Parents, please do your research before enrolling your child here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Agility Kids. Before making a decision, visit other gyms, ask current and former parents about their experiences, and compare the quality of coaching, communication, and facilities. From what I've observed, many parents have chosen to move their children to other gymnastics programs. In my opinion, the coaching staff is very young and lacks the level of experience and professionalism I expected from a competitive gymnastics program. I also felt that concerns raised by parents were not taken seriously. My impression was that the owner was more focused on keeping families enrolled than on addressing legitimate concerns and improving the overall experience. Another concern is the facility itself. During the summer, I found the air conditioning to be inadequate to keep the children comfortable, and during the winter, the gym did not seem to have sufficient heat. Children spend hours training, and I believe a safe and comfortable environment should be a basic priority. If you're looking for a place for your child to spend time, this may work for you. If your goal is quality coaching, athlete development, professional communication, and a positive training environment, I encourage you to do your research and compare other gymnastics programs before making your decision. read more

As I am still a kid you need to believe this only a little but after reading the reviews about Agility I'm pretty disappointed in what people are putting here. First the service and communication in the office is more than amazing, secondly the gym can't control how far how long and how good the meet/competition will be, finally I'd like to applause how committed the coaches are to the kids and the sport and I hope the gym continues to be great. Though some prices might be unreasonable trust me here it's completely worth it this gym has let me succeed have mistakes and most importantly HAVE FUN! Decent gym for recreational gymnastics however the competitive side lacks consistency, communication, and the teams are unfairly selected. My daughter was told multiple times she was going to be moved up to team and that never occurred. Everyone had a different answer and the organization was sadly lacking. Lots of coach turnaround and very new coaches. The temperature in the gym is ridiculously hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The parking lot is horrible! read more

This place is so dishonest and ran by kids. If you are ok sweating while watching your kid and smell like sweaty socks inside this place is for you. That can't even put a central ac in this warehouse and thinks big ass fans is the cheaper option. For their tournament that takes over 5 hours to do. Be ready for that when you join. This is a bit out of the park how long it takes. Then when they actually announce awards it's so confusing to watch. Even the kids are confused when they have multiple ties. The score keepers are under age kids that they have very little training to score. When you think your kid did great take a guess again. They need to hire a real paid professional to score the tournament event. I can't wait for the owner to comment on this one!!! Let's see if they will make any changes. read more

So, my daughter was in a gymnastics class when this place was still Cartwheels and we never felt like she progressed even more than a year in the class. We recently came in for a tumbling class (she does cheer now) and the office staff and instructors are on top of it. Coach Jules and Coach Lexi are amazing! The first class she participated in Coach Jules focused on cheer specific skills and we saw development within the first few classes. My daughter used to be bored with gymnastics classes since the coaches weren't engaged and didn't really seem to care about anything other than having fun. Even young kids want to see themselves grow and develop, learn new skills, etc. Very glad we came back to this location and new ownership and coaches are awesome. I know my daughter will be in shape and ready for next fall's cheer comp season with the help of Coach Jules and coach Lexi. MILITARY/VETERANS/PARENTS WHO CARE - Yes let's lead off with the fact that, in the event something negative happens it's much easier to leave a review than to remember when something positive happens. To the majority of this area, being so close to base, but far from wherever you might actually come from. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. When looking for a gymnastics home for your children to attend to, it's so easy to find the first highly rated place in area. My experience is as follows; the only other star is for how well the front desk communicate with me, Shannon I believe, that heard me out on having controlled myself from addressing both Danny, and Sylvia. If a coach is listed for the day should it not be their duty to watch and teach and make enjoyable, the time a 3-5 year old may have? Danny, who enjoys physical touch, I watched immediately want to poke the stomach, or touch the feet of these children. Where can permission be granted if they cannot count to 10? Or spell their own names? My daughter was forcefully put into position, by her head to the floor. But of course, if I was closely watching, he and Sylvia were much different. The children of this class looked afraid to participate and speak, as if they know how impatient they both are. Danny, for you to shake your head out of impatience, is as hilarious as the fact they allow you to continue to interact with children of this age. Why would you hold a child by arm and back, when words could be used? I regret not putting a pause on the whole class, to address what was going on. But, realistically it wouldn't have amounted to anything but frustration. Both Danny and Sylvia looked to me as if I was the one being paid to encourage and lead children between 3-5 years old. What are you being paid for then? If you don't like it find work elsewhere. I shake my head at the way this class was run. By these coaches specifically, but maybe that would encourage others to speak out on what they see. I'm not there for my daughter to be handled in way she couldn't even know, makes her uncomfortable yet. Neither should anyone else. I brought my 2 kids here for a trial lesson a couple months ago. My son, albeit 5 years of age, threw a fit because he refused to go into the class and was having anxiety issues. The front desk lady was really nice and walked us to his instructor. The instructor was calm and patient with him. He even picked him up and held him. And after a couple minutes, the tears stopped. I saw my son running, jumping, and doing what the other kids were doing. He admitted he had fun, but gymnastics wasn't his thing. I'm glad we took him to at least try it out, and I'm thankful the staff were kind and accommodating. My daughter, on the other hand, loved this place. We had a busy spring, so I held back on enrolling her, but I plan on bringing her back here this summer. I'm GLAD this place does not force us to wear masks. I'm tired of suffocating not just from masks, but from government overreach. Those who disagree can find other gyms who enforce masks...but mind you, I tried out another (huge/packed) gym in Temecula and even though masks were required, about 25 of us masked parents were stuffed inside an enclosed 14'x16' observation room. THAT was suffocating on top of suffocating. So even though there are places that require masks, they STILL don't follow all covid protocols. The mask requirement is mainly for show, folks, because if one were to truly comply with CDC, they would follow ALL guidelines (limiting capacity, social distancing, etc.) , not just adopting the most visible one (mask wearing). With that said, I'm thankful Agility Kids has taken a stand and allows people to do as they choose when it comes to masks. Thank you for making me and my kids feel normal and letting us freely breathe. And thank you for the ample observation spaces! read more

