how many kids and parents were there on a Friday morning. Nice and clean. My nephew loves it and doesn't wanna leave lol. They require everyone wear grip socks, which I actually appreciate the policy, It keeps the place clean. Unlike other places we visited, adults still can wear shoes or barefoot. And they recommend you to bring your own socks in, so you don't have to be "shocked " that it costs $3 to buy a pair of grip socks with them. We came here to see the character Blippi--so you can imagine it was packed. What we loved: It is quite aesthetically pleasing as many have mentioned, and is constantly being cleaned and organized (also as many have mentioned). I personally appreciate that everyone has to take off their shoes and wear socks with grips (whether or not the socks are clean is another issue ). This indoor play area is filled with different activities and is spaced out nicely. There are areas for little ones too (baby crawling areas). My child really enjoyed the ball pit area, the shopping store area, and the car mechanic area. I personally think children 1-6 years old would enjoy this indoor playground more than other age groups, but every child is different. Things to consider: If you or your child feel overwhelmed by many people in one area or are sensitive to loud noises, it may be good to bring earplugs or another sound attenuating device. Personally, I would consider coming only during more calm times, definitely avoiding weekends with the crowds. Parking spaces are really tight (also as others have mentioned), so consider parking far away to avoid car scratches or difficulty putting your child into their car seat. I highly recommend purchasing your ticket ahead of time online to reserve your time slot; you are not guaranteed a spot if you show up on the day of without a reservation. Lastly, know the exits and have an emergency plan in mind (generally good to consider inside of all buildings and concert venues). It appears there is only one entrance and one exit at this location --and in case of an emergency, people begin to panic trying to exit/escape. While I do like the baby gate to avoid little ones escaping, it could also be a pinch-point during an emergency evacuation of the building. Not trying to create panic or fear--just thoughtfulness for your visit. Last but not least, customer service was lovely! I do appreciate great customer service, and I especially applaud them considering they are working with children that may express a lot of emotions (which is age-appropriate), and parents or caretakers that are exhausted. read more

We drove far to bring our 2 kids for the first time here. On their website it says they open from 9am-6pm. When we arrived we were told they would be closing in an hour (2pm). I was a bit disappointed because of the long drive but I was willing to stay for an hour. I asked for the pricing and they said I had to pay for the 2 hour pass($25) even though they would kick me out in one hour because those were the only options on the screen. I asked if I could pay for one child only. They said no again. So we would pay $50 total for them to just be there for an hour. They need to have better pricing. Staff seemed very inconsiderate. I visited Tiny Tigers at 5:35 p.m. today with my daughter. Ash, the only employee, only asked three questions: if we had a reservation, if we'd been there before, and if we signed a waiver. He didn't inform us that the store closes at 6 p.m. When we confronted him, he argued that he told me they were closing in 30 minutes, but I said it was okay. He refused to show us security footage to verify his claims. When we paid, he forgot to give us the socks we paid for and had to be reminded, but now he just happens to remember our conversation in great detail. When I spoke to the manager, Katelyn, she said over the phone that they had posted on their website that they closed at 6 p.m. However, it's the store's responsibility to inform customers about their purchases to allow them to make informed decisions. As a regular customer, I won't be returning and will recommend our friends and family to do the same. read more

