The staff- REI, MARIE, SHEYLA and NICOLE- truly go above and beyond. They are incredibly welcoming, patient, and attentive with the kids. You can tell they genuinely care. They engage the children with activities, keep them entertained, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and included. What really stands out is their professionalism and positive energy. When we walk in, they greet us with a smile. They manage the kids so well, even during busy hours, and maintain a safe and organized environment. Our granddaughter actually looks forward to going, which makes our workouts stress-free and enjoyable. The manager I talked to took it upon himself to go ahead and cancel my service contract with Redlands to free me to come to Murrieta ASAP. I didn't ask for that wrong move resulting in my 2nd ever negative gym review. Listen to your clients and observe their requests. Maybe I'll stop here to train but never for personal training. I expected that I would have to do a $20 week pass at the local gym or something similar. As I was looking on Apple Maps I saw NEWD gym near by. I had the pleasure of getting in contact with one of the owners, Cece. I explained my situation and without skipping a beat she kindly assisted me in a 3 day pass!!! She also offered to extend my pass for more than 3 days without paying!! What spoke to me most was, she trusted me immediately when explaining my situation. During an interaction on the gym floor, the GM initiated unprovoked physical contact. Utilizing her full body weight, the GM executed a two-handed shove, propelling me several feet into a piece of industrial gym machinery. The impact was concentrated on my left posterior shoulder. The entirety of the unprovoked battery was captured via high-definition, third-party video recorded by another member (JP) in the immediate vicinity while they were filming themselves benching. The footage confirms the GM's intentional use of force. Following extensive medical intervention, a (QME) has officially issued a Permanent Disability Rating regarding my left shoulder. Clinical diagnostics confirm a total and permanent loss of function in the left shoulder. I am currently on permanent disability as a direct and proximate result of the GM's (TG) actions. This establishment is now the subject of litigation for personal injury, battery, and gross negligence. Management's failure to maintain a safe environment has resulted in a permanent physical impairment. Prospective members and stakeholders should be advised of the severe lack of professional restraint and the significant legal liabilities associated with this facility's leadership. The financial and physical risks of patronizing this business are extreme.