We love Agility Kids! My daughters started here 4 months ago and have learned so much already. My eldest advanced to the next level within two months and her coaches continue to challenge her. The coaches are very patient and kind. They will go out of the way to find you after class just to let you know how well your kid did. My favorite part about Agility Kids? They respect our personal choices about the state's unlawful "medical mandates". For all the people leaving 1 star reviews, know that there are people like us that specifically seek out businesses that RESPECT our personal choices. And we will do everything we can to support these businesses. I will not suffocate my child with a mask, WHILE THEY ARE WORKING OUT, so others can have a false sense of security. read more

So I normally don't write reviews unless I feel compelled to and in this case I just have to tell everyone out there how it really is...Hands down, Agility Kids is the best choice to get your kids into gymnastics. Not only is it a fantastic gym, roomy, lots of space for practice and training, but the Owner and staff are amazing. They show interest in what your goals and wants are for your child, and the best part is they actually want whats best for your kids. I can tell you first hand that I have been to the other gymnastics facilities in the area and talk about night and day but nothing compares to the great customer service, quality of training etc that my two kids get while coming here at Agility kids. I have been here about 1 year now. I come to Agility kids 5 days a week about 3 hours a day. When ever I am here, even if they just saw me 5 minutes ago, I always get greeted! I always get a hello. (Its so sad because this hardly if not ever happens in places anymore) but it does here and its heartfelt, warm and welcoming. When I am here I always see the staff members cleaning, putting sanitizer bottles in areas where not just the staff and kids can get to but even the parents. There is this one lady whom I pretty much see every day aways cleaning the bathrooms and the gates, windows, cubbies etc. I see the trainers vacuuming getting sprays to wipe down equipment after the kids have used it. I see the staff in the front consistently wiping down the tables and lobby area. I love the fact that they are doing everything they can to make sure the gym is clean. They just put this really cool machine in the front door so everyone can get their temperatures checked before walking in and they have signs everywhere asking us to wear our masks and I love that they put in TV's so those sitting inside the lobby area can now see their kids while training. When I talk to family, friends, or strangers about my kids and how they do gymnastics I really do light up talking about Agility Kids because you don't get good quality of services in extra curricular activities, places of business , sports or anything else really in general hardly anymore, yet, here when bringing my kids i enjoy watching them excel, learn new things, i can see my kids have these ah ha moments, and its because of how amazing the staff is and the great energy they give off. My son was attending gymnastics her twice a week. For $40 a lesson meaning $320 monthly. We had previously been doing group lessons and in June canceled them. So we paid for the entire month of June, and the entire month of July. Nearly $300 that we would not be using to keep our 30 day cancellation agreement. Totally fine. We started the one on one coaching August 3rd. Then they charge me again for the group coaching in August. I reminded them that we have started the one on one coaching and that I had canceled the group in June and set up the 1-on-1 in August. It is now October and they have continued to lie, deflect, and gaslight because an "ex employee took bad notes" today I was verbally assaulted by a woman at the front desk. I walked away as she started to escalate as I refused to engage in a fight. She then proceeded to follow me and verbally assault me further. I truly hope they have video cameras installed and if the owners are ethical they will review the video cameras and fire her. It is absolutely an unsafe place to take your children when the staff assaults clients. read more