Tiny Tiger is such a beautiful place and that is so clearly loved! It is definitely shown that everyone put so much care in every little detail. I came here with my daughter to see how it was and she loved every second of it! It has everything such as a play pretend grocery store all the way to a giant ball pit with slides and a trampoline. My friends and I went here for a playdate during their soft opening and we ALL had so much fun! Everything was detailed and interactive which made our imagination run wild! They had multiple rooms to explore and it wasn't too crowded since you have to reserve your time in advance, we were a little late but they still honored 2 full hours which was more than enough. They had a lot of staff throughout the rooms to keep everything organized and clean. We couldn't get over the cuteness overload! The owner of Tiny Tiger definitely has expertise in customer service, every establishment she owns has one of THE best customer service in San Diego - especially since the pandemic! Came here this past Saturday for the first time. This is definitely the best indoor playground I've seen so far, and it's not close. While the overall area isn't as large as others, it's nice how they have it split up - there's a large kitchen play area, a vet hospital (complete with stuffed dogs to care for), a mechanic shop, a beauty salon area with dolls, the ball pit and slide area, a reading nook with a giant teddy bear, a dinosaur area for younger kids, and a farm area. Loved the variety, and all the areas were very well stocked with things for the kids to play with. You can also see how many reservation spots are still available online, so you can have an idea how crowded it will be (I've been to other places where they have a reservation system, but I don't think they actually limit the number of people because they got super crowded. Tiny Tiger did get crowded, but it never felt crazy or over-packed - the space could handle it well). They have a staff member stationed at the gate taking people's temperatures and making sure everyone has their grip socks on. There's also a good number of staff constantly walking around cleaning and sanitizing the toys. They also have cameras so they can watch all the areas. That stood out to me, since I've been to other indoor playground areas where it can get pretty wild. But here, everything seemed well controlled. All the staff were very friendly. They also have sticker book activities and a special plushy that you get a prize if you find it (we never found it). All the kids also get a prize when you leave, which is a nice touch. Overall, the prices were very reasonable. They have some snacks and things you can buy at the entrance. We didn't buy anything, but it seemed reasonable (2 granola bars for $1 or something like that, a little stuffed bear for $5, etc). Overall, had a great time and my toddler loved it. Tiny Tiger is a indoor playground that was a fantastic experience for the three little ones I brought with me (ages 3, 7, and 9). The facility is super clean, well-organized, and packed with a variety of activities. There is several play areas with different themes that kept the kids occupied for the 4+ hours we were there (the kids wanted to stay longer). One of the highlights was the average age of kids playing was less than 6 years old so I didn't have to worry about my child being constrainted to one area of the facility or being trampled on by larger kids. There is dedicated toddler areas but during my visit I observed all parents allowing their children to explore all play areas because the average age of the kids was much lower than other indoor playgrounds I have visted. The staff was very friendly and attentive, ensuring that the environment was secure and enjoyable for everyone. There was actually an excessive amount of staff throughout the facility to ensure the kids were playing safely, equipment was functioning, play areas and toys were cleaned, and the wait at front counter to check-in or purchase food/drink was minimal. I wouldn't say this is a downside but I wouldn't recommend if all the kids in your family are over maybe 8 years old. It is great if the siblings range in ages between 3-10 because they can play with each other but I don't feel the facility is large enough or designed to accommodate 10+ age kids. This place is next-level. You know how most indoor playgrounds are germy and gross, in some dark industrial building? Not Tiny Tiger. Their hygiene practices are incredible and I love it. No shoes inside the play area, and there is always someone cleaning and keeping things tidy. They have these cool ball vacuum tube machines that you see in children's museums, an adorable grocery store, car mechanic shop, chicken coop, huge connect four, even a garden to pick play foods out of the "ground." There are so many creative and cool play areas, we didn't even get to see them all yet. The ball pit and slides are awesome, there's a mini trampoline, and a whole jungle gym area behind it. My kids - ages 1.5, 3, and 7 - were so happy there, that they screamed and cried when we had to leave. We promised them we would come back again soon :) We threw my son's 3rd birthday here and everyone loved it. They have really fancy decoration packages which they do an amazing job with, but I was trying to save a few bucks so I did my own decorations. An entire TEAM of their employees came and helped me set everything up quickly and beautifully. It was amazing. read more

The playground had a lot of things kids can do. Even work on cognitive skills and functions for younger children. Cleanliness: Even though it is new, the cleanliness is great. You can tell that and smell that it is cleaned regulary through out the day. Safety: You can see that they thought about the children's safety first. THere are so many safety issues that were thought of and addressed, prior to openening. Trust me, as a helicopter mom, I loved it. Food: There are beverages you can purchase and you can have a party and bring your food. Other than that, no food served. Which I did not mind and prefer. Places like Chuck E Cheese charge way too much for food that taste horrible. Service: Such a great and friendly staff. They are so conciderate and conciouse minded of the ages of children. They are able to relate to any of the ages. They have story time and not just play time. Great way to calm kids down or even just have the kids that prefer not to play just sit and listen to a story.
