With the price, I was skeptic of going and was worried that it'd end up being a waste of time. I'm glad I was wrong. This has been the best investment for my daughter so far. We've been in the program for her age and beginner skill a couple of months - she absolutely loves it. She ends up crying at the end because she doesn't want to leave. I also really like how literally the kids are in practice until literally the last minute. It's great to see how well everything is set up for the kids, and how they rotate and don't do the same thing over and over and over. It's new challenges each time, different skills, different learning techniques. I've watched my kiddo really focus and thoroughly enjoy what she's learning each class. I also really like how the gym is set up itself, how the parents have a long table that they can sit at and watch their children and be able to hear/see what's going on. I also like how there is snacks and drinks available. It gives a lot more welcoming feeling and inviting. Another gymnastics place I tried was a lot more confusing and chaotic, so this was a refreshing and better. I'm also new to the gymnastics world with my kiddo, and it's so cool to see such a camaraderie amongst the kids and the parents. read more

Can I give zero stars? My daughter was an athlete at endeavor for 3 years. The first two years went decently well, not perfect, but well enough. When she went competitive she was placed on a team where one of her teammates punched her in the stomach with her full force for no reason at all. Another teammate smacked another in the face. My daughter has always been a confident, strong individual who is not easy to push around but the several bullies on her team started teaming up to bully her. They were known to shove, annoy and hit one another on a daily basis. My daughter's love for gymnastics started to dwindle and she started asking to consider a different gym. I repeatedly contacted the gym management to express my concerns not only for the bullying but the dangerous environment it had created (No one deserves to have equipment thrown at them while they are on a 4" beam or while tumbling). I was told by Megan, the office manager and a wretched human being, that if I complained about the conduct again my daughter would be dismissed from the program. The owner, Ryan, was impossible to reach for a solid year as he was out for "medical" leave. When I asked for meetings to discuss the issues I was ignored and I wasn't the only one. Megan had been so brutal to one of the coaches that she had a mental breakdown every time she came to work, when she asked for a bit of a break, Megan responded by telling her to "seek therapy", awfully condescending considering her brother's/ gym owners status. Just recently, when at the front desk to discuss the banquet and turn in a form, I was speaking to Julianna when Maddie rudely snatched the paper from my hand. As we started the next season, my daughter was placed in the group with the bullies once again. All of the good girls we had in our prior group were either moved to another group or they dropped the program due to lack of integrity, leaving my daughter with no one but the bullies for teammates. The first week she was being bullied horribly and the training was nonexistent because all the girls did was goof off. One of the girls told my daughter she deserved to be bullied because she was 5 minutes late to class. I asked the owner, Ryan, if we could use some time to work on improving group dynamic and if things did not improve, was he willing to explore moving my daughter to one of the other silver groups. He was combative and after some back and forth, emailed me and said my daughter was no longer welcome, not even to the end of season banquet she had earned. This place has become so unprofessional that coaches are in tears ready to quit on any given day. That also explains why I would see new staff being trained weekly , only to never see them a second time. Just look at the other reviews regarding staff turnover... there's a reason for that. My daughter's direct coaches were good enough, not great. They're notorious for not correcting form until the meet season is nearly completed, a little late in my book. My daughter and at least a few of her teammates expressed anxiety they felt from having the same direction barked at them that they didn't understand and was never explained. To top it off, there is no communication between staff and parents AT ALL! Apparently there is supposed to be a team meeting at the beginning of each season, our team didn't get one. We got all of our information about how meets are organized, what programs are offered, etc from the parents of older athletes as the staff was unreachable when it came to getting any info at all. Of course what do you expect when they only have five competitive coaches and one of them is absent for a year. The co owner, Mike, coached at another local gym for a decade, if you compare the two gyms services, events, shows and activities you'll see that endeavor has done nothing but rip off the ideas of their competitor and they charge 2-3x's more for it too. $100 for tumbling clinics vs $30 at the other gym, $400 for summer camp vs $230 at the other gym, etc. what a joke! This place is a wreck! I'll be surprised if they make it another year. read more