This place is AWESOME!!!!! I bring my daughters here for gymnastics and they have shown significant progress with not only their agility/athleticism but more importantly their confidence and self-esteem which has literally blossomed tremendously. That along with the fact that my daughters look forward to coming here each week to the point that they're now reminding me on Friday afternoon and waking me up on Saturday to get out the door! The staff here are amazing and very much committed to the overall growth and development of each individual child. The entire team, led by Coach Chris, make the effort to speak to speak to me and my children while going out of their way to ensure that each of us are comfortable. Coach Chris is both very knowledgeable and personable which is in constant display as soon as you step foot in the building. The man is phenomenal and his attitude/approach is contagious! This place is in the process of going through a full rebrand and I was recently brought up to speed on what direction they're heading in and I'm genuinely excited for my children to be able to participate in this program. The facility, along with the staff and constant evolution are what separates Agility Kids from the pack! If you are contemplating putting your children in this program, just do it! Invest in your children! They will love it and you will be glad that you did it! Come down and talk to Coach Chris and he will take care of the rest. read more

So upset with Agility Kids. We have a 3 year old and had her enrolled for a month-4 classes which they charge a little more than I've seen around other places. My daughter loved gymnastics and gets excited every time we drive past it but she's three and has a grasp on certain things but definitely not if someone's getting impatient with her. She had 3 different coaches, coach Nikki was great and one other one I forget her name. But all other coaches were rude, doesn't look like they're around kids a lot and quick to get impatient. For a class that instructs 3 year olds and I believe a max of 5 kids per class/instructor, that coach better have a huge grip of patience. She took a break from gymnastics to do soccer and after a break from gymnastics we decide to take her back and she was with Coach Danny and Coach Sylvia. I'm at home working so when my husband, who brought her, texted me that he had to pull her from class, my blood started boiling because I already know why. My husband said they were both rude to our daughter and impatient. They had 2 other kids under their watch. Coach Danny grabbed her by the arm, which no one should be doing, to be "holding her in place." And held her head to push her to get into a position. As a mom, BIG NO. This could be other parents jam and won't mind, but not in this family. No one should be treating others kids like that. 5 stars for coach Nikki but seriously consider hiring new coaches with VERY REPUTABLE backgrounds in working with kids. Not okay. read more

We couldn't love this place more!!!!! The staff and coaches are all so friendly and helpful, the entire gym is clean, my girls absolutely love going. As far as Covid, they are sanitizing everything and the kids and parents on the floors hands every 15 mins or after each play area, they wash hands with soap and water after class and seating is 90% 6ft apart. It's such a blessing to bring my kids somewhere that seems normal for them and to play and get there energy out in such a crazy time. We love and support Agility!!!!! read more

Just got off the phone with McKenna. She couldn't be more rude. Crazy to think they put her on the phones! Or maybe she's the owner? Yikes! I hope not. We just moved to town and wanted to find a good tumble class for our 4 year old daughter because she loves the tumble class there. I told her that we had never been to the center before and my daughter was shy and needed her parent with us for a few classes to get used to class. Without even a hint of empathy or understanding she firmly said "no". My daughter also has a severe peanut allergy and needs us with her around other kids just in case, but McKenna didn't give me time to tell her that. I asked if she could as least see me during class and she said I could see her on a TV or through a window. I said I wanted her to be able to see me so she felt safe. Again, not even an ounce of empathy. She seemed annoyed when I said I didn't know the layout of the place. She sounded about as eager to talk to me as a bill collector. My advice to this establishment. Put someone friendly or at least pretends to care on the phones. I guess I will check out some other places now. read more