I'm giving 2 starts because the teachers here are always good and my kids enjoyed it. The reason for the low review is because I am very disappointed in their business practices. I have enrolled my children here on and off for 2 years. I usually had their accounts on auto pay. The tuition for each is due on the first, but if you are on auto pay they take the money out early, on the 25th of the prior month. The policy states that if you want to cancel you must fill out the form online before the start of a new month. My problem is I filled out the form to unenroll both my kids from the august classes on July 25, which happened to be the same day they took augusts tuition on auto pay. Now they are REFUSING to refund my money ($180) because apparently if your a good customer and pay early every month. They then penalize you by refusing to give your money back if you don't unenroll your kids 2 weeks in advance apparently. They do state that in order to not have your account debited on auto pay that you need to unenroll a week before the auto pay, but it doesn't say that if you don't stop the auto pay in time they won't refund it. It very clearly says that if you don't unenroll before the 1st of the month or your child attends one class in the month, your responsible for the tuition. Fair enough. Who the heck would think if you unenroll a week before the start of a new month, you would still be responsible for paying the tuition for the following month simply because they can't stop the auto pay in time and apparently are inept at processing a refund. I find this to be really bad business practice and very shady. Why would a business want to conduct them selves this way? We were good customers paid on time every month. Life changed we needed to unenroll and now they are refusing to refund my money because they took my payment early and it's too much of a pain for them to process a refund? Im just pissed off. I tried to follow the rules. I unenrolled them 6 days before the start of the new month. And yet I'm still out $180 after being a good paying customer for over 2 years. Makes me feel like crap to realize when respect and loyalty to a business isn't returned when the customer is on the receiving end. Shows their true colors. read more

Yikes! I had a VERY unpleasant experience with the girl who answers the phones, Maddie. I had to reschedule my son's trial class a couple of times due to a scheduling conflict with another sport and she was super passive aggressive and rude! We are currently at another gym and was excited to try the Ninja Class. Not anymore. I would NEVER do business with a company with who made me feel like I was incompetent, I had reasons for wanting to do the trial on Saturday and (possibly) get him in during the week if we decided to pursue this gym. My daughter is actively attending. I had an issue with the sizing of a leotard for my daughter. I asked for a larger size and they said she would have to try on the 11/12 after I told them she was a 14/16. They said that she would have to try it on first. Imagine being handed a size smaller than what you wear and being told you need to try it anyway? I told her that this doesn't make any sense to me and that how would she feel if she was handed a size to small? I agree with the other poster , (who was not refunded $180 tuition after canceling ) regarding their business practices. I asked to speak to the owner as I was told she was onsite. She didn't come out and instead sent her office manager. 1 stars for not taking the time to speak to your clients who pay fees to be here on top of paying $100 to attend the winter formal. I'll be exploring other gyms, this one is lacking being personable and empathetic . As a business owner myself, I would never conduct business in this way and would take into account the feelings of my clients. Anyway, she ended up having to size up and the girls were helpful with giving the sizes, however owner still MIA, still "unavailable " I imagine and this entire situation for unnecessary. read more

I was coming here for my child's gymnastics, and the coaches and owners were good. The facility is large, clean and air conditioned. My child really enjoyed the classes. My only complaint is that the front desk staff are really unfriendly, and seem bothered by any customer requests. I've seen them talking about and laughing at some parents, and it is very unprofessional and rude. I was also concerned when my child went to a free play, and when I came to pick up my child, there was no staff at the front. I was able to walk out with both my child and her friend without being questioned by anyone. I am close with her friend's mom, and it was fine, but someone should have asked. There should be a checkout process during open gym hours. read more

I put my 4-year-old daughter here from June 2021-December 2021. In December, I felt like it was time we tried a different gym. I liked this facility because it was clean. We had class on a weekday morning so it wasn't too crowded. Only my daughter's class was in session during the 45 minutes we were there. Coach Lindsay is the BEST coach I've seen here. She is cheerful, kind, playful with the kids, and coached very well. She actually seems to enjoy her job. I requested her for my daughter (after having a coach here who didn't seem very happy or energetic with the kids). So why not 5 stars? Well, I felt that the class was getting big. There were about 6 kids in my daughter's class. And the learning style here is that only one child can complete the obstacle course at a time. Instead of doing rotations (1 kid goes bar, 1 kid goes to the beam, 1 kid goes to the cheese mat, etc.--and rotating afterwards), they only let 1 kid complete the entire obstacle course at a time, which wastes so much time for the other children who are just sitting and watching. Usually, they would do 3 obstacle courses during the session, and I think my daughter only got to do each obstacle course twice. That's a lot of time sitting around waiting for her turn. On average, she was probably only active for 25-30 minutes during the 45 minutes of class. I didn't think this was OK. To top it off, one time she had a different coach for a make-up session, and at the end of the class, the coach was giving out stamps to the kids (i.e., stamping their hand). My daughter asked that coach why she didn't give 2 stamps like Coach Lindsay did. And that coach said with a serious face, "Because I'm not as nice as Coach Lindsay." She was not saying that jokingly and smiling--she said it bluntly and matter-of-factly. It was not a nice response to a kid. We left this place and found another gym that actually does rotations, and my daughter spends more time working on activities rather than waiting around. And I made sure we selected an instructor who enjoys children. read more

We love this place! For no real reason other than schedules we have moved around quite a bit in this place. All the teachers are so nice and patient. My daughter gets very excited to be here whether she understands what she is doing or not. I believe this is in large part because the instructors all want to help. They do a lot of cleaning and wiping down in this place. During our morning classes you would always see the owners or other team members with mops and towels. It looks a little intimidating when you walk in due to the amount of equipment in this place but I feel they do a great job of moving it around and creating specialized areas for the day. They do the most they can with the space they have. There is AC in this place which is great! I've heard others in town do not, just fans. So happy to have been able to enjoy this place with my daughter so far and hope to be here for a while! #thankyouthursday2021 read more

We went for a trial for the ninja class, thrilled to find gymnastics or skill-based instruction for my five year old. For the first 15 minutes of class I watched three coaches "stretch" out the kids. One was on her phone the entire 15 minutes, one sat next to her not participating in warm up and one led warmup. I never saw any of the three engage, correct, or demonstrate a position to a child. I watched my five year old sit criss-cross for 15 minutes. Then he went to "trampoline" where he stood against the wall and I saw no actual instruction or guidance of skills toward any child in the class. They didn't even rotate in actual turns, it was pretty much free play. At over halfway through the trial all he had done was sit crisscross applesauce, and jumped around for two minutes. The next rotations were similar in the sense that I saw nothing demonstrated, little to no guidance, very little control of the class, zero attempt to encourage discipline or self discipline and frankly, dangerous situations. The most interesting part of the class was watching my five-year-old tell the other young boys in the class they shouldn't be saying the F word. The coach never noticed. Finally, at the end of the class there was no follow up, no introduction, and no interaction with the parent. As someone who has been a gymnast, taught gymnastics at variety of locations for a decade and attended other gyms with my other son, I can't express what a massive waste of time and money this is, not to mention DANGEROUS. I also felt very bad for the teachers because it was clear they just have not been adequately trained or have very little expectations set for them, and it is difficult to coach effectively with little training or support. The staff could not have been more aloof, disconnected, or inexperienced. One star for a clean facility, but boy were we disappointed, we were so excited to attend regularly. read more

My daughter is excited to go here and while the first few sessions seem engaging, this is no longer the case. These are mostly 6-7 year olds who need motivation and some upbeat personalities. The training staff consists of 14-15 year old girls who appear to be bored and barely provide any guidance to the kids. There's no music either. Totally love this place! Decent price, military discount, unlike the other place we used to go to. The staff here is a lot friendlier, professional and cleaner. They have actual lockers to keep shoes/ belongings in to keep the place not smelling like sweat. I totally hated the idea of a glass windows like the previous place. Just finished a free trial class and I am so impressed! Coach Ryan was great and my 4yo daughter loved it. Like the other reviews - his energy is great and he is so patient with the little ones.