My daughter had fun and the staff was nice but, I was disappointed with the lack of COVID-19 precautions. Most parents were not wearing masks and neither were the staff behind the desk. Instructors on the gym floor were but, there was no social distancing between the kids. I attended another gym where the kids were not required to wear masks given the physical activity but, they kept the kids six feet apart at all times. Masks protect others. Our family was protecting others by wearing masks yet, most, including staff, were not protecting us. I expect establishments like these to set and enforce standards to protect their members not just have us sign a waiver assuming risk for possible COVID-19 exposure. read more

Refuses to comply with Governors order to close as of 7/13. Therefore still charging tuition. Only way to stop tuition is to terminate. Allows parents (who were coughing) out on the floor where children are working out. Does not require masks of parents or staff in lobby. In the lobby, there are staff not wearing masks and there is no plexi glass to even protect them. Yes they wipe down equipment etc. Looks clean. Very loose standards and IMO not following guidelines to keep children safe. Everyone has to make sacrifices and do our parts to help prevent or slow the spread. read more

Nothing but a terrible experience. No one ever greeted us or acknowledged us unless it was for payment. Her coach favored other kids in the class and would spend the entire class working with them, while the rest of the parents had to figure out their way around the circuit. I doubt she even knew my daughters name and we were there for 3 months. I waited after class to ask the front desk about enrolling my son and niece. I stood for 10 minutes with two girls sitting there ignoring me. They were not on the phone or talking to anyone, just stating at the computer. However, if they want you to pay for something, they will find anyway possible to talk to you and be on their best behavior. Found a new place in Temecula and I cannot believe the difference! This gym has it all. The coaches are great with the kids. The kids are very happy to be in the gym working out together. There are sanitizing stations throughout the gym. I have personally watched the staff sanitizing mats, cubbies, and other surfaces many times throughout the day. My son has been VERY happy to be working out in a gym that sincerely cares about the health and well being of every athlete. You are not going to find a better gym in Temecula that truly cares about each child and their family as much as Agility Kids. read more

I have 3 children enrolled at Agility Kids. They love it there. The coaches are fantastic. I was there this after when Travis Z was having his temper tantrum about boys working out with their shirts off. Not once did I see any physical contact from either party. And he is wrong about the workouts behind the wall. There is a camera and several TVs mounted around the gym so you can still watch your kiddos. read more

Great gym! In my 20 years living in Temecula, with 3 daughters, we have attended all the gyms in town. This one is the best. The staff is extremely friendly, coaches are always helping students learn the next skills even if they are for a level above so students are challenged. There are many 1 star reviews solely for Covid crazy people who want their freedoms taken away. There are way more people attending agility because they appreciate owners who believe in personal freedoms. read more

The coaches and some of the staff are great, however the powers that be that run this gym are cheap as hell. They absolutely REFUSE to invest in any air conditioning in their gym with the kids that are tumbling because they are so damn cheap-- and I've heard this from several parents who have complained to them. Mind you, they charge a hefty $125/per child per month to go here once a week. Our son comes to 1 class in the evenings and there's at least 100 other kids in the gym at that time-- so do the math-- surely they make enough money to invest some air in their facility so our kids and us parents don't sweat like pigs while they are working out. They do have a couple large fans blowing which are useless since they are blowing 100 degree hot air. Also their equipment and floor padding is dirty, prone to tripping people/kids and is just not well maintained. There's tripping hazards and extension chords laying around everywhere. It took weeks to have their torn trampoline patched which kids were still jumping on. The cube sponges are just old and rotting-- the equipment is nasty to say the least. They could invest just a little money for the amount they are making to bring it up to an clean acceptable facility read more

We love it here. All of our kids are known by name and literally run into class, zero hesitation. We have fours kids enrolled, ages 2-10, and all 4 kiddos are very happy. This is the first place we have been to where all of our kids happily take class :) the facility is the largest we have ever seen for a gym and the staff is super friendly and out going, makes it fun for everyone. read more

We take all four of our kids here and have had an exceptional experience. The gym is huge, with plenty of space to watch your kids and socially distance. We also see cleaning happening very frequently.
